The registration of mopeds and motorcycle is increasing early. With compare to gasoline and diesel passenger car, mopeds and motorcycle generates more emission gas. So it is important to develop motorcycle with hybrid powertrain. With hybrid electric powertrain, mopeds and motorcycles might have better fuel economy and less emission gas. This paper proposes control strategies of 3Wheel hybrid electric vehicle. For develop the control strategies, two vehicle models are constructed. One is conventional internal combustion engine type vehicle model and another is hybrid electric vehicle model(HEV). HEV model is constructed with electric components like motor and battery. A test vehicle is constructed to develop 3W HEV.

It is important to develop a model that can characterize dynamic features of transmission in shifting phase to evaluate performance of a controller for an automatic transmission system. And it is very essential to develop a technique that realize dynamic features of clutches that construct a transmission to develop that model. Moreover that model needs to be simulated in real time or semi-real time. But other dynamic analytic simulator software like MSC.ADAMS or AMESim can’t satisfy that feature. So in this research we develop a clutch analisys method that determines stick and slip state of clutches included in a transmission based on fixed step solver.

Regenerative Braking is main issue of Hybrid Electric Vehicles(HEV). To analysis regenerative braking torque of HEV driving experiment is performed by using a test HEV in various driving modes. Driving modes are CITY MODE, HIGHWAY MODE and ROUTE MODE. Torque is measured by torque sensor attached to driving shaft during experiments. In this study, sheer type strain gages are used to construct torque sensor and telemetric signal amp is used to transport and amplify sensor signal of rotating drive shaft. Torque data of each cycle are sorted by vehicle speed and applied torque range. Characteristic of torque data of each driving mode is represented by time distribution map. Torque data of each driving mode can be used for development of control strategy and criteria of durability test for HEV mechanical components.

It is critical that design engineers in a global business corporation collaborate efficiently with colleagues in branch offices located all over the world. This study discusses how students can be trained for such activity through a global design class. Students from three universities form a design team to perform a product design and prototyping. Student communication among universities is typically achieved by internet-based telecommunication systems that provide audio and video signal. Language, cultural difference and time difference pose a huge challenge to efficient team building. The lecturers play a key role in resolving conflicts between team members. Regardless of the outcome, students appreciate the global design experience under proper environment organized by the lectures.

본 연구는 선박 건조 시 Shell Block Butt부에 발생하는 Longi. Knuckle 기준이 조선소마다 상이하고, 대부분 실적선을 바탕으로 한 경험에서 비롯된 것이어서 선주 성향에 따라 논쟁의 여지가 되고 있어 탑재 단계에서 보강재 설치 등의 추가 작업이 발생되고 있다. 이에 Shell Longi. Knuckle각도에 따른 강도 평가를 수행하였다. 먼저 Shell Longi. End부 Knuckle 형상을 갖는 구조물의 구조적 거동을 파악하기 위하여 실적선들의 설계자료를 이용하여 Cargo Hold 구역 Double Bottom Shell Longi. End 부재 구조를 선택하여 구조 해석을 실시 하였으며, 실적선 자료를 바탕으로 한 간이 모델의 해석 결과를 선급 Rule 기준치와 비교 분석하였다. 최종적으로 Shell Longi. Knuckle에 대한 설계 기준을 해석 결과와 Longitudinal Bending & Twisting, Block 조립 및 탑재 정도 등 현장 작업변수를 고려하여 합리적인 설계 기준을 정립하고자 한다.

The Probe Card is a test component which is to classify the good semiconductor chips before the packaging. The yield of semiconductor product can be better from analysis of probe test information. Recently the technology of the probe card needs narrow width and large amount of probe tip. In this research, the probe tip based on the MEMS(micro electro mechanical system) technology was designed and fabricated to improve the reliability of the test and to meet 2-dimensional Array of tip. The mechanical and electrical properties of proposed tip were evaluated and it has over 100,000 of repetition times in the condition of 5gf, 20um Over Drive.

This paper is regarding ship-building; The longi. knuckle standard which occurs at shell block butt is different for each shipyards. Most of standard is based on the experience of actual ship, this standard has become debatable according to owner's inclination. So additional task is caused, which is that install reinforcements from mounting steps, and so on. Hence, we perform strength assessment according to angle of shell longi. knuckle. First, in order to identify structure which has shell longi. End part knuckle form of structural behavior, we carry out structural analysis by selecting part of double bottom shell longi. End structural member in cargo hold area, using design base of actual ship. And then, we compared with the analyzed results of simplicity model based on actual ship data with the results of the classification rule criterion. In the end, we plan to establish a rational design criteria about shell longi .knuckle by considering field work variables which are longitudinal bending & twisting, block assembly and mount degree and results of analysis.
