지역농협 경영성과 분석과 배당제도에 관한 연구 : 15개 농협의 비교분석

This study came up with a comparison analysis between the average results of Whole National Cooperatives and Kyonggi cooperatives from 2000 to 2005. 15 Kyonggi Agricultural Cooperatives which are nearly the same in the aspects of size and local conditions, - Songpo, Shindo, Ilsan, Jido, Migum, Dongduchon, Bucheon, Ojeong, Naksaeng, Seongnam, Suwon, Kunja, Banweol, Ansan, Suji- are selected as comparable ones while the cooperatives of Kwangmyung, Kungpo, Anyang, Euiwang represent as Kwachon neighborhood cooperatives. The analysis result proposes some desirable ideas to activate the business of local cooperatives as follows. First, the top limit of allotting profits seem to require having the lower adjustment which takes into account the interest rates. Second, the system allotting the profits in proportion to the record of the use should be improved. Third, In order to activate the business of semi-members, allotting profit system in proportion to the record of the use should be established.

차명예금과 차명대출의 차별적 취급에 대한 단상 - 금융실명법 위반행위 여부를 중심으로 -

After a revision in 2014, the act of real name financial transactions and guarantee of secrecy extends its provisions to the borrowed name illegal purpose financial transactions with real name verification as well as non real name transactions. Also, in the case of borrowed name accounts, the act adds the regulation that presume a nominee as an account owner. However, the financial transactions in an act of Real name Finanicial transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy limited to deposit transactions only and exclude loan and borrowings from financial institutions. Based upon the premise that the borrowed name deposit transaction is valid, we discuss who is the real account owner of those borrowed deposits and revise a regulation to presume a nominee as an account owner. On the other hand, for the borrowed name loan and borrowings, we ranged over the effectiveness of the transactions in terms of false representation or the law of mental reservation. In this paper, I indicate the problems which dealt the borrowed name deposits and borrowed name loan and borrowings as different principal of law and propose a legislation that an act of Real name Finanicial transactions and Guarantee of Secrecy should includes borrowed name loan and borrowings and make an application of the law. 금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률은 2014년 개정을 통해 비실명거래등과 함께실명확인 절차를 거친 불법목적의 차명거래도 금지하게 되었고 차명계좌의 경우 명의자의 소유로 추정하는 규정을 추가하였다. 그러나 금융실명거래에서 규제하는 금융거래에는 금융기관에 금전을 맡기는 예금거래만 포함되고 금융기관으로부터 금전을 대여하는 여신, 대출행위는 포함되지 않고 있고 있다. 따라서 지금까지 차명예금에 대하여는 차명예금거래의 유효를 전제로 예금의 실질적 당사자는 누구인지에 대하여 논의 해 왔고 이제는 금융실명법 개정으로 명의자의소유로 추정하는 규정을 마련하였다. 그러나 차명대출에 대하여 행위 자체의 효력의 유무를 통정허위표시 또는 비진의 표시의 법리로 다루어왔다. 본 논문에서는 차명예금과 차명대출을 다른 법리로 취급하고있는 문제점을 지적하고 대출행위도 금융실명법의 금융거래에 포함하여 차명대출도 차명예금과 같이 금융실명법의 적용을 받고자 입법제안을 하였다.

Anhand der koreanischen Ubersetzungsvarianten des Gedichts Morikes Das verlassene Magdlein befasst sich diese Arbeit damit, wie relevant das Verstehen des Gestaltungsprinzips des Dichters bei der Ubersetzung ist. die als ein relativ objektiver Auslegungsprozess gelten kann. Das verlassene Magdlein ist bekanntlich ein ganz naiv wirkendes. volksliedhaft unkompliziertes Gedicht in der Tradition des Tageliedes. aber es handelt sich hier um ein mit Naivitat verschleiertes. streng pyschologisches Gedicht. Die auf die Realitat bezogenen Elemente der Tradition der Gattung haben sich in einen innerlichen Prozess verwandelt. Das Gedicht folgt dem Prinzip der zeitlichen Bewusstwerdung des verdrangten Unbewussten, indem das Ich des Rollengedichtes in Form von einer psychologischen Realisierung dargestellt wird. Hier kann das eigentliche Aussagesubjekt nicht mit dem dargestellten Ich des Madchens identifiziert werden. Ein dezentes Verfahren des verborgenen Aussagesubjekts mit der allmahlich ins Innere des Madchens hineindringenden Perspektive prasentiert sich in der Art von Wortwahl und Satzstellung. Und dieses Formprinzip macht die psychologische Sinnstruktur des Gedichtes aus. Der letzte Vers vollendet das Gedicht in diesem Sinne. Die Arbeit wurde dadurch veranlasst. dass bei den vorhandenen koreanischen Ubersetzungstexten ein solches Wesen des Gedichtes gedampft worden ist. In den Ubersetzungen wurde eigentlich die Dimension der Verdrangung fast ganzlich ignoriert. u.a. durch Veranderung der Satzform des letzten Verses. Es gibt praktisch kein allgemeingultiges Kriterium dafur, inwieweit eine Ubersetzung den sprachlichen Besonderheiten des Originals entsprechen soll. Es sollte aber immer gefragt werden. wie der Sinn des Originals vermittelt wird. und in welchem Mase ein asthetisches Nachempfinden im Sinne vom Urtext gewahrleistet wird.

DBAE(Discipline-Based Art Education) 프로그램의 개발과 교육적 효과

본 연구의 목적은 미술 교육에서 DBAE 프로그램이 학생들의 미술 학습 동기와 미술 작업 성취도에 어떠한 효과를 미치는지 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 개발된 DBAE 프로그램은 7차 분량이었으며 학생들의 미술 학습 동기와 미술 학업 성취도 중 미술 감상력과 미술 지식 이해 수준 향상에 전통적인 수업에 비해 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 볼 때 연구가 시사하는 점은 현재 미술 교육의 목표가 문화의 소비자를 키우는 교육이라고 할 때, 체계적이고 통합적인 DBAE 프로그램이 학생들의 미술에 대한 흥미와 미적 안목을 높이고 미술에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는데 적합하다는 것이다. 그러므로 미술에 대한 흥미와 미적 안목을 높이고 미술에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히는데 적합하다는 것이다 그러므로 미술 교육 현장에서 DBAE 프로그램을 더욱 많이 개발하고 통합적이고 구조적인 미술 교육을 실시하여야 한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of DBAE (Discipline-Based Art Education) program upon academic motivation and achievement of the High School students in art study. For this I developed DBAE program for the subject of "expression of mental image," the core of the high school art curriculum, and applied it to the students in the classroom teaching. The subjects of this study were 200 girls' high school students, of whom constituted experimental and comparison groups with 100 students respectively. The DBAE program was implemented for the experimental group, and the traditional teaching program for the comparison group. To test the effect of two different teaching methods upon the academic motivation and achievement of the students the pretest-posttest control group design were employed, and using analysis of covariance the statistical significance of the results were tested. The major findings were as follows: First, the DBAE program was more effective than the traditional teaching program to enhance the academic motivations of the students. Second, the DBAE program was more effective than the traditional teaching program to improve appreciative power of the students in art study. Third, the DBAE program was more effective than the traditional teaching program to improve the understanding of the students in art study. Fourth, there were no difference between the DBAE program and the traditional teaching method program to improve the artistic expression of the students in art study. Based upon these findings I would suggest that various kinds of teaching program based upon the DBAE should be developed more and introduced positively in the classroom teaching in order to enhance the academic motivation and improve the academic achievement of the students in the field of art education. Considering that the major purpose of the art education is to bring up the consumers of culture, the necessity of introducing DBAE program in the art education is urgent.
