본 연구는 대학 내 학습 활동에 집중하는 현상을 개념화한 학습참여를 중심으로 지방대학 학생의 학업 경험을 유형화하여 그 특징을 심층적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. ‘한국종단교육연구2005’의 8차 대학생용 자료를 활용하여 분석하였고, 최종 연구 대상은 지방대학(전문대학 제외)에 재학 중인 1,558명의 대학생이다. 지방대학 학생의 학업 경험에 대한 기초분석에는 SPSS 18.0을 사용하였고, 잠재계층분석에는 MPLUS 8.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과 지방대학 학생의 학습참여 유형은 총 4개로 분류되었고, 각각의 유형은 ‘비참여형’, ‘사교형’, ‘직업형’, ‘열정형’으로 명명하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 다음의 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 본 연구의 지방대학 학생의 유형 분류는 우리나라 대학생들의 다수의 특징과 비슷하였다. 둘째, 대표적인 유형화 연구에서 도출된 ‘학자형’에 해당되는 학생 집단은 본 연구의 지방대학 학생 유형에서는 도출되지 않았다. 마지막으로 지방대학 학습참여 우수 집단과 위기 집단에 대한 차별적인 접근이 필요하다. The purpose of this research is to develop local university student typology based upon their patterns of student engagement. The data from the 2005 Korean Educational Longitudinal Study in the 8th wave of 2012 was analyzed using Mixture Modeling with MPLUS 8.0 and SPSS 18.0. Finding indicated that first, student engagement of local university students were identified as four latent classes, which could be defined as the Disengaged, the Collegiate, the Careerist, the Passionate. These findings suggested that first, the type classification of local university students in this study was similar to that of many college students in Korea characterized by passive participation. It is possible to understand the causes of high school students in college entrance to school. Second, the group of students who are classified as ‘scholar’ in the classification of North American study was not derived from the type of local college students in this study. Third, a discriminative approach is needed for students in crisis group and excellent group of student engagement.

학교폭력 사안 처리 사례 분석: 교사-교장 간 갈등 양태를 중심으로

본 연구는 실제 학교폭력 처리 과정에서 교사와 교장의 행동 양태를 분석하여 지도성 발휘가 필요한 지점을 찾아내고 학교 갈등관리 지도성을 심층적으로 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과, 해당 담임 교사는 학교폭력 처리 과정에서 과도한 업무와 역할을 요구받고 있었고, 부정적인 정서적 경험을 받고 있었다. 학교장은 공립 인문계 고등학교 경영에 있어서 학교폭력 사안이 그다지 중요하지 않다고 인식하고 있었고, 학부모와 학교와의 갈등과 학부모와 교사와의 갈등에서 적당히 감정을 받아주면서 일회적인 대응을 하는데 그쳤다. 이러한 임기응변식 대응은 사건의 이해를 왜곡하여 학부모들 간 그리고 학부모와 교사 간의 갈등을 부추기는 결과를 낳았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 학교폭력 사안에서 나타난 갈등을 효과적으로 대처하기 위한 학교 갈등관리 전략에 대한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the behaviors of teachers and principals in the process of actual school violence, to find the points where the principal s leadership needs to be demonstrated and to grasp the conflict management leadership in depth. As a result of this study, the homeroom teacher was asked to overwork and role in school violence processing and had negative emotional experience. The school principals recognized that violence in schools was not important in the management of public high schools, and they only temporarily responded to the emotional conflict between the parents and the school and the conflict between the parents and the teachers. This ad hoc response has distorted the understanding of the events, resulting in conflicts between parents and between parents and teachers. Based on the results of the study, I suggested a conflict management strategy to effectively cope with conflicts in school violence.

정부주도 대학평가의 쟁점과 과제: 박근혜정부를 중심으로

The purpose of this paper is to examine and to draw out the issues and the implications of systematic improvement based on the CK, ACE, LINC, BK, PRIME and university restructuring. In terms of evaluation objective, contents, method and utilization, The issues analysis of the governmental funding projects give the implication to systematic improvement of the governmental funding projects in higher education as follow. First, the objective of governmental funding projects in higher education should be established to lead the whole university community to work out change and innovation. Second, the minimal standard of evaluation method and process should be established to decrease the evaluation burden and a new evaluation indicator should be developed to consider each university characteristics. Third, the evaluation process should be organized with long term point of view to support enough for the university itself to prepare the evaluation. Finally, an in-depth research on the evaluation utilization are needed to manage the achievement of the governmental funding projects in higher education and to develop the identity and the autonomy of university. 본 연구는 박근혜정부의 대학 특성화사업(CK), 학부교육 선도대학 육성사업(ACE), 산학협력선도대학 사업(LINC), 두뇌한국 21 플러스 사업(BK21 PLUS), 산학연계 교육활성화 선도대학 사업(PRIME) 및 대학구조개혁평가를 중심으로 정부주도 대학 평가의 쟁점과 과제를 논의하였다. 평가의 목표, 내용, 방법, 결과활용 측면에서 분석한 결과, 목표의 수월성 의 관점 편중, 평가지표의 유사성으로 인한 수혜의 중복과 정성평가의 객관성 및 공정성에 관한 문제, 대학 구성원 간의 합의의 부재와 자금 위주의 정책수단의 한계점, 정부 대학평가의 효과성과 지속성 쟁점이 도출되었다. 쟁점을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 과제가 도출되었다. 첫째, 대학사회 전체의 변화와 혁신을 일으키는 방향으로 목표가 설정되어야 한다. 둘째, 각 사업의 특성과 대학의 유형을 반영한 차별화된 평가기준을 중심으로 선택지표를 개발해야한다. 셋째, 대학구성원들에게 적합한 합리적인 정책수단을 활용하여 정책 효과성을 높여야 한다. 마지막으로 대학의 정체성과 자생력을 길러주는 방향으로 결과가 활용되어야 한다.

지역 대학 혁신에 있어 학습자 ‘지역 경험’의 중요성에 대한 연구

목적 본 연구는 지역 대학 및 지역 혁신과 관련하여 진행되어온 기존 논의가 혁신의 궁극적인 주체인 ‘지역 학습자’와 이들의 ‘지역 경험’에 대해 간과해 왔음을 비판적으로 지적하고, 현재 진행되는 지역 대학 혁신 논의에 있어 학습자의 ‘지역 경험’이 주요하게 고려되어야 함을 주장하기 위해 이루어졌다. 지역 대학 혁신 사업이 지닌 교육적 기획으로서의 성격에 주목하여, 기존 논의에 있어 간과해 온 근본적인 문제인 지역 학습자의 ‘지역 경험’에 대한 이론적 검토를 시도하고 앞으로의 방향에 대해 제언하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지역 대학을 둘러싼 최근 환경변화 및 이슈들을 비판적으로 고찰하고, 지역 대학에 대한 기존의 연구와 정책적 접근에 있어 간과해 온 지역 대학 학습자의 ‘지역 경험’에 대한 개념적 고찰을 시도하였다. 또한, 이러한 일련의 논의를 토대로 비교적 모범적으로 학습자의 ‘지역 경험’을 고려하여 대학 혁신을 이루고 있는 국내외 사례를 함께 제시하였다. 이러한 사례 검토를 통해 학습자의 ‘지역 경험’에 초점을 두어 지역 학습자, 지역 대학, 지역사회 공동체 발전에 실질적으로 기여하기 위한 정책적 방향에 대해 제언하고자 하였다. 결과 논의 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 학습자의 지역 경험에 기반한 지역 대학 혁신의 방향과 관련하여 1) 지역 학습자가 지역에서 정주하면서 지역의 유⋅무형 자산을 의미 있게 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 제언, 2) 다양한 주체의 호혜적 관계 형성에 지역의 사회, 경제, 문화에 대한 총체적 경험을 활용하기 위한 제언, 3) 학습자의 지역 경험이 지역사회에서 실질적인 필요가 되기 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 결론 지역 대학 혁신과 관련한 정책이 여러 기관과의 상생 구도 속에서 교육적으로 바람직한 방향으로 구현되기 위해서는 지역 대학 학습자의 ‘지역 경험’에 대한 고찰이 필수적으로 이루어져야 한다. 기존의 행정적, 정치적 관점에서 이루어지던 지역 대학 혁신 정책에 대해 교육적 관점에서의 새로운 문제제기를 시도한다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다. Objectives This study critically points out that the existing discussions on regional universities and regional innovations have overlooked the ultimate subject of innovation, ‘local learners’ and their ‘local experiences’, and points out that the current ongoing local university innovation It was done to argue that the learner's ‘local experience’ should be taken into account in the discussion. Paying attention to the nature of the local university innovation project as an educational plan, this study attempted a theoretical review of the ‘local experience’ of local learners, a fundamental problem that had been overlooked in previous discussions, and suggested future directions. Methods To this end, this study critically examines recent environmental changes and issues surrounding local universities, and attempts a conceptual examination of the ‘local experience’ of learners at local universities, which is a fundamental problem that has been overlooked in existing policy approaches to local universities. In addition, based on this series of discussions, by presenting domestic and foreign cases that are achieving university innovation by considering the ‘local experience’ of learners as a relatively exemplary model, focusing on the ‘local experience’ of learners, local learners, local universities, and the community It was intended to suggest a policy direction for practical contribution to development. Results Based on the discussion, this study proposes directions for regional university innovation based on the learners' local experiences. The proposed directions include: 1) Suggestions for enabling local learners to settle in the region and meaningfully utilize the tangible and intangible assets of the region. 2) Suggestions for utilizing the holistic experience of society, economy, and culture in the formation of mutually beneficial relationships among various stakeholders. 3) Suggestions for transforming learners' local experiences into practical needs within the local community. Conclusions In order for policies related to local university innovation to be implemented in an educationally desirable direction in a win-win structure with various institutions, it is essential to consider the ‘local experience’ of local university learners. This study is meaningful in that it tries to raise a new problem from an educational point of view for the regional university innovation policy, which has been carried out from an existing administrative and political point of view.
