현재 우리나라는 1970년대부터 지진에 대한 관측이 시작된 이래 지진 발생 횟수가 계속적인 증가 추세에 있으며, 개정된 도로교표준시방서(1992)에 최초의 교량내진설계기준이 제정되었다. 하지만 그 이전에 건설된 대부분의 교량구조물은 지진에 대한 고려 없이 설계되어 있으므로 내진성능평가를 수행하여야하며 성능이 부족할 시 내진보강이 필요하다. 현재 도로교의 내진해석은 단순히 구조물이 하중 이상의 강도만을 갖도록 하는 하중기반해석에 근거하고 있으나, 단순한 강도의 비교만을 통해서는 구조물의 성능이 파악되지 않을 수 있으므로 최근 들어 역량스펙트럼법과 시간이력해석법을 이용하여 내진성능을 평가하는 연구들이 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 역량스펙트럼법 중변위기반해석법인 ADRS방법을 이용하여 기존의 교량에 대하여 내진성능을 평가해 보았는데, 하중기반해석에서의 복잡한 동적해석을 피할 수 있어서, 간편하고 신속하게 내진성능을 평가할 수 있었다. 정량적으로 산출된 성능점을 통하여 기존구조물의 내진성능이나 신설 구조물의 목표성능에 대한 설계 검증에 효율적으로 적용이 가능하였으나, 고차 모드의 효과와 반복 주기하중에 의한 구조물의 성능저하는 고려하기가 어려웠다. The number of earthquake occurrence in korea shows continuous increasing trend since the start of earthquake observation in 1970`s. The first design standard of quake proof bridge was established at revised standard specification of road bridge in 1992. However, most bridge structures which were constructed without considering earthquake in former times need performance of quakeproof property. Quakeproof analysis in current bridges, is based on analysis of load base which just has strength over the load of structures but is not checked through simple comparison of strength performance of structures. So we would like to check the reasonability of ADRS(Acceleration-Displacement Response Spectrum) method, an analysis method based on displacement to practice performance test. As the results, the ADRS method, a capacity spectrum method could avoid complex dynamic analysis based on loads and it efficiently applied to design verification with normal checking for quakeproof performance and aimed performance of new structures. However we could not consider the effects of high modes and performance reducing in structures by repeated load.

However, most bridge structures which were constructed without considering earthquake in former times need performance of quakeproof property. Quakeproof analysis in current bridges, is based on analysis of load base which just has strength over the load of simple structures but is not checked through simple comparison of strength performance of structures so that we would like to check that ADRS method is reasonable or not using ADRS method(Accleration-Displacement Response Spectrum Method), a analysis method based on displacement of object of performance test. As the result of that, the capacity spectrum method can avoid complex dynamic analysis in analysis based on loads and it efficiently applies to design verification with normal checking for quakeproof performance and aimed performance of new structures. However we can not consider effects of high modes and it has problem that does not consider falling of performance in structures by repeated load.
