The vehicle industry has been developing day by day. Demand for the development of intelligent vehicle that will satisfy both technology and economy has been increased. As a result, the vehicle control system has been changed from a mechanical control method to a electrical control method. In case of brake system, the direct control method that can directly brake a vehicle using a electric wires are under study to replace oil pressure system. This paper deals with a electric mechanical brake motor that is one of the core automotive part contributing greatly to the development of automotive industry.

When hydrogen and air is supplied to generate electricity in fuel cell stack, however suitable amount is supplied, all the hydrogen not form water. There is supplied hydrogen which did not reacted perfectly and mixed in exhaust fumes ,It can be caused danger of exploding and ineffective hydrogen application.Therefore, recycle of hydrogen is needed for aspect of effective hydrogen. This hydrogen recirculation system makes reacted hydrogen recycled and rate of hydrogen increased through stack. As a result, it is the purpose that induces mileage of car. For this, ejector or hydrogen recirculation blower has been studied as main method.

This paper deals with the structure of permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor to reduce rare earth magnet. SPM, IPM and PMASynRM are compared and analyzed to propose the optimal performance structure by reducing the use of rare earth magnet. Each motor is designed by 2D finite element analysis. Based on this structure, it can be applied in various automotive motor.

This paper deals with the structure using magnet stopper of actuator valve which is applied BLDC motor to improve the power and effectiveness of vehicle engine. It’s not reqiured to flow the current when the valve stops. And also it has adventage to solve the problem of noise by using detent toque of magnet stopper. Based on this structure, it is designed to figure out the character of the actuator through 3D finite element analysis and to build the possibility of applying of the actuator applied permanent magnet stopper designed practical research process.
