공공영역에서 의료 마이데이터(MyData) 생태계 구축방안 연구

본 논문은 공공영역에서 의료 마이데이터 사업을 추진하기 위한 생태계 구축 방안을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 마이데이터 사업의 유형을 비즈니스 도메인별, 주체별, 목적별, 방식별로 구분하고, 이를 바탕으로 국내 및 해외에서 추진되고 있는 마이데이터 사업을 유형별로 분석하였다. 그 후 분석 결과를 바탕으로 시나리오 기법을 통해 공공영역에서 추진할 수 있는 마이데이터 사업의 시나리오를 도출하고, 각 시나리오를 추진하기 위한 주체별 역할 및 주요 이슈를 파악하여 생태계 구성 주체별 전략방향을 제시하였다. 이와 같은 시도는 민감 정보를 대상으로 하여 민간에서 시작하기에 이슈가 많은 의료 마이데이터 사업이 국내에 정착하기 위해 공공영역에서 주도적으로 할 수 있는 역할이 무엇인지를 드러내는데 1차적 의의가 있다. 이를 통해 국내에서 생태계가 구축되기 위해 예상되는 이슈를 파악하고, 향후 마이 데이터 사업이 국내에서 올바른 방향으로 추진될 수 있는 방향성을 제시하기 위한 논의의 초석이 될 것으로 기대한다. The purpose of this thesis is to derive a strategy to establish an ecosystem for promoting health my data projects in the public domain. To this end, first, the types of my data business were classified by business domain, subject, purpose, and method, and based on this, my data business being promoted in Korea and abroad was analyzed by type. After that, based on the analysis results, scenarios for my data projects that public domain can promote and the roles and major issues of each subject were identified, and the strategic direction for each subject of the ecosystem was presented. Such an attempt is of primary significance in revealing the role that the health MyData project can take the lead in the public domain to settle in Korea targeting sensitive information. Through this, it is expected that it will be a cornerstone of discussion to identify issues that are expected to establish an ecosystem in Korea, and to present a direction in which the my data business can be promoted in the right direction in the future.

This study aims to identify the design of men``s wear that has the characteristics of expressing maximalism in men``s wear collection and contribute to the field of men``s wear fashion which expects new, original, and experimental fashion styles to be created. When it comes to research contents, this study first identifies the concept and characteristics of expression of maximalism in such fields as literature and art and based on this, makes a case study of men``s wear fashion designs shown in men``s wear collection and then understands the type of characteristics of expressing maximalism and the characteristics related to its expressive method in men``s wear design. The study findings are as follows: First, expansion referred to the extreme avant-garde that changed the concept of fashion design by expanding clothes or accessories or exaggerating silhouettes. Second, fanciness continued to appear as a tool to use the luxurious decorations that applied fancy handicraft techniques and express the world of original design. Third, fusion represented the expression of various charms from one work without making any classifications between the tradition and the present and between the east and the west. Fourth, fantasy indicated the expression of surrealistic images by expressing the unbounded imagination through creative ideas.

스마트 스피커에서 개인정보 발화에 따른 사용자 동의 UI/UX 개선 연구

스마트 스피커는 기존 서비스와 달리 음성으로 데이터를 수집할 뿐 아니라 수집한 데이터를 기반으로 처리한 정보를 스피커를 통해 발화하는, 즉 소리로 전달하는 특징을 가진다. 이러한 서비스 응답구조는 스피커에서 음성을 통해 전달되는 정보에 사용자의 개인정보가 포함되어 발화될 수 있는 위험이 존재한다. 구글, 아마존의 스마트 스피커 초기 설정 시 동의 과정 분석을 통해 개인정보 발화 위험을 사용자가 명확히 인지하기 어렵다는 문제를 발견하였다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트 스피커 서비스의 사용자 동의 과정에서 사용자의 개인정보 발화 위험 인식 재고를 위한 UI/UX 개선방안으로 1) 개인정보 발화 위험성 약관 명시 및 별도 화면 제시, 2) 사용자의 자유로운 서비스 동의 허용, 3) 컨트롤러에게 전달되는 개인정보와 스피커를 통해 발화될 수 있는 개인정보를 구분하여 제시, 4) 개인정보 발화 위험에 대한 음성 고지 및 동의 과정 추가를 제안하였다.
