Imidacloprid 유도체 중 imidazol 고리상 N-치환체들의 살충활성에 대한 3D-QSAR 분석

CoMFA and CoMSIA model were derived and reviewed on the insecticidal activities of N-substituents (X) on the imidazol ring in imidacloprid analogues at the different alignment condition. Regarding the predictability (q² or r²<SUB>cv</SUB>.) and fitness (r²<SUB>ncv</SUB>.) of the two optimized models, the atom based fit (A) alignments were better than that of the field fit (F) alignment and, on the other hand, CoMSIA (A10) model was better than CoMFA (A5) model. Also, from the most optimized CoMSIA (A10) model, the insecticidal activity by N-substituents (X) was dependence on the electrostatic field and H-bond acceptor field. It is predicted that, from the contour maps with optimized CoMSIA (A10) model, H-bond acceptors at ortho- and meta- position will contribute for improving of insecticidal activities and, as the functional groups of carbonyl oxygen atom are charged negatively and positively charged at the ortho- position of benzyl group, insecticidal activities will also be improved.

The relationships between three dimensional quantitative structure and activity relationships (3DQSARs) for the selective fungicidal function between N-phenyl substituents of N-phenyl-O-phenylthionocarbamate derivatives analogues and their the fungicidal activities against resistant (RBC) and sensitive (SBC) gray mold (Botrytis cinerea) were studied quantitatively using CoMFA and CoMSIA methods. The statistical values of optimized CoMSIA (M7) model were better (r² & q²=CoMSIA≫CoMFA) than that of CoMFA (M5) model. And the factor influencing of the selective between the fungicidal activity against RBC and SBC was dependent on electrostatic field of CoMFA (M5) model. Therefore, it is predicted that, from the CoMSIA contour maps of CoMSIA (M7) model, the selectivity will be improved by the H-bond donor that is with negatively charged favored group at meta-position on the N-phenyl ring.

최근 건축물에 대한 패러다임이 변화함에 따라 공적공간을 포함하여 건축물의 체계적인 관리를 위해서는 실질적ㆍ효율적 관리체계 구축이 절실하고, 신축허가는 감소하는 양상으로 사용 승인 후 용도변경 등 관리 수요 증가의 건축 행정 변화에 대응하기 위해 새로운 차원의 관리기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 급변하는 도시공간을 체계적이고 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 다양한 최신 항공사진 촬영기법을 통하여 취득된 영상 자료를 각종 시설물에 대한 변화탐지를 비교분석하고 서울시정에 적합한 도시공간을 관리할 수 있는 항공사진 촬영기법의 prototype으로 구축하여 그 가능성을 제시하였다.
상이한 정렬에 따른 N-phenylthionocarbamate 유도체들의 살균활성에 관한 비교 분자장 분석

Three dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationships (3D-QSARs) for the fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani (RS) and Phytophthora capsici (PC) by N-phenyl substituents(X) of N-phenylthionocarbamate derivatives were studied quantitatively using comparative molecular field analysis (CoMFA) methodology based on different alignment approaches. Statistical quality of CoMFA models with field fit alignment were slightly higher than that of atom based fit alignment. The optimized CoMFA models (RS: RF2 & PC: PF2) were derived from field fit alignment and combination of CoMFA fields. And the statistical results of the two models showed the best predictability of the fungicidal activities based on the cross-validated value q² (r²<SUB>cv</SUB>.=RS: 0.557 & PC: 0.676) and non-cross-validated value (r²<SUB>ncv</SUB>.=RS: 0.954 & PC: 0.968), respectively. The selective fungicidal activities between two fungi were dependence upon the electrostatic field of substrate molecule. Therefore, the fungicidal activities from CoMFA contour maps showed that the fungicidal activity will be able to increased according to the modification of X-substituents on the substrate molecules.
