This study investigated common theories about the characters and functions of inter group for the purpose of developing community. lt introduced inter group work process as a method promoting efficiently community development and community organization in this study. Social inter group work for social welfare is the process of bringing about and maintaining adjustment between social welfare needs and social welfare resorces in a geographical area or a special field of service. Namely, it is the agency that adjusts and integrates community poople's common needs and inner and outer resources of men and materials of the community. Thus, it summarized the five main functions of social inter group work as follows: First, the internal adjusting function among social inter group agencies. Second, the social reseach function for programs. Third, the function as a power group for social action. Fourth, the functions of participation, service and public relation for community relationship. Fifth, the co-operative function for friendship and information exchange among nembers and groups. Judging from these five functions, the present inter group in our country maintains the following characters: First, most inter group members participate voluntarily, but the organizing process is not established by upward direction system, but by downward. Central inter group is inclined to be formed first, and special city or province and city or country next. Therefore it is difficult for members to participate voluntarily and actilvely. Second, most inter groups cannot do well as power groups because they are unable to stand on their own feet financially(in other words, they can't support themselves with their membership fee.) and they cannot help receiving subsidy from the government. Third, most inter group staffs and officials aren't professionals in this field and they can't achieve their own development and perform their programs efficiently. As a result, they can carry out only part of their plans above five main functions. Fourth, there are many individual professionals and influential figures inter group members of our country. And in the case of public officials, participation itself is only conventional. In order to solve these problems, the inter groups of our country must be organized not by downward direction system but by upward system and take proper steps to be self-sufficient financially by membership fee and be involved professionals in this field as inter group staffs and officials and not be allowed to join by the government officials. Consequently, the inter groups should do their best in performing their basic five functions.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to explore how service quality in specialized hospitals influences customer loyalty under the mediating effects of customer trust and customer value. Methods: A statistical review was done based on the survey results of patients who had used a specialized hospital in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. A total of 209 questionnaires were collected. After data collection, an empirical analysis was performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 software. Results: Interaction quality (β = 0.254, p < 0.05) and result quality (β = 0.179, p < 0.05) significantly influenced customer trust, while physical environmental quality (β = 0.121, p > 0.05) did not. Customer trust (β = 0.571, p < 0.01) influenced customer value (β = 0.136, p < 0.05) and customer value influenced customer loyalty. In addition, customer confidence (β = 0.668, p < 0.05) was shown to have directly impacted customer loyalty without the mediating effect of customer value (0.078). Conclusions: The findings showed that interaction quality and resulting quality had important implications for customer loyalty. We therefore suggest compliance with appointment times, training to improve work-related skills for employees, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing communication skills.
Kelly의 個人構念理論에 對한 硏究 : Kelly의 構念理論의 Casework에 適用可能性의 檢討

The heart of George Kelly's personal construct theory lies in the cognitive manner in which individuals perceive, interpret, predict, and control people and things in their environments. The present paper aims to introduce the personal construct theory to social cateworkers, counselors and psychotherapists in Korea. 1. Introduction Cognitive aspects of human behavior have been given less important emphasis in traditional social casework, counseling and psychotherapy theories than affective and behavior aspects. In psychoanalysis, client-cented therapy, behavior therapy, or other counseling theories, a fundametal fact of life that human beings are thinking animals has been paid insufficient attention. In the 1950's cognitive theories have been emerged. Kelly was the first personologist to emphasize the cognitive or thinking aspects of human behavior as the dominant feature of personality. 2. Practice of Socical casework, Counseling and Psychoterapy Kelly's theory represents a purely cognitive view of human behavior, behavior pathology, and counseling. Although he retained traditional psychological concepts he defined the traditional concepts. Anxiety, guilt, threat, hostility and other emotional states were reconstrued as he applied the concepts and theories of personal construct system. A psychological disorder is any personal construction which is used in spite of consistent invaridation. Mania, depression, paranoia and other psychological disturbances are outcome of dilation, construction, and other misguided forms of personal constructs. While many of therapeutic methods suggested by felly are compatible with those used in other clinical approaches, there are two distinguishing features of his own personal construct theory. First, he contended that goal of counseling and psychotherapy should be to help clients develop better construct system. Second, he developed his own specific method of counseling and psychotherapy: fixed role therapy. Fixed role therapy maintains that pschologically human beings are not only what they construe themselves to be but also what they do. The fixed role therapy begins by having the client write a sketch of himself in the third berson. To help client revise his personal construct system, he is encouraged to enact role of a fictional individual. The role of fictional person is compiled by a group of experienced clinicians. Through techiques such as role playing, the client is encouraged to apply the skech character constructs in his social relationships, work situation, family interaction and other important life areas. 3. Conclusion Kelly's personal construct theory is applicable to behavioral do-mains far beyond that traditionally defined as cognitive. However this introductory overview is not suffidient for comprehensive and accurate understanding of Kelly's personal construct theory. Much reserch on the personal construct theory is needed.
