        세로영상 플랫폼 UI 디자인의 사용자 만족도 연구

        Today, millennials and Generation Z are combined to be called MZ generation. In addition, with the development of smartphones and media, the MZ generation's video viewing has become an era of smartphones. In particular, among those who fall under the MZ generation, the use of vertical video platforms optimized for smartphones is spreading, which can be seen as a different concept from existing SNS. In the past, video platforms were mostly horizontal screen video platforms because they correspond to PC-based websites. Due to the development of smartphones, I have become familiar with vertical screens, and with the advantage of portability, I can experience various functions including photography by myself with just one smartphone. However, unlike PCs, these vertical video platforms focus on smartphones, which are small screens, so users' satisfaction with the components on the screen cannot be based on portability. Therefore, with the aim of suggesting improvements through research, the analysis of the common screen UI of the three platforms was presented as a table, and the common features, differences, and advantages and disadvantages of the platform UI were derived based on the survey and additional responses. 오늘날 밀레니얼세대와 Z세대를 합쳐 MZ세대라고 부른다. 또한 스마트폰과 미디어의 발전으로 MZ세대의 동영상 시청이 스마트폰으로 이루어지는 시대가 되었다. 특히 MZ세대에 해당하는 이들 가운데에서는 스마트폰에 최적화된 세로형 동영상 플랫폼의 사용이 확산되고 있으며, 이것은 기존의 SNS와 다른 개념이라고 볼 수 있다. 과거의 동영상 플랫폼은 PC를 기반으로 한 웹사이트에 해당하기 때문에 가로 형태의 화면의 동영상 플랫폼이 대부분이었다. 스마트폰의 발전으로 인하여 세로형 화면에 익숙해지게 되었고, 휴대성이라는 장점으로 스마트폰 하나만으로도 혼자서 촬영을 비롯한 다양한 기능을 경험할 수 있게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 세로형 동영상 플랫폼은 PC와 달리 작은 크기의 화면인 스마트폰 위주이다 보니 화면 안의 구성요소들에 대한 사용자들의 사용 만족도가 휴대성 위주의 긍정적 평가만 있을 수는 없다. 따라서 조사를 통해 개선점을 제안하는 것을 목표로 하여, 세 플랫폼의 공통된 화면 UI에 대한 분석을 표로 제시하고 설문과 추가 응답으로 받아낸 것을 바탕으로 플랫폼 UI의 공통점과 차이점, 장·단점을 도출하였다.

        헛개차 패키지디자인의 시각적 요소가 소비자 선호도에 미치는 영향

        Consumption of drinking and hangover remedies is increasing due to the increased awareness of health-related consumers and the implementation of With COVID-19 policies since recently experiencing COVID-19. The product that reflects consumers' desire to relieve hangovers and acts as a health food is oriental raisin tea. Oriental raisin tea is a type of hangover-relieving "functional" tea that has a high sales rate in the domestic liquid tea market, but there is little competition in package-based corporate marketing strategies in the Oriental raisin tea market, so there is a wide gap between companies in sales. In this regard, the researcher conducted the study under the assumption that the visual elements of the Oriental raisin tea package design will affect consumer preference. As a result, it was found that among the four visual elements of the package, graphics, layout, color, and typography, the affinity for color affects the affinity for the package design of Oriental raisin tea. The degree of consumer favorability through package design also affects brand support. Therefore, graphics and layouts that do not affect consumer preferences shown through analysis should be improved to draw more favorable responses from consumers. This will help consumers who perceive visual elements as a single package without seeing them as one element to actively consider design during consumption activities, and related research should continue to affect the competitiveness of the Oriental raisin tea market and the production of more diverse products in the future.

        Dual Growth Factor-Loaded Core-Shell Polymer Microcapsules Can Promote Osteogenesis and Angiogenesis

        Growth factors (GFs) are very critical in stem cell differentiation and tissue regeneration. Therefore GFdelivery carriers have been a major subject in tissue engineering research. In this study, we prepare and optimizecore-shell microcapsules (C-S MCs) for dual GF delivery. The C-S MCs, composed of an alginate shell andpoly(lactic-co-glycolic) acid (PLGA) core, are fabricated using an electrodropping method via custom-made coaxialneedles. They are 198±38 μm in diameter with an average core size of 90±13 μm, and they are fabricated using analginate concentration of 1% (w/v), an electrical voltage of 11 kV, and an inner syringe flow rate of 50 μL/min. Usingthis platform, dual GFs, bone morphogenetic protein (BMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) areencapsulated in the alginate shell and PLGA core, respectively. In vitro release tests of dual GF-loaded C-S MCsreveal early release of BMP-2, followed by VEGF on a temporal release profile of 28 days. In vitro study of the dualGF-loaded MCs demonstrates their osteogenic activity with preosteoblasts; osteogenic markers (osteocalcin andtype I collagen) are upregulated and both calcium content and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity also increased. In addition, C-S MCs combined with collagen and preosteoblasts were subcutaneously transplanted to the dorsalregion of nude mice for 3 weeks. Analysis of the retrieved constructs exhibits that both osteogenesis and angiogenesiswere more active in the group containing dual GF-loaded MCs, along with deep penetration of blood vesselsinside the construct, compared to blank MCs or single GF (BMP-2)-loaded MCs. This study proposes a dual GFdelivery carrier using C-S MCs and demonstrates the feasibility of C-S MCs in the induction of osteogenesis andangiogenesis.
