초기설계단계에서 건축물 통합 안전성능 검증을 위한 평가요소 체계화에 관한 연구

When planning buildings, safety should be considered as a priority over any other performance. The study aims to derive and systematize elements that can be reflected in the design stage, which affects the safety of construction workers and building users. The elements for safety of workers are classified by type of work, and the elements for safety of users are classified by fields. Elements that are difficult to be reflected in design stage or those whose effects are insignificant are excluded. In addition, application scenarios have been proposed for each element so that the elements created in this study can be directly applied and utilized in practice. This will contribute to lowering the accident rate of construction projects by evaluating the harmful risks of construction projects at the design stage.
국내 설계사무소의 BIM기반 통합설계프로세스 도입에 따른 비용효과분석에 관한 연구

These days, architectural projects are becoming larger and more complex. And lots of information occurs through each phases and areas. For these reason, it is emphasized that collaboration with other parts. Therefore we need more effective architectural design process. However, it is difficult to collaborate in early stage with existing design process and it causes unnecessary spending of time and cost because of 2D-based working system. For solving these problem, we should introduce BIM-based Integrated Design Process which makes it possible to collaborate with other parts from early stage. Now the AEC industry in Korea has been trying to introduce BIM, and promoting variety of related business. However, for actual application of this system, it is unfortunately necessary to change various system throughout the construction industry. And this will cause lots of effort and expense. It is essential that scientific analysis and evaluation of efficiency and validity about this investment, because estimation of the investment and accompanying effects will provide reasonable standard of judgment for investment decision. Thus, this research conducted Cost-Benefit Analysis about BIM-based Integrated Design Process compared to existing design process. It is expected that this paper can be used for preliminary data in the future BIM market.
시공단계에서의 물량산출자동화를 위한 BIM기반 Dynamo 알고리즘 구현방안에 관한 연구

Currently, BIM has been introduced in the design and construction sites and has been experiencing trial and error until recently. In particular, the BIM data constructed at the design stage is used in the process management stage at the actual construction site. However, the data input system and the utilization data There are still many problems in the room. As a representative example, in order to calculate the exact quantity of materials, it is necessary to modify and re-input the information of the existing BIM project, which takes a lot of time. Therefore, this study suggests a method to automatically calculate the BIM input information and the quantity of BIM information using the BIM - based Dynamo in the construction phase. For this purpose, we investigated the problems of the input method and the method of using the parameter value of the process information in the construction phase in the BIM model. In order to solve the problem, we propose a method to implement automatic algorithm for inputting process information and quantity calculation in construction phase using Dynamo.
딥러닝 기반 이미지 자동 레이블링을 활용한 건축물 파사드 데이터세트 구축 기술 개발

The construction industry has made great strides in the past decades by utilizing computer programs including CAD. However, compared to other manufacturing sectors, labor productivity is low due to the high proportion of workers" knowledge-based task in addition to simple repetitive task. Therefore, the knowledge-based task efficiency of workers should be improved by recognizing the visual information of computers. A computer needs a lot of training data, such as the ImageNet project, to recognize visual information. This study, aim at proposing building facade datasets that is efficiently constructed by quickly collecting building facade data through portal site road view and automatically labeling using deep learning as part of construction of image dataset for visual recognition construction by the computer. As a method proposed in this study, we constructed a dataset for a part of Dongseong-ro, Daegu Metropolitan City and analyzed the utility and reliability of the dataset. Through this, it was confirmed that the computer could extract the significant facade information of the portal site road view by recognizing the visual information of the building facade image. Additionally, In contribution to verifying the feasibility of building construction image datasets. this study suggests the possibility of securing quantitative and qualitative facade design knowledge by extracting the facade design knowledge from any facade all over the world.

Insufficient studies have been conducted on the development of design methods to perform energy performance analysis. Thus, there is a problem that it is difficult to objectively obtain reliability in energy performance assessment of architectural designs such as scale and size of buildings. To this end, this study analyzed the correlation with energy performance using only basic architectural design elements with mass buildings. This has the advantage of establishing more free mass design mass design considering energy performance even if design and main structure are yet to be determined.
