The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of complex training of growth, flexibility, muscular function and deformation of lower extremity in prepubescent with genu valgus. The subjects are divided into exercise group(N=32) and control group(N=33). The exercise group was participated in complex training for12 weeks. As a result, the improvement ratio of growth, flexibility, muscular function and deformation of lower extremity in exercise group was significantly higher than control group. In conclusion, complex training for 12weeks effects positively on growth, flexibility, muscular function and deformation of lower extremity in prepubescent with genu valgus.

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of the integrated training on the height, body composition, flexibility, cardiopulmonary and muscular functions in girls after the menarche. The subjects are divided onto exercise group(n=13) and control group(n=13). The exercise group was participated in integrated training for 24 weeks. Two-way repeated ANOVA was used to examine interaction between time and group and difference between groups. As a results, after 24 weeks, the improvement ratio of the height, flexibility, cardiopulmonary and muscular functions in the exercise group was higher than the control group and the body composition was lower than the control group. In conclusion, the integrated training for 24 weeks after the menarche effects positively on height, body composition, flexibility, cardiopulmonary and muscular functions in girls.
점프 형태에 따른 수행 능력 차이가 고관절, 슬관절 및 족관절 등속성 근력 발달에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of strength in hip, knee and ankle joint in thirty adult males in jumping performance. Squat jump(SJ), Countermovement jump(CMJ) and Rebound jump(RJ) were measured. Based on the result of jumping performance, seven upper rankers are assigned to Superior group, and seven lower rankers are assigned to Inferior group. Then, hip, knee and ankle joint isokinetic strength were tested at each angular velocity (hip joint 30˚/sec, 60˚/sec, 120˚/sec; knee joint 30˚/sec, 180˚/sec, 300˚/sec; ankle joint 60˚/sec, 180˚/sec). Superior groups of SJ and CMJ were significantly higher in isokinetic extensor strength of hip joint, isokinetic flexor strength of knee joint and isokinetic extensor strength of ankle joint than Inferior group of SJ and CMJ (SJ: p<.05; CMJ of knee & ankle joint: p<.05; CMJ of hip joint: p<.01). In RJ, Superior group was significantly higher in isokinetic extensor strength than inferior group (p<.05). In conclusion, for SJ and CMJ, knee flexor strength is important, and in case of RJ, ankle extensor is important to improve jumping performance. These results could provide the base line data related to jumping performance for training.
빠른 응답 특성을 가지는 Average Current Mode Control 설계 기법 연구

A novel current control technique with fast response and application in an unbalanced system is proposed in this paper. Contrary to the conventional PI and dead-beat current control techniques, the proposed method is adopted to the valley current mode control (VCMC) and average current mode control (ACMC) methods to overcome the phase delay caused by conventional methods. The advantages of the proposed system are simplicity of structure and ease of implementation. The VCMC and ACMC methods are established and applied to the buck converter, boost converter, three-phase PWM converter, and three-phase inverter. The control performances of the proposed systems are shown by computer simulations and verified by experimental results.
하지 중심의 플라이오메트릭 훈련과 등속성 훈련이 등속성 근력 및 점프수행능력에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of plyometric and Isokinetic training on muscle strength and jump performance. The subjects consisted of 15 adult males who are majoring Physical Education at the University. These were divided into three groups; plyometric tr aining group, isokinetic training group, control group. The training group performed several movements based on each training method during 6 weeks. The isokinetic muscle strength was measured by Cybex 6000. Jump per formance was measured by SJ height, CMJ height, and RJindex. Two way repeated ANOVA was used to analyze the interaction effect of group and time. Isokinetic training group showed strength elevation from more joint than that of plyometric training group. Plyometric training group and isokinetic training group showed similar improvement in SJ height, CMJ height, and RJindex statistically. In conclusion, the results of this study suggested that isokinetic training has an effect on the isokinetic muscle strength, and the jump performance ability Improvement of physical strength and functionality can be expected in accordance of the stability which is the a significant aspect of isokinetic training.
