원통형 삼중모드 유전체 공진기를 이용한 대역 통과 여파기의 설계

본 논문에서는 삼중 TE01δ 모드를 가지는 세라믹 유전체 공진기와 새로운 결합 네트워크를 이용한 대역 통과 여파기를 제안한다. 원통형 유전체 공진기의 삼중 공진 모드를 이해하고, 모드 간 결합분석을 통해 900 MHz 대역의 대역 통과여파기의 설계를 보인다. 유전체 공진기의 높은 품질계수와 제어 가능한 3개의 전송 영점을 통해 우수한 삽입 손실과 감쇄 특성을 얻을 수 있으며 기존 단일 모드 유전체 공진기를 이용한 여파기와 비교하여 60 %의 소형화를 달성하였다. 제안된 대역 통과 여파기 및 설계방법은 회로 해석 및 3차원 모의실험과 측정을 통하여 설계목표와 비교 분석되어 그 타당성을 증명하였다. In this paper, the design of a compact triple-mode bandpass filter using a high-Q cylindrical dielectric resonator is proposed. In detail, the triple TE01δ modes along three orthogonal axes are used and novel coupling structure in the metallic enclosure is adopted to introduce the coupling between the resonant modes. Due to the cross coupling, the proposed bandpass filter has an asymmetric frequency response with flexible three transmission zeros, one of which can be located very close to the passband edge to provide an extremely sharp skirt characteristic with low insertion loss. The proposed filter is about 60 % miniaturized compared with conventional single-mode dielectric resonator filter. The proposed bandpass filter design is validated by the circuit and 3D EM simulations and measurements compared to the target specifications.
품질계수가 향상된 변형된 동축 공동 공진기를 이용한 다단 Quadruplet 대역통과 여파기

본 논문에서는 새로운 변형된 동축 공동 공진기를 제안하고, 대역통과 여파기를 설계한다. 제안된 공진기는 하나의 캐비티 내부에 Γ-형 또는 곡선형의 4개의 접지된 도체 포스트로 구성되어 있다. 일반 동축 공동 공진기 여파기와 달리 도체 벽이 없기 때문에 공간 효율이 개선되어 품질계수가 약 15 % 이상 향상되며, 동일한 품질계수 대비 35 % 이상의 크기 소형화가 가능하다. 또한, 인접하지 않은 공진기와 입출력 교차결합을 통해 4개의 조절 가능한 전송영점이 생성되어 차단대역의 감쇄특성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 제안된 여파기와 설계법은 모의실험과 제작 및 측정을 통해 검증되었다. This paper presents a novel modified coaxial cavity resonator and its application to bandpass filters with compact size and improved quality factor(Q-factor). The proposed resonator is made up of Γ-shape or curved four inner conductive posts within a single cavity, which provides quadruplet to realize bandpass filter. No metallic walls inside the cavity are required, and thus the utilization efficiency of the cavity space is improved. As a result, the unloaded Q can be approximately 15 % higher in comparison to the conventional coaxial resonator, or more than 35 % volume saving can be achieved while maintaining the similar Q-factor value with the conventional designs. In addition, due to the multiple cross-coupling occurring within the cavity, including the source-to-load coupling, four flexible transmission zeros can be created to realize different filtering functions. Simulations as well as experimental results of four- and eight-pole filters are presented to validate this attractive design concept. Good agreement between measured and computed results is obtained.
莞島地域에 分布하는 深成火成岩類에 대한 岩石學的 및 地球化學的 硏究

This study is petrological and geochemical results of plutonic igneous rocks distributed in the wando area. Plutonic igneous rocks is classified into granitic gnesis, granite, diorite, micrographic granite, quartz-porphry by production state and mineral composition in study area. The area of granodiorite includes granitic gnesis and granite, that of granite does micrographic granite and quartz pophyry, and that of diorite and gabbro includes diorite by Mode and Norm analyses of them. Micrographic granite of a kind of plutonic rocks is distributed far and wide in this study area. Probably micrographic granite is plutonic rocks produced at compressional plate margin and boundary as 61.2% of Calc/Alkaline values. Micrographic granite includes relative alkali rich or intermediate alkali field by relation chart of alk to al according to the values of Niggli, and is magma type applicable to the area of salic by that of fm to al. Micrographic granite kinds of is granites of Ⅰ-type by the relation chart of Na_2O and Micrographic granite shows eruption peculiarity of Calc-Alkaline magma by Harkers oxide to sillica variation and AFM figures.

In this study, the methods to identify the causes of electrical fires are suggested. Among several causes of electrocal fires, it is focused upon a short-circuit and an over-current accidents, which take the highest ratio compare with any other causes. To propose the exact method of identification, electric wires(HIV, IV ), fuses and plug-receptacls are tested under the conditions of electrical accidents and external fires, respectively. By analyzing the microphotographs, the differences between the results from electrical fires and the others are found out.
