In modern society, as interest in exercise replacement therapy for well-being and health increased, research on health respiration and breathing methods and various exercise replacement therapies began to emerge. Therefore, I intend to develop and present a technique as a way to breathe healthily and exercise therapy through body movement. Qimu has a theoretical background from the perspective of oriental philosophy, oriental medicine, and physiology, and attempts to present a movement for natural circulation according to the flow of chi rather than a general movement.
21C 전통춤의 예술성과 대중성의 양립적 발전형태에 관한 연구

This study identifies and analyzes how overseas traditional or folk dances are located in society as art and recognized by the public in the 21st century, identifies each chapter, shortcomings, and peculiarities, and suggests the direction to move forward through comparative analysis. As for overseas cases, three were selected: Flamenco of Spain, Hula of Hawaii, and Kabuki of Japan, which are recognized as traditional folk dances representing each country in the world and whose methods are contented as part of global tourism products or entertainment business. We positively examine the coexistence or development of artistry and popularity through three different aspects of traditional dance to obtain a basis for application and examine negative cases that may occur when applied. It is not just a way to popularize traditional dance, but to study the ideal form of development in which artistry and popularity are compatible. In addition, by grasping the current status of the popularity of Korean traditional dance, it is suggested that it is appropriate to add a new method that can be applied in Korea or apply it with examples of projects that can be changed. Therefore, this study aims to increase the artistic value of Korean traditional dance and to be the basis for the development of content that is popularized worldwide along with expertise.
비천상(飛天像)을 표현한 무용작의 도상학적 안무기법 연구: -윤미라무용단 무악지선(舞樂之仙)을 중심으로

In this study, a case of a dance work conducted in Korea was analyzed based on a iconographic perspective on examining the form of a non-celestial image. Through this, we would like to present the significance and value of works that express non-celestial images with iconographic choreography techniques. To analyze this, it was developed by analyzing Yoon Mi-ra's 舞樂之仙 from a iconographic perspective with non-celestial-related literature and iconography as domestic examples. Dance choreography, which began with historical iconography, enhances the artist's spirit by exerting imagination through image and symbolism. The overall conception of the work through storytelling and directing it to be realized in reality, or the composition of movements, use of lighting, composition, costumes, and music are used to enhance the completeness of the work. As analyzed in this study, the connection between historical art and dance work will have another artistic aesthetic and will be able to develop various and advanced creative areas.

The purpose of this study is to derive characteristics and artistic value of Sanjo dance. In this study, the analysis of six Sanjo Dances shows that Sanjo Dance has a value of music dance, has an open structure, and is a representative dance to know the identity of a dancer. Therefore, Sanjo Dance is a futuristic Korean dance, and it has the characteristic of dance that can be evolved by the age.
전통춤의 전승 패러다임 현상에 관한 연구 - 이동안류 진쇠춤을 중심으로

한국춤의 역사적 흐름에서 한국 전통춤은 근대화 과정으로 인한 무대무용으로의 전환, 전통춤의 유형화 작업, 전통춤의 재구성 또는 재창작화라는 변화의 과정을 거치며 지속적으로 진화하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 한국 전통춤 전승에 있어서 시대성을 반영한 재구성 · 재창작화 경향은 2000년대 이후 전통춤 공연 현장에서 흔히 발견할 수 있는데 이 과정에서 전통춤 공연은 원형복원과 보존을 수행하는 공연과 시대성을 반영한 전통춤 진화 현상이라는 두 가지 방향성을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전통춤이 전승되는 형태의 변화와 전통춤이 진화하는 과정에 대한 연구이며, 그중 이동안류 진쇠춤의 전승패러다임의 변화에 관하여 연구하였다. 전통춤의 전승 패러다임의 변화는 원형이 가지고 있는 의의나 형태가 훼손되지 않는 범위 내에서 시대적 흐름을 통해 무대화 되었다는 점에서 시대적인 관점을 수용하고 전통춤의 현대화를 꾀하는 하나의 방법으로서 다양한 구성방식의 활발한 변화가 수행되어지고 있음을 알 수 있었으며 또한 전통춤의 전승 패러다임은 미래지향적인 전통춤의 전승 방안으로서 새로운 면모를 제시하는 등 다양한 방향성을 유도 한다는 점에서 그 가치를 인정할 수 있다고 하겠다. In the historical trend of Korean dance, Korean traditional dance continues to evolve through the transition to stage dance due to the modernization process, the tangibleization of traditional dance, the reconstruction or re-creation of traditional dance. Moreover, the trend of reconstruction and re-creation of traditional Korean dances has been common in traditional dance performances since the 2000s, with two directions: performance of original restoration and preservation and evolution of traditional dances. Therefore, this study is a study of the change in the form of traditional dance and the process of the evolution of traditional dance, and among them, the change of the traditional paradigm of the Lee Dong-an Ryu Jin-so dance. The paradigm shift of traditional dance was staged through the trend of the times to the extent that the originals meaning and form were not undermined, and we can recognize that the paradigm of traditional dance is a way of introducing new aspects as a way of transmission.
신(新)전통춤의 이론적 접근과 전승 패러다임 변화에 관한 연구

new traditional dance must be a new direction emerged in the 21st Century. In the history of dance, artistic dance has seen new expression methods unfold according to the times. It's meaningful that a new type of artistic dance emerged at this moment when more than 100 years have passed since the Korean dance circle had started the artistic dance. Apart from this, new traditional dance can make traditional dance in the past into a more evolved form, paving the way for the advancement of traditional dance in the future. And so, new traditional dance could be an ideal dance activity allowing us to connect between the past, the present and the future. Further discussion of new traditional dance for its development is needed and, the study believes, activation of new traditional dance from the further evolved perspective may have a positive effect on the development of the country's dance world.
음양오행과 그리스 로마 신화를 접목한 치료적 움직임(기무) 프로그램 개발 연구

This study developed the movement of oriental medicine. It also found similar feature points of contact by combining Western Olympus gods and the five lines of yin and yang. These characteristics make it useful and interesting for the West, the East, and all classes. QMu, developed by combining Yin and Yang Five Elements with Greek and Roman mythology, has three characteristics. It is the breathing method that accompanies contraction and relaxation of the first muscle. Second, we use the principle of yin and yang. The movement of yin and yang reflects the characteristics of Apollo, the sun's god, and Artemis, the moon's god, which is a symbol of yin. The third uses the principle of five lines. The movements of the Five Elements help participants regain balance between their bodies and minds by experiencing the characteristics and emotional expressions of each god in Wood (Thursday), Fire (Tue), Gold (Metal), and Water (Water). The program was developed in the hope of experiencing harmony between the body and mind, while also making the body feel a deep bond as a part of nature, promoting emotional and psychological changes, and promoting health and well-being.
