유한요소 구조해석을 위한 전후처리 통합운영 시스템에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 유한요소 구조해석을 위한 전후처리 통합운영 시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 구조해석, 전처리 및 후처리가 윈도우즈 환경에서 통합운영될 수 있도록 설계되었는데, 다중처리, 객체연결 및 결합 기법 등을 사용한 다중 윈도우상에서 대화식 입출력 기능과 여러가지 입출력 결과의 동시표현 등으로 더 향상된 그래픽 사용자 접속장치 환경을 제공한다. 따라서 메뉴, 대화상자, 다중 윈도우상에서의 단계별 자동입력 등을 통하여 자료의 입력이 용이해졌고, 동일 화면상에서 입력자료와 출력결과를 동시에 나타낼 수 있게 되었다. 본 시스템의 타당성과 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 여러가지 구조물에 대한 정적 및 자유진동해석을 수행하였다. An Integrated processing system for finite element structural analysis has been studied. It is designed to control integratedly the preprocessing, the execution and the postprocessing of a finite element structural analysis program on Windows. It becomes a better graphic user interface(GUI) for the concurrent representation of various inputs and outputs through the dialog-type on multi-windows by the multi-tasking and the object linking and embedding(OLE). Data input can be done easily through menus, dialog boxes and automatic stepwise inputs on the multiple windows, and then output results can be seen with input data on the same screen. Efficiency and validity of the system were examined by solving several numerical examples.

連續 Slab 構造로 된 合成 Prestressed Concrete I-Beam 道路橋의 最大適用徑間

Prestressed concrete highway bridges are often constructed with deck slabs placed continuous over several spans of simply supported precast beams. Composite action for live load arising from such construction enables the economization of the precast beams in the from of reduced section for given spans or extended spans for given sections. This paper calculated the maximum permissible spans for precast beams of standardized sections, and observed that the placement of deck slabs continuous over two and three spans of simply supported precast beams results in the extension of permissible spans by 10∼15% and 8∼13% respectively over simply laid construction, the smaller the percentage for the longer span. An algorithm for the calculation of maximum permissible spans for simple, 2-span and 3-span continuous slab construction is introduced for precast beams of given sections.
베이퍼챔퍼 제조기술을 적용한 LED 투광등기구의 열 특성 비교에 관한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to analyze thermal characteristics of the heat sinks to maximize the thermal diffusivity for LED floodlight. The 2 kind of samples were prepared by vapor chamber manufacturing technology using the heat pipe principle. It was analyzed the maximum temperature reduction effect and the thermal diffusion from the heat source depending on the types of chambers with 3 kind of working fluids. As a result, it was confirmed that thermal conductivity 23% increased, GVC-R type than IVC-R type.
부순모래를 사용한 레디믹스트 콘크리트의 배합설계 및 강도추정방법

It is difficult to keep the balance of supply and demand for natural aggregates in recent years, because natural resources have become to be almost exhausted. Crushed stone is already used for coarse aggregate instead of river gravel at present. Now, crushed sand or sea sand should be used for fine aggregate, because natural sand also has been exhausted with a few exceptions around Nakdong River. The sea sand has a lot of problems which are the corrosion of reinforcement bars, the investment of facility for cleansing salt and the cost increase due to the insufficiency of industrial water. Therefore, it is necessary to produce and to utilize the crushed sand very actively, but some material properties which are related to water absorption, strength and chemical durability, prevent from determining the generalized criteria because its rocks make much differences in its physical and chemical characteristics. In this paper, fundamental physical properties of crushed sand, which comes from Daegu Subway construction fields, have been investigated for the usability on basic material of concrete. The optimum replacement ratio and the strength estimation method of crushed sand replacing natural sand also have been presented here through the compressive strength test of ready-mixed concrete cylinders.<br/>
