동축형 전단 분사기의 액적분포 균일도를 향상시키는 방법으로 고안된 다공성 분사기의 개발에 앞서 다공성재의 압력강하 특성을 파악하였다. 고속/대유량에서 다공성재를 지나는 유동은 압력강하가 속도에 대해 비선형적인 관계를 가지는 Non-Darcy 유동이다. 본 연구의 목적은 다공성재를 통과하는 압축성 유체의 압력강하 특성을 나타내는 투과율과 Ergun 상수의 계산방법을 도출하여 향후 다공성 분사기의 개발에 확실한 설계 기반을 제공하는 것이다. To study the pressure drop characteristics of porous media, prior to develop a porous injector, which design for a method to improve coaxial shear injector of droplet distribution the uniformity. The flow through porous media is Non-Darcy flow which have non-linear relationship between pressure drop and velocity in high speed and high mass flow rate. The purpose of this study is that find the permeability and Ergun coefficients of compressible fluid through porous media derived from the experiments. After on to compare and examine its results to provide authentic base plan for development of the porous injector in the future.

중국 전자상거래에서의 소비자 개인정보보호에 관한 연구

Recently, with the coming of information society based on information and communication technologies, the E-commerce in China rapidly developed, enriched and made the live of human beings convenient in virtual space which breaks the barrier of space and time. On the contrary, it also brought all kinds of violation of privacy. Nowadays, a handful of local governments in China recognized the importance in maintaining legal and institutional systems to compose special regulations relate to the protection of personal information applied to some sectors. However, there still lack of a special and completing law that could cover the whole China. Therefore, in this study, by the examination of China's personal information protection legislation status, we reveals the existing problems and also suggested that composing special and completing regulations and establishing independent supervisory institution with powerful authority and position to guarantee the effectiveness of integrated law and promoting the activation of China's E-commerce. In conclusion, it is essential to take some promotion measures for the protection of personal information in accordance with the orientation of global legal concerning the regulations and principles of the protection of personal information in China.

액체 추진 시스템에서 유체 제어용으로 활용되는 솔레노이드는 자성체를 이용해 만든 보빈에 코일을 감고, 코일의 바깥쪽 주위에 자성체로 만든 C자 형태의 프레임인 요크를 붙여 보빈과 요크를 흐르는 폐루프 자속을 얻는다. 본 연구에서는 자성체의 비선형적인 투자율 증가에 따른 흡인력 변화를 예측하기 위해 범용 전산해석 코드인 FEMM 4.2를 이용하여 해석을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 자성체의 비선형적인 투자율 증가를 고려한 솔레노이드 설계 활용방안을 제시하였다. A solenoid being applied as for fluid control in various types of space propulsion systems obtains closed-loop magnetic flux flowing through the bobbin and the yoke by winding a coil around a bobbin made with a magnetic material and attaching a yoke, the C-shaped frame made with a magnetic material around the outside of the coil. In this study, we carried out the electromagnetic analysis by using FEMM 4.2 to predict the attraction force changes according to non-linear permeability increase of the magnetic material, it presents the solenoid design utilizing considering the non-linear permeability increase of the magnetic material.

중국 전자상거래에서의 소비자보호를 위한 자율규제에 관한 사례분석

This paper deals with the protection of consumers in electronic commerce(EC) in China. This study provides an overview of the development of EC in China, and to review the current consumer problems and protection issues in China EC market. We find that one distinctive feature in consumer protection in EC context in China is that there is a strong self-regulations imposed by businesses due to lack of regulatory actions. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the development of protection of consumers in China EC market by analyzing a business self-regulation case, Dangdang.com. In conclusion, China has not yet made any law for the protection of consumers in the context of EC, and business self-regulations have many limits in fully protecting consumer rights in EC context. Therefore, China must make some laws and improve current limits of business self-regulation at the same time in order to perfect the protection of consumers in China EC market.

다양한 형태의 추진 시스템에서 유체 제어용으로 적용되고 있는 솔레노이드는 자성소재를 이용해 만든 보빈에 코일을 감고, 코일의 바깥쪽 주위에 자성소재로 만든 C자 형태의 프레임인 요크를 붙여 보빈과 요크를 흐르는 폐루프 자속을 얻는다. 본 연구에서는 보빈의 중간에 비자성소재를 삽입하여 폐루프 자속이 아마추어를 통과하게 함으로써 액추에이터의 구동력인 흡인력을 얻는 형태의 솔레노이드에 대해 전자기 해석을 수행하였으며, 삽입된 비자성소재의 길이를 따른 흡인력의 변화를 비교해 나타내었다. In this study, we carried out the electromagnetic analysis on the solenoid of the type obtaining attraction force, the driving force of an actuator by inserting a non-magnetic material in the middle of a bobbin and allowing closed-loop magnetic flux to go through the armature and compared the changes in attraction force depending on the length of the inserted non-magnetic material.

비영리조직의 기업가지향성이 조직역량을 통해 성과에 미치는 영향

현재 비영리조직은 치열한 경쟁 상황에 있으며, 비영리조직이 이를 극복하기 위해서는 기업가 지향적인 조직문화를 기반으로 한 조직역량을 향상시켜야 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 비영리조직이 갖추어야 할 조직문화 및 역량을 살펴보고, 이러한 조직문화가 역량을 통해 비영리조직의 성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 다시 말해 본 연구에서는 비영리조직의 조직문화를 사회 가치지향성, 위험감수성, 진취성, 혁신성, 진취성 등으로 구성된 총체적인 기업가지향성으로 보고, 기업가지향성이 비영리조직의 역량인 적응역량, 리더십 역량, 기술역량, 관리역량 등을 통해 조직의 경제와 사회적 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 비영리조직인 대학교, 병원, 사회복지시설, 자선단체 등의 직원 211명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 자료를 수집하여 실증분석을 시행하였다. 실증분석 결과 비영리조직의 기업가지향성은 조직의 적응역량, 기술역량, 관리역량에는 긍정 적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 리더십 역량에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비영리조직의 적응역량과 기술역량은 조직의 경제와 사회적 성과 모두 영향을 미쳤지만, 리더십 역량과 관리역량은 경제적 성과에만 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 비영리 조직과 관련된 연구들을 발전시켰을 뿐 아니라 비영리조직에서도 역량 구축이 중요하다는 것을 시사하였다. 또한 비영리조직이 치열한 경쟁 환경에서 생존하기 위해서는 기업가지향적인 조직 문화 구축과 조직역량을 개발해야 함을 시사하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to examine culture and capability essential for nonprofit organization and confirm the effect on nonprofit organization’s performance based on organizational culture and capability. In other words, this study regards organizational culture of nonprofit organization as overall entrepreneurial orientation, which is comprised of innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking and market orientation. This study aims to confirm the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on organization’s economic and social performance by using capabilities of nonprofit organization such as adaptive capability, leadership capability, technical capability and managerial capability. For the empirical test, we collected survey data from 211 employees of non-profit organizations. SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 have been utilized for delivering the study results. According to empirical analysis, entrepreneurial orientation of nonprofit organization had positive effect on adaptive capability, technical capability and managerial capability, but no effect on leadership capability. In addition, adaptive and technical capability of nonprofit organization had positive effect on both economic and social performance, however, leadership capability and managerial capability had effect only on economic performance. This study implies the importance of capability building in nonprofit organization and further improves the study of entrepreneurial orientation in nonprofit organization.

재생냉각식 액체로켓엔진의 연소기 형상 결정을 위한 예비 설계 방안

재생냉각식 액체로켓엔진의 예비 설계 단계에서 연소기 형상을 결정하기 위한 설계 방안을 제안하였다. CEA에서 예측된 연소 후 가스 물성치를 이용하여 로켓의 성능 및 재생냉각 성능을 계산하였다. 요구 추력, 연소실 압력, 주위 압력, 추진제 혼합비에 대해 1차원 관계식과 경험식으로 최적 유량과 연소기 성능을 예측하고, Rao 노즐 설계 기법을 활용하여 최종적으로 연소기 형상을 결정할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. A design plan was proposed for determining combustor configuration of regenerative- cooled liquid rocket engine in the process of preliminary design. Rocket performance and regenerative cooling results were calculated using the properties of combustion gas estimated in CEA. For required thrust, chamber pressure, atmosphere pressure and propellant mixture ratio the mass flow rate of propellants and combustor performance were predicted using one-dimensional and experimental equations. Finally, determinable plan for contour of combustor were presented through Rao nozzle design method.
