According to arising of environmental problems such as climatic change, the use of renewable energy is increasing rapidly. Many changes which require the advanced power equipment have been occurred over the power system due to the increase of renewable energy which is connected to conventional power system. Based on the technology of IoT(Internet of Things) and AI(Artificial Intelligence), the Fourth Industrial Revolution is arising. It can be applied to electric power industry and enable to develop the advanced power equipment. In this paper, the technology trend of distribution transformer is investigated and reviewed. In addition, development prospect of distribution transformer is proposed considering various perspectives.
고학력 경력단절 여성의 재취업에 관한 중소기업 인적자원개발 담당자의 인식분석

본 연구에서는 현상학적 관점에서 인력난을 겪고 있는 중소기업 인적자원개발 담당자의 경험을 통해 고학력 경력단절 여성의 재취업 인식을 살펴보고, 고학력 경력단절 여성의 재취업을 촉진하면서 중소기업 인력난을 지원할 수 있는 다양한 요인들을 심층적으로 파악하여 제시하고자 한다 이를 위해 종업원 수 300인 이하의 중소기업 중, 여성고용비율 30%이상인 기업에서 근무하는 인적자원개발 담당자들을 대표적인 연구 참여자로 선정하여 현상학적 연구방법을 적요하여 고학력 경력단절 여성의 재취업에 대한 그들의 인식을 탐색하였다 연구결과, 인적자원개발 담당자들의 인식은 ‘개인차원’, ‘기업차원’으로 나눠지며 각 범주는 상호연관성이 있으며 각각의 범주에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 연구결과를 통해 고학력 경력단절 여성의 재취업을 위한 정책적인 대안들을 제언하였다 The Purpose of the study was to investigate the perception of middle and small firm' human resource development managers on woman who received at least 2-year bachelor's degree and pursue re-entry to labor market again in terms of phenomenological methodology We interviewed 6 managers to examine their deeper expediences and feelings regarding the women and to suggest any policy implications for the women to get into labor market again The findings were addressed in three folds with their perspectives and suggestions 1) Individual factor, which means the women should overcome the aga gap, fear on new entry, and turing of mind set, 2) Firm factor, which means the firms prefer the women who are qualified in terms of related career and worry about the mal-adaption of them, and 3) Governmental factor, which means roles of government should be in supporting financial and legal issues to middle and small firms
