in wide industry field, the Grinding machine belong in precision machine tools that use grinding whetstone and is used in finish process of product surface. For example, Grinding machine is applied in field of optic parts, information communication, and general machine manufacture. It is required at auto-component manufacture and electricity electron parts. Therefore, this Paper focuses on the influence to the precision machine position of the system with considering turning speed, the transfer speed, surface of grinding side by grinding depth that is rough shape analysis. This research does not disjoint damaged main shaft of machine tool to solve these problem, and develop spindle exclusive use grinder that can grind main shaft damaged directly attaching exclusive use grinder to bed of machine tool on the spot.

Recently, Nano-technology is instituted to important element each in many fields. As the reason machine that make machine-part may become factor of generation of electricity of all industry machines. Specially, reflectors, aspheric lens and processing of optical communication medium is needed for ultraprecision processing technology because of this study to aid it. Distance that it is decided to need most in ultraprecision control can separate ordinary machine nano control machine how to make position compensation exactly. This research is suggested for alteration method that can be produced from ordinary machine to ultraprecision machine. Basic-structure of ultraprecision stage is compensated for yawing and lolling errors that is made at transfer. Errors are happened when machine is moving itself of X, Y, Z direction and natural environment vibration. In this way, research that various methods to compensate is studying in a lot of research institutes or school-labs, in present. Usually fast servo tools are taken compensation after finished control. However, in this treatise, when stage of X axis be transported 0㎜ to 100㎜ distance, ultraprecision nano stage is compensated with rolling and transfer error Of axis. Ultimate object of this research is to enhance life about spindle of this machine.

Generally, the development of a laser interferometer to measure micro displacement for a micro system. The fibre optic laser encoder system was designed such a way which enabled measurement for the displacement of the high precision and the positional control. The laser interferometer is able to measure micro displacement during a few Nano seconds of non-contact. In order to retrieve a correct displacement information, the fibre optic laser encoder system and the environmental compensation unit was capable of compensating for the air reflective index and the temperature. The measuring environment would largely affect the measuring results. The measuring environment mainly consisted of the vibration and the air drift, and the temperature. In order to evaluate the environmental effect, the deviation of the light interference signal was coincided with the temperature while the optical system was maintained stay put and the vibration and the air drift were in the shielded condition. This Paper focuses on the influence to the position information of the system under temperature variation and without/with considering environmental error compensation and stability of frequency in the laser encoder.

With a conventional positioning apparatus, it is very difficult simultaneously to achieve desired driving ranges and precision levels at the sub-micrometer level. Generally, a lead screw and friction drive have been used as servo control systems. These have large driving ranges, and high-speed positioning is feasible. In this study, we present a global servo system controlled by a laser interferometer acting as a displacement measurement sensor for achieving positioning accuracy at the sub-micrometer level.

The air-conditioning industry is closely related to types of lifestyles, climate, and products. With the improvement of national income, the pursuit of pleasant living and working environments, and South Korea’s four seasons and distinct climatic conditions, demand for air conditioning has increased. In addition, the industry is becoming increasingly precise and cooperative, and the increase in the domestic production of sophisticated air conditioning and continued growth of future industrial cooperation are expected to rapidly rise. Accordingly, the study of air piping systems can improve the productivity and quality of products and cost savings and can achieve vibration reduction. Additionally, using a heat treatment furnace for copper tube annealing treatment reduces the risk of using an oxy-acetylene torch.

올해 6월에 DBpia 서비스를 7.0 버전으로 개편하고, DBpia Insight라는 지표 및 추천 서비스를 새롭게 오픈하였다. 기존의 논문 서비스가 논문 검색, PDF 다운로드와 같은 기본 기능에 충실한 수준이었다면, DBpia 7.0과 DBpia Insight는 논문의 각종 데이터를 수집·분석하여 논문 서비스 범위와 이용가치를 확장하였다. 또한 논문뿐만 아니라 저널, 저자를 가치 있는 아이템으로 바라보고, 각각에 대한 추천, 지표, 외부연계서비스, 이메일 알림 등과 같은 연구 지원 서비스를 제공하기 시작했다. 본고에서는 DBpia 7.0 & DBpia Insight 서비스의 주요 특징으로서, 첫째, 원하는 논문에 대한 발견가능성(findability)을 높여줄 논문 추천 서비스, 둘째, 연구결과물의 성과와 영향력을 측정하는 지표(metrics) 서비스, 셋째, DOI와 ORCID를 활용한 국제적인 서비스와의 연계를 다룬다. 그리고 DBpia 7.0 이후의 서비스 고도화 구상에 대해서도 소개한다. DBpia reorganized the service with version 7.0, and open a new service DBpia Insight in June this year. DBpia 7.0 and DBpia Insight expanded the range of academic information service by collecting and analyzing the various data about articles. DBpia began to provide research tools such as recommendations, metrics, external linking services, and email alert about not only articles but also authors and journals. This paper deals with major features of DBpia 7.0 and DBpia Insight. The first is the recommendation service for improve the findability of desired articles, the second is the metrics service for measure the performance and impact of the research results, the third is the link service with international services by DOI and ORCID. And introduce the idea of the service upgrading after DBpia 7.0.
