        트레이닝 형태가 중년여성의 혈중 지질 및 지단백에 미치는 영향

        To provide all the middle aged women and researchers with the basic data of training program and health management after practicing the training exercise of 12 weeks based on the 4 trainings-EWT (n = 7, years = 45.3±3.25), CWT (n = 7, years = 43.7±3.65), CRT (n = 7, years = 43.3±1.83), and IRT (n = 7, years = 45.0±2.94), the results analyzed the change of body composition, serum lipid, and lipoprotein before and after the above exercises, are as follows: 1. Weight, %fat, fat, and BMI were found to have more significant effect in the weight training groups than in other groups. 2. TC, FFA, LDL-C, and HDL-C were found to have more significant effect in the running groups than in other groups. And then, LDL-C and HDL-C were found to have a significant effect in the CWT group. 3. The CWT group was found to be the most effective of all the groups. As the results of this above study, weight training and running on the middle aged women were found to improve body composition, serum lipid and lipoprotein metabolism, and then to effectively prevent cardiovascular disease.

        장기간 런닝 운동이 중년여성의 지질 및 지단백과 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of lipid, lipoprotein and stress hormones concentration after 12-week running exercise training. Subjects were composed of 7 middle-aged women in their forties. The training program was indoor running training. The indoor running was composed of 70% HRmax, 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week training during 12 weeks was established to practice the training of 1 set. In the changes of blood lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and stress hormone concentration, T-C, LDL-C, Apo-B, epinephrine and norepinephrine showed significantly decrease as a result of 12-week running training, whereas Lipase, Glucose, HDL-C, Apo A-I, A-II and cortisol revealed significantly increase after running training. As the above results, the 12-week running exercise training in middle-aged women, is found to have a positive effect in the improvement of the metabolism of blood lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and stress hormones.

        최대 및 환기역치 운동시 근테이핑이 젖산과 암모니아에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how taping attachment influence the change of CPK and ammonia in exercise performance after lower limbs taping group, whole body taping group, and control group were respectively divided with 7 members based on the male university students. The results of this study are as follows: While CPK and ammonia in exercise at maximum and ventilation threshold respectively increased right after the exercise, CPK and ammonia decreased at the 30mins of recovery. And then CPK and ammonia was, in the post-hoc results, found to have a significant difference right after the exercise as well as at the 30mins of recovery. As the above conclusion, taping attachment was, in exercise at maximum and ventilation threshold, found to have a positive effect on the improvement of CPK and ammonia. Taping is recognized to be ergogenic aids to help the practice of effective exercise and the prevention of injury in sports.

      • 스텝 에어로빅 운동이 중년여성의 건강관련 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of 12 weeks Step Aerobics exercise on the health related Fitness in middle-aged women. For the purpose, 14 middle-aged women who are slightly over weight were selected. They were divided into two groups. One is an exercise group consisting of seven members who are to make step aerobics for 12 weeks and the other is a control group. In terms of exercising methods, the period, time and frequency of step aerobic are determined as 12 weeks, sixty minutes a day and 3 days a week respectively. The results of the study are as follows : On the change of health related fitness, only body fat revealed a decrease from the body composition(p<.01). The others such as grip strength, back strength and sit-ups revealed a increase(p<.01). On the cardiorespiratory function, VO2max(㎖/min/㎏) and physical endurance revealed a increase(p<.05)(p<.01). Consequently, step aerobics for 12 weeks does have an positive influence on physical fitness and the serum lipid concentrations in middle-aged women. Besides it makes middle-aged women generally useful for treatment of obesity, recreation and staying them healthy.

        간헐적 런닝이 중년여성의 지질 및 지단백과 스트레스 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and stress hormones concentration after 12-week Intermittent running training. Subjects were composed of 8 middle-aged women in their forties. The training program was indoor running training. The indoor running was composed of 70% HRmax, 10 minutes per day, 5 days per week training during 12 weeks was established to practice the training of 3 sets. In the changes of serum lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and stress hormone concentration, T-C, TG, FFF, Apo-B, epinephrine and norepinephrine showed significantly decrease as a result of 12-week running training, whereas Lipase, HDL-C, Apo A-I, A-II and cortisol revealed significantly increase after running training. As the above results, the intermittent running training in middle-aged woman, is found to have a positive effect in the improvement of the metabolism of serum lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein and stress hormones.

        최대 및 환기역치 운동 시 근테이핑이 LDH 및 Isoenzyme에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate how taping attachment influence the change of LDH and isoenzyme in blood after lower limbs taping group, whole body taping group, and control group were respectively divided with 7 members based on the male university students. The results of this study are as follows: While total-LDH, LDH1, and LDH2 respectively decreased in exercise at maximum, LDH3, LDH4, and LDH5 increased in the change of all LDHs. And then all LDHs were, in the post-hoc results, found to have a significant difference in CG and WTG among all groups, and also to have a significant difference right after the exercise as well as at the 30mins of recovery. While total-LDH, LDH1, and LDH2 respectively decreased, LDH4 and LDH5 increased in exercise at ventilation threshold.       • 고령화 사회에 대비한 노인운동 재활프로그램에 관한 연구

          이 연구는 고령화 시대에 들어서면서 노인들에게 발병하기 쉬운 치매와 대사증후군 등의 주요 질병은 신체구성 항목, 최대산소섭취량, 각종 혈액성분 그리고 대사증후군 각 항목별로 서론 연관되어 영향을 미치는 것을 살펴볼 수 있었으며 여러 선행연구에 의하면 운동은 이러한 요소들에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 노인들을 위한 여러 가지 운동프로그램개발이 반드시 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 노인의 특성을 고려할 때, 신체의 모든 부위가 극도로 약화되어 가고 있을 뿐만 아니라 경제적, 환경적 여건의 곤란함에 따른 신중한 배려가 요구된다. 따라서 노인을 대상으로 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 실시할 수 있는 운동 운동프로그램의 개발을 위한 몇 가지 제안을 하고자 한다.<BR>  노인을 위한 운동재활프로그램을 구성하고자 할 때 프로그램 작성자는 다음과 같은 사항을 고려하는 것이 바람직할 것이다.<BR>  1. 반드시 감독자가 있을 때 운동하도록 한다.<BR>  2. 주어진 공간에서 할 수 있는 동작으로 구성한다.<BR>  3. 운동의 범위가 지나치게 넓은 공간 활용을 필요로 하는 동작은 삼가 한다.<BR>  4. 동기유발을 위해 최소한의 보조기구를 사용하도록 한다.<BR>  5. 자신의 체중을 이용할 수 있도록 한다.<BR>  6. 쉬운 동작으로 구성하도록 한다.<BR>  7. 유연성과 평형성 운동을 포함 시킨다.<BR>  8. 산책 등과 같은 유산소 운동을 포함 시킨다.<BR>  9. 근저항 운동을 반드시 포함 시킨다.<BR>  10. 놀이와 유사한 동작을 포함시킨다.<BR>  11. 준비운동과 정리운동을 철저히 한다.   The rate of old people radically increased, prolonging the expectation life of mankind because of the development of radical industry, economy, and medical science. Aging society has been already started since 2005 with old people of more than 65 years old became 4380 thousand people who were occupied by 9,0% of all the people. And then the problems of economic poverty, health, and loneliness in aging society were found to seriously rise.<BR>  The purpose of this study is to examine dementia and metabolic syndrome which happened in old people as serious diseases, and to reconsider the importance of exercise rehabilitation for old people.<BR>  Dementia means that remembrance and recognition"s ability gradually aggravate in the life. dementia was found to be 50-60% by Alzheimer"s disease, 20-30% by bloods, and 10-30% by other causes.<BR>  Metabolic syndrome means that the disease was found not to put glucose into cell. When there are more than 3 of the above 5 factors in common people, we name it metabolic syndrome. In these cases, heart disease and cerebral accident are found to easily take place in all the people.<BR>  The above factors concerned with dementia and metabolic syndrome were as follows : body composition, VO₂max, testosterone, growth hormon(GH), Insulin like growth factor-I, lipid, lipoprotein, apolipoprotein, β-amyloid, dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate(DHEAs), blood pressure, blood sugar, triglyceride, and abdominal habit.<BR>  By most pre-studies, long-term regular exercise was found to have a positive effect on the above factors in dementia and metabolic syndrome<BR>  It is recognized that there are the below proposes for the development of exercise program to practice the exercise without having the form in time and place based on old people<BR>  1. The exercise should be done with supervisor by programer.<BR>  2. Programer should consist of the motions which are able to do in the given space.<BR>  3. The exercise requiring excessively large space should be prohibited by programer.<BR>  4. The assistant tool for motivation in exercise should be used by programer.<BR>  5. Exerciser"s weights should be utilized by programer.<BR>  6. Programer should consist of easy motions in exercise.<BR>  7. Programer should include the exercise of flexibility and balance in exercise.<BR>  8. Programer should include the exercise of aerobic.<BR>  9. Programer should include the exercise of muscle resistance.<BR>  10. Programer should include the play and quasi-motion.<BR>  11. Programer should include warm-up and cool-down exercise.

        달리기와 근저항 복합운동이 20대 비만여성의 지질, 지단백 및 아포지단백 대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of lipid, lipoprotein and apolipoprotein concentration after 12-week combined aerobic exercise and resistance training. Subjects were composed of 6 obese women in their twenties. The training program was separated indoor running and muscular resistance training. The indoor running was composed of 60% HRmax, 20 minutes per day, 4 days per week, and the method of muscular resistance training during 12 weeks was established to practice the training of 3 sets through repeated frequency of 30-35 times with the loading of the load was gradually increased by measuring 1RM every 2 weeks. In the changes of serum lipid, lipoprotein and apolipoprotein concentration, T-C, TG, LDL-C, VLDL-C, T-C/HDL, LDL/HDL, Apo-B, Apo C-Ⅲ, Apo-B/Apo A-Ⅰ, AI, and Lipase showed significantly decrease as a result of 12-week combined exercise training, whereas FFA, HDL-C, Apo A-Ⅰ, A-Ⅱ and Apo C-Ⅱ revealed significantly increase after combined exercise training. In this result, it could be suggested that 12-week combined aerobic exercise and resistance training demonstrated positive effects to the changes of serum lipid, lipoprotein and apolipoprotein metabolism. Therefore, it is maybe thought that combined training program was ideal exercise type for the obese female.
