부분 중복 데이터베이스에서 중복 데이터의 트리를 이용한 일관성 유지

데이터의 중복은 가용성과 시스템의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 사용한다. 분산 데이터베이스 시스템에서는 데이터베이스의 일관성뿐만 아니라 중복 일판성도 유지해야 한다. 이 논문에서는 부분 중복 환경에서 각 데이터 마다 주사본을 루트로 하여 그 데이터의 사본들을 계층적인 트리로 조직화하고, 이 트리를 이용하여 연산들의 충돌문제를 해결하는 효율적인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 각 데이터의 계층구조화는 갱신이 데이터의 계층구조를 따라 사본이 갖는 사이트에만 전파될 수 있으므로 갱신의 불필요한 전파시간을 제거하여 갱신 전달 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 그리고 제안한 알고리즘은 지연 갱신 전파로 인하여 갱신 전파 도중에 발생할 수 있는 충돌로 인한 비직렬성 문제를 타임스탬프와 보상 트랜잭션을 이용하여 해결한다. 이러한 방식의 연산들의 충돌문제의 해결은 갱신전파 시간을 줄이면서도 일관성 있는 데이터를 제공할 수 있다. The replication of data is used to increase its availability and to improve the performance of a system. The distributed database system has to maintain both the database consistency and the replica consistency. This paper proposes an algorithm which resolves the conflict of the operations by using the mechanism based on the structure that the replicas of each data item are hierarchically organized. Each update is propagated along the tree based on the fact that the root of each data item is the primary replica in partially replicated databases. The use of a hierarchy of data may eliminate useless propagation since the propagation can be done only to sites having the replicas. In consequence, the propagation delay of updates may be reduced. By using the timestamp and a compensating transaction, our algorithm resolves the non-serializability problem caused by the conflict of operations that can happen on the way of the update propagation due to the lazy propagation. This resolution also guarantees the data consistency.

어린이집의 영아조기영어교육 실태 및 원장과 교사의 인식

본 연구는 부산시에 소재하는 어린이집 원장과 교사의 영아조기영어교육에 대한 인식과 실태를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 어린이집 원장 108명과 교사 241명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, X² 검증, 교차분석을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영아조기영어교육의 교육목표, 교육내용, 교육방법, 적합한 교사, 교사의 자질, 개선점에 대한 원장과 교사의 인식은 차이가 없었으며, 적합한 교재, 어린이집 교육과의 관계에 대한 인식은 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 어린이집의 영아조기영어교육의 실태를 살펴 본 결과 실시하게 된 계기는 원장의 교육관에 의해서라는 응답이 가장 많았으며, 실시방법은 간단한 회화 중심으로 주 1~2회 정도로 횟수로 실시하고 있는 곳이 가장 많았다. 본 연구 결과는 영아조기영어교육의 활성화를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to identify the differences of perspectives toward English education for infants between directors and teachers, and to find out perspectives of directors and teachers toward English education for infants. Research questions were developed as follows. 1. What was the current condition of English education for infants? 2. What were the differences of perspectives toward English education for infants between directors and teachers? The subjects of this study were 108 directors and 241 teachers of day care centers in Busan. The questionnaire consisted of three categories of general background, general perspectives, and conditions of English education in the classroom in charge. The results of this study were as follows: First, it was appeared that more than half of day care centers provided English education for infants, and infants of 24~36 months were mainly taught English for less than 30 minutes once or twice a week based on director's policy. English teachers were mostly Korean majored in English, and songs, finger plays, storytelling, games, repeating sentences based on picture card, picture books, and story books were mostly used teaching methods. Second, both directors and teachers thought that goal of English education for infants was motivation and interests in English, contents of English education were songs and finger plays, and Korean English teachers were appropriate for infants.
