[ $Sr_xCa_{(1-x)}TiO_3$ ] red phosphors doped with Pr(0.13 mol%) and Al(0.23 mol%) were synthesized by solid state reaction method. Change of crystal structure occurred in $Sr_xCa_{(1-x)}TiO_3:Pr,Al$ phosphors with increasing value of x. Green and red luminescence were observed from $SrTiO_3:Pr,Al$ phosphors at low temperature. However, only red luminescence in the case of $CaTiO_3:Pr,Al$ phosphors was measured at low temperature. The main cause of green luminescence was explained by the bandgap reduction.

$Sr_xBa_{(1-x)}TiO_3$ red phosphors doped with Pr(0.13 mol%) and Al(O.23 mol%) were synthesized by solid state reaction method. Orthorhombic perovskite structure with increasing value of x in $Sr_xBa_{(1-x)}TiO_3$:Pr,Al phosphors changed to cubic perovskite structure. Emission bands at 615 nm and 492 nm in $Sr_{0.25}Ba_{0.75}TiO_3$:Pr,Al and $BaTiO_3$:Pr,Al phosphors were observed at room temperature. The main cause of green luminescence at 492 nm was explained by the change of the 4f5d band.

[ $SrTiO_3:Al,Pr$ ] red phosphors doped with Y and Er were synthesized by solid state reaction method. The luminescence properties of $SrTiO_3:Al,Pr$ phosphors before and after doping were examined by photoluminescence. Efforts were paid to elucidate the cause of the increase of green luminescence in $(Sr_{0.95}Y_{0.05})TiO_3:Pr,Er\;and\;(Sr_{0.95}Y_{0.05})TiO_3:Pr,Al$ phosphors. The enhanced green luminescence was interpreted by the energy transfer between $Er^{3+}\;and\;Pr^{3+}$ ions, and the change of bandgap in the $(Sr_{0.95}Y_{0.05})TiO_3:Pr$ phosphors.

Photoluminescence properties of $SrTiO_3$:Sm red phosphors synthesized by solid state reaction method were studied under 254 nm excitation. Emission bands at 576 nm and 616 nm in heavily $Sm^{3+}$ ion doped $SrTiO_3$:Sm phosphors were observed, which were attributed to $^4G_{5/2}\rightarrow{^6}H_{5/2}$ and $^4G_{5/2}\rightarrow{^6}H_{7/2}$ transition of $Sm^{3+}$, respectively. The $Sm^{3+}$ ion concentration exhibiting the maximum emission intensity in the $SrTiO_3$:Sm was 30 mol%. The luminescence caused by $Sm^{3+}$ in the $SrTiO_3$:Sm phosphors was interpreted by the energy transfer between $Sm^{3+}$ ions.

[ $SrTiO_3$ ] red phosphors doped with Pr, Er and Al were synthesized by solid state reaction method. Three emission peaks in photoluminescence spectra of the $SrTiO_3:Eu$ Phosphors were observed at 583 nm, 610 nm and 685 nm. The emission peaks in the $SrTiO_3:Eu$ phosphors were associated with charge-transfer states. The decrease of photoluminescence intensity in $SrTiO_3:Eu,Al$ phosphors with doping Al ions was interpreted by the change of charge-transfer states.

[ $SrTiO_3$ ]:Al, Pr red phosphors for FED were synthesized by solid state reaction method. The dependence of their luminescent properties on Sr and Al concentration was investigated. The $SrTiO_3$: Al, Pr phosphors showed the characteristic X-ray diffraction patterns of the perovskite structure. Photoluminescence intensity and lattice constant in $SrTiO_3$: Al, Pr phosphors changed in quite a similar manner with Sr concentration. Photoluminescence intensity increased with increasing lattice constant, and the decrease of photoluminescence intensity and lattice constant occurred in the vicinity of 1 mol Sr concentration.

Because of the airtightness of building and abuse of furniture and misuse of building materials, indoor air pollution has been increasingly concerned. To improve the IAQ(Indoor Air Quality) in new apartment, this study was aimed at analyzing the emission rate of noxious materials in pre-occupation bedroom and living room by ventilation types. The results of this study are as follows; the rate of HCHO(Formaldehyde) reduction using toilet fan for three weeks is 18% in bedroom, the rate of HCHO(Formaldehyde) reduction using toilet fan and kitchen fan for three weeks is 61% in living room.
