        철도건설 산업재해 예방을 위한 효율적 안전관리 방안에 관한 연구

        Construction work, maintenance work and repair work on the railroad line have inherent risks due to the fact that workers have to work while the train is in normal operation. Working on the railroad line or near the railroad line is very dangerous unlike regular construction. Most importantly, occurring accident at a construction site is because of not following the basic safety regulation. This study has a comparative analysis between the performance of safety activities and the magnitude and implemented multi-variate regression analysis using the factor value to reveal the main factor which can control the level of safely. As a result, we suggest the effective safety management plan by comprehending the influence of workers` safety awareness on the industrial accident.

        IPA기법을 통한 건설업 상생협력 프로그램의 중요도-만족도 평가 연구 -전남지역 공사금액 800억 이상 건설현장을 중심으로-

        Korea has emphasized the autonomous safety under the cause of the activation of industrial management activity against corporate regulation policy through several economic crises since IMF in 1997 and consequently the forms and sizes of disasters have been bigger due to the weakening of national safety consciousness and the lack of the national disaster and safety system. Especially, the safety techniques of construction industry which has played the central roles in the economic growth of Korea have been relatively lagged behind compared to its construction techniques. In case of construction industry, small and medium sized construction companies are much more than large construction companies and account for a considerable portion of construction accidents in Korea. To settle this problem, Korean government built the win-win cooperation program for construction industry in 2008 and made efforts to reduce the occurrence of accidents in construction sites through the parent companies`` support of safety management to their small and medium subcontractors. But, as the occurrence of construction accidents showed no change for recent years and accidents occurred in the construction field which participated in the program, the government set the participation limit to the construction companies with average or more occurrences of construction accidents. Therefore, as the evaluation of win-win cooperation program for the construction companies which has been managed for five years from 2008 to 2014, the present study evaluated the importance-satisfaction of win-win cooperation program for construction companies using IPA. Evaluation questionnaire was arranged with program managed at each site based on government standards and the period of questionnaire was from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2013. Five major construction companies which manage the program were selected and total 650 subjects from 100 workers and 30 supervisors every quarter were evaluated and analyzed. As a result, various suggestions were obtained by each program. Large construction companies managing win-win cooperation programs must plan and execute the program based on the results of this study. In addition, importance-satisfaction of the program from the members should be evaluated and managed regularly. So the effects of the win-win cooperation program for construction companies should be proved through injury record so that all members of the companies are aware of its importance to reduce hazard factors of construction sites and reliability of the program conducted by the government should be improved.

        자동차 사업장 내 직무스트레스 실태 조사

        There are many types of stress for workers. Stress cause human error and further inflicts negligent accident during the operation. If it aggravates, stress can lead a depression or even suicide. This kinds of behaviors is a partial results of uneasy elements that indwells on worker``s mind and Korea ranked number one country in terms of suicide rate among Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries. It cannot be denied that this does not be generated from stress. This study focuses on automobile manufacturers so that it could discover causal factors generating human error and prepare countermeasures to prevent them in advance. In addition, by measuring stress level depending on occupational group for those in car manufacturing industry using conveyor belt, this study aims to empirically analyze the relationship between stress level and causal factors generating human error. Finally, it plans to suggest effective measures for controlling job stress by operating psychological counseling as a measure to reduce human error.

        Fire insurance means a contract that insurer receive the fixed insurance premiums from insured person or an enterprise and compensate for their property damage caused by unexpected disasters. Fire insurance coverage for everyone is not obliged to join and level of guarantee can be changed by their will. Insensitivity towards safety that is prevalent in our society may grow if someone take out an insurance policy by subjective judgments. Therefore, this study verifies the correlation between electronics company`s fire accidents rate of each production building and election of their insurance coverage and suggest the reducing plan for insurance premiums.

        An efficient application of equipment capacity is an important factor for a company of today to survive under a extremely competitive market environment However, many companies have made an great effort to increase an external capacity by putting much input such as time and money without scrutinizing an equipment efficiency As a result of such increased equipment capacity, they have been faced with the problem of how to effectively deal with its excess capacity which is somewhat indispensible capacity for a company's business and thus can not be completely eliminated in a real world Therefore, this paper is concerned with defining capacity factors in detail to get practicable application devices and deriving their cost to provide a useful financial information for a company's management to make a sound investment decision. We present the real case study to show the applicability of the methodology we developed in this paper

        설비 자동화를 통한 공정 개선 사례

        The purpose of this study is for a company with a great amount of product lead time to reduce the number of its workers and its product lead time by constructing an integrated system, which is formed by the introduction and development of hardware and software in the equipment line of the company. In this study, a company which had a lot of manual processes and therefore needed to stabilize the flow process and the production system for securing technical capacity, was selected. For the purpose of improving the process of the selected company, the present system was analyzed and some sectors which required process improvement were investigated. An integrated system was constructed by introducing and developing software(a CNC design program) as well as hardware(loading/unloading and pallet devices). In addition, the data before processing and the data after processing were comparatively analyzed to see if the process had valid results. The time required and the number of workers required in making the same product were respectively included in the data be-fore processing and after processing. As a method of measurement, a stopwatch method was used and the measurement was done 15 times.

        Existing production methods and management patterns come to a crisis to do with diverse demands of customers and rapid changes of outward circumstances of these days. To face such crisis. information important for production should be gathered and managed, and it is most effective to build computerized information management system. As it was in the past when mass production was preferred. thorough knowledge of material flow, one of most important factors in significant these days when small production of various items to meet customers' diverse demands. In this paper, a program is suggested where the theory of MRP-II(Manufacturing Resource Planning) - a production management system, the heart in making integration of production information, - is applicable, and methodology on technical integration of information on work flow between client and servo is also suggested with easy interface and easy input and output of data, which easiness is secured in the suggested program.

        Lately, electronics industries manufacture electronic products in cooperation between mother companies producing finished goods and sub-contractors delivering parts to them. So, in electronics industries, not only are the manufacturing activities of mother companies important but also are the manufacturing activities of sub-contractors supplying various components to their customers important. With this environment, it is difficult to survive in the global competitions not only for the parts suppliers but also for the customers being supplied with parts by their part sub-contractors. But, it is getting specialized so the customers could not survive without their sub-contractors. So, the customers need to consider their suppliers as their extended production lines and introduce a comprehensive safety management support system to prevent industrial accidents by implementing systematic safely management support activities.

        다단계 자동가공/조립제조시스템에서 다목표 작업제어 기법

        This paper is concentraed on a study of operation control for mutiple objectives in a automated manufacturing system with multiple machining cells or assembly cells. Largest Sum Processing-time First(LSPF) was developed in order to minimize makespan, mean flowtime and maximize mean utilization and compare with Ho and Chang's algorithm(HC) and Hunsucker and Shah's algorithm(HS). The results show that LSPF provides better soutions than HC at 78.2% and than HS at 67.8% of total problems to frequency. LSPF reduces 5.8% of makespan by HC and 22.1% of the valus by HS and curtails 15.8%, 7.5% of mean flowtime by recpective algorithms(HC, HS). And mean utilization is also higher about 5.5%, 20.8% than HC and HS.
