        항공기 주기환경이 대기부식위험도에 미치는 영향

        Atmospheric corrosion severity associated with aircraft parking environment was studied using metallic specimens, and temperature and humidity sensors installed at each aircraft operating base. Data were analyzed after a year of exposure. Silver was used to measure chloride deposition by integrating X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy depth profiles. Carbon steel was utilized to determine the corrosion rate by measuring the weight loss. The time of wetness was determined using temperature and humidity sensor data. Analysis of variance followed by Tukey’s “honestly significant difference” test indicated that atmospheric environment inside the shelter varied significantly from that of unsheltered parking environment. The corrosion rate of unsheltered area also varies with the roof. Hierarchical clustering analysis of the measured data was used to classify air bases into groups with similar atmospheric corrosion. Bases where aircraft park at a shelter can be grouped together regardless of geographical location. Unsheltered bases located inland can also be grouped together with sheltered bases as long as the aircraft are parked under the roof. Environmental severity index was estimated using collected data and validated using the measured corrosion rate.

        학교교육과정 개발 과정에 드러난 초등 교사의 정서

        교육개혁과 그로 인한 학교교육과정 개선에 대한 요구는 교사에게 큰 영향을 미친다. 교사와 개발된 교육과정이 운영되는 현상 사이에는 양자 간을 매개하는 중재 변인이 존재하고 있으며, 연구자는 이것을 교사의 정서와 학교의 조직문화라고 규정하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 학교교육과정 개발 과정에서 드러난 교사의 정서를 학교 조직 문화를 중심으로 살펴보고, 이를 통해 학교교육과정 개선을 위한 시사점을 제안하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 초등학교 교사 여섯 명과 심층 면담을 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육개혁으로서의 학교교육과정 개발 논의의 확대가 필요하다. 둘째, 학교교육과정 개발 범주 설정의 명확화로 교사의 참여도를 높여야 한다. 셋째, 교육과정 중심의 학교 조직 문화 조성에 힘쓴다. 넷째, 교육과 연구가 함께하는 교사의 전문적 학습공동체 형성을 지원한다. 다섯째, 학교장의 변혁적 리더쉽으로의 변화가 요구된다. 여섯째, 학년군 팀장에게 학교교육 과정 결정권을 부여하고 그와 동시에 책무성 확보를 고려한다. The calls for educational reform and curriculum improvement of recent years raises the impact for the teachers in school. In this paper, there are mediating factors between teachers and the curriculum. These are both bounded to the emotional frameworks of individual teachers and to the school culture. This study offers a understanding of teacher sentiments focused on the school organization and its culture, and eventually suggests some arguments about curriculum improvement in school. Performing this case study, six elementary school teachers were interviewed. The results of this study are; 1) making a point in dispute about fostering teachers professional role as curriculum maker, 2) identifying the scope of SBCD, 3) build-up school organization as curriculum-oriented not administrative school job-oriented, 4) forming teacher professional learning community in school, 5) changing principal leadership into innovative, 6) empowering curriculum decision-making to teacher team leader and securing accountabilities.

        교사 학습공동체에서의 숙의가 학교교육과정 개발에 주는 함의

        본 연구의 목적은 교사 학습공동체에서의 숙의가 학교 교육과정개발에 주는 함의 를 고찰하는 것이다. 학교 교육과정 개발을 위해 초등학교 교사 8명으로 구성된 학 습공동체를 관찰하면서 숙의의 형성과 전개 과정을 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 학 교 교육과정 개발 낯설게 보기가 필요하다. 둘째, 학교에서의 숙의는 교육과정 쟁점 조절하기의 성격을 갖는다. 셋째, 학교문화는 교육과정 숙의에 영향을 미치며, 실제 교육과정 문제를 반영한다. 넷째, 숙의과정에서 형성된 긴장과 불안은 학교 교육과 정 개선의 가능성을 낳는다. 다섯째, 학교는 교사가 창의적인 학습자로 성장할 수 있도록 자생적 학습공동체를 지원해야 한다. 여섯째, 교사 간 신뢰와 유의미한 관계 가 형성되어야 학습공동체 내 본질적 가치를 공유할 수 있다. 학교 또는 숙의 참여 교사들은 학교 여건에 맞는 숙의 시스템을 형성해야 한다. 학습공동체와 같은 구조 적인 소통 방식을 마련하고, 충분한 시간과 행정적 지원을 통해 전문적 학습이 동반 되어야 정밀한 교육과정 숙의가 가능해진다. This study considers the implication of the school-based curriculum development (SBCD) through deliberation of teachers learning community. For this purpose, the study investigated a formation and a development process of deliberation for the SBCD observing eight elementary school teachers who participate in learning community. The research findings of this study are following. First, unfamiliar approaches in SBCD are needed remarkably. Second, The deliberation functions adjustment of curriculum issues in schools. Third, cultural contexts of school have an influence on deliberation and describe practical curriculum issues. Fourth, tension and uncertainty formed in the process of deliberation produce the possibilities of curriculum improvement. Fifth, it was claimed that schools support school-initiated learning community to make enhance teachers development as an creative learner. Sixth, it must be build on a foundation of shard beliefs and meaningful relationships to share constitutive values in the learning community. Schools or teachers who participate in the curriculum deliberation must create the deliberative system meeting their own appropriate school conditions together. After setting up a structural interaction system like learning community, and then accompanying the teachers professional learning with plentiful time and administrative supports, we can deliberate a school curriculum closely.

        어분이 40 % 함유된 배합사료에 P , Ca , Zn , Mg , Fe , K , Mn 과 Se 무 첨가가 조피볼락의 성장에 미치는 효과

        A feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of deletion of P, Ca, Zn, Mg, Fe, K, Mn, or Se from mineral premix in the diets containing 40% fish meal on growth performance of juvenile Korean rockfish. Three replicate groups of the firth initially averaging 5.4 g were fed the experimental diets deleted one of each mineral (P, Ca, Zn, Mg, Fe, K, Mn, Se or all) in the mineral premix for 9 weeks. A basal diet with fish meal (40%), meat meal (9%), soybean meal (5%), corngluten meal (3%), and feather meal (3%) as protein sources were included. Weight gain in fish fed diets deleted Ca, Zn, K, or 5e was lower than that of control diet (P<0.05). Daily feed intake, condition factor, hepatosomatic index and liver chemical composition were not affected by dietary mineral premixes ( P>0.05), Apparent skeletal deformities were not observed in the diets deleted each mineral. The data obtained in this study indicate that each of the Ca, Zn, K, or Se should be added in the diet contained 40% fish meal for normal growth of Korean rockfish.

        사료의 P , Ca , Zn , Mg , Fe , K , Mn 과 Se 이 조피볼락의 성장 및 체성분에 미치는 영향

        A 10-week feeding experiment was conducted to determine the influence of several minerals from dietary mineral premix on growth and body composition in juvenile Korean rockfish. Three replicate groups of fish initially averaging 4.2 g were fed one of the ten experimental diets. Korean rockfish muscle and casein as protein sources were used in the basal diet, and deleted one of each mineral (P, Ca, Zn, Mg, Fe, K, Mn, Se or all) in the control mineral premix. Weight gain, feed efficiency and Nutrient retention in fish fed the diet not containing mineral premix were significantly lower than those in fish fed other diets ( P<0.01). Weight grin in fish fed the diets deleted each mineral (P, Ca, Zn, Mg, Fe, K, Mn or Se) was lower thats that of control diet (P<0.01). Feed efficiency and protein retention in fish fed the diets deleted each of P, Ca, Zn or Mn were lower than those of control diet (P<0.01), Daily feed intake and lipid retention were not affected by dietary mineral premixes(P>0.01). proximate analysis and mineral contents in the whole body, muscle, liver or bone of fish fed the diets deleted earth mineral were not different to control diet (P>0.01). The data obtained in this study indicate that each of the F, Ca, Zn, Mg, Fe, K, Mn or Se is essential for normal growth of Korean rockfish.

        냉장보관된 농축 먹이생물의 지방산 조성 변화와 농축먹이로 사육한 굴 유생의 생존율

        cold storage of concentrated food phytoplanktons is a useful technique in supplying food organisms for artificial shellfish seed. One month after preservation at 4℃, we have measnred survival rate of the concentrated food phytoplanktons, Pavlova lutheri, Isochrysis galbana, Isochrysis aff. galbana and Chaetoceros calcitrans. Thereafter we determined survival rate of oyster larvae fed fresh and concentrated diets and fatty acid compositions of the fresh and concentrated food phytoplanktons. Survival rate of concentrated planktons ranged from 23% to 31% after one month at 4℃. The survival rate of oyster larvae fad cold shred food appeared generally higher than those fed fresh harvested food. Especially, the highest survival rate were found in the larbae fed cold stored concentrated I. aff. galbana. EPA and DHA increased after cold storage and the highest level of DHA was detected in I. aff. galbana. As DHA can role as an important factor in determing nutritional value, it would be better to use concentrated I. aff. galbana kept in cold refrigerator for oyster seed production.
