This paper describes an analysis method based on the experimental parameter for the 0.9kW starter motor of vehicle with permanent magnet and pole core, and analyzed the influence by the effect of pole core of starting motor by using the 2D-FEM analysis technique to reflect the structural characteristic of 3D. A starter motor consists mainly of armature, yoke and permanent magnet with the pole core. Additionally, there is different the axial length of each part. Therefore, the effective of analysis method is needed to improve the characteristic of it. This paper approached the 2D-FEM analysis estimated by the 3D-EMCN(Three Dimensional Equivalent Magnetic Circuit Network) instead of the 3D-FEM analysis to minimize parameters. As a result, this paper is proposed the validity of 2D-FEM analysis and obtained reasonable results for improving a performance.

Burr is a projected part of finished workpiece. It is unavoidable and undesirable by-product of most metal<br/> cutting or shearing process. Also, it must be removed to improve the fit of machined parts, safety of workers,<br/> and the effectiveness of finishing operation. But deburring process is one of manufacturing processes that<br/> have not been successfully automated, so deburring automation is strongly needed. This paper focused on<br/> developing a basic algorithm to find edge of workpiece and match two different image data for deburring<br/> automation which includes automatic recognition of parts, generation of deburring tool paths and edge/corner<br/> finding ability by analyzing the DXF drawing file which contains information of part geometry. As an<br/> algorithm for corner finding, SUSAN method was chosen. It makes good performance in finding edge and<br/> corner in suitable time. And this paper suggested a simple algorithm to find matching point between CCD<br/> image and drawing file.
교육매체 활용 : LabVIEW 기반의 USB방식 DAQ장비를 활용한 효과적인 수업 방안

본 논문에서는 LabVIEW를 기반으로 USB방식의 DAQ 하드웨어를 활용한 효과적인 수업 방안에 대해서 살펴보았다. 전기, 전자, 정보통신 및 컴퓨터분야 뿐만 아니라 자동화분야에 이르기 까지 제어 계측에 대한 개념을 다양한 공학 분야에서 이론 및 실습 수업을 통하여 학습하고 있다. 더욱이 보다 효율적으로 개념을 이해하고 실습을 진행하는 데 있어서 고가의 장비에 의존하기 보다는 LabVIEW 기반의 USB방식의 DAQ 하드웨어 활용방법을 제안하고자 한다. 결과적으로, 이러한 활용방법을 누구라도 쉽게 접근하고 이해하며, 응용이 뛰어난 학습효과를 기대할 수 있으리라 사료된다. In this paper, we looked around an effective teaching plan base on the LabVIEW by utilizing the USB type DAQ device. Moreover, we have been learning the concept of control and instrumentation engineering through theory and practice classwork in the various field of engineering, come to automation engineering as well as electricity, electronic, telecommunication and computer science. In case of the best learning to understand the concept and operate the practice, we`d like to propose the application technique to make use of the PC based on LabVIEW software with USB type DAQ devices, better than to depend upon the expensive equipment as before. As a result, we hope that this technique to be considered easily accessible to understand anyone and expect distinguished applications.
