Most patients with syndrome of obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA) were presented with dysmenorrhea, pelvic mass and hematocolpos. These common symptoms of OHVIRA syndrome were aggravated soon after the menarche. Early diagnosis is important to relieve the symptom, to prevent injury of genital tract and to preserve fertility. We have experienced an unusual presentation of OHVIRA syndrome, which were presented with vaginal spotting and diagnosed at age 24. Therefore, we present it with a review of the literature.

Portable electronic devices generate heat more and more because of high power and thinner design specifications. The excessive heat makes the devices operate not properly and makes customers feel uncomfortable. To dissipate such excessive heat, various multi-layer heat spreading sheets (HSS) are attached to the various components of electronic devices. This study is conducted for the optimized thermal design of portable devices in the aspect of an analytical simulation modeling of HSS. First of all, test module which is similar to the product was employed and the test was done following the Graphite sheet. This result is used as input data for the computer simulation to calculate the equivalent thermal properties. Then the analytical result is compared and verified with theoretical thermal properties. Finally, thermal properties which can be applied to the concept design stage have been proposed.
상변화물질을 이용한 PMMA 복합필름의 방열 성능 향상에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 전자기기 사용에 이슈가 되고 있는 발열 문제를 해결하고자 상변화물질(PCM)의 잠열 특성을 이용하여 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(PMMA) 복합필름을 제조하고 방열 성능을 평가하였다. 이를 위해 용융온도가 서로 다른 두 가지의 상변화물질을 사용하여 제작한 PCM/PMMA 복합필름의 열적 특성을 비교 분석하여 다양한 사용조건에 따른 유효성을 검증하였고, Compression Molding 방법과 PCM Paste Sealing 방법에 따른 PCM/PMMA 복합필름의 방열 특성을 비교 분석하여 최대의 방열 효과를 달성할 수 있는 최적의 방법을 도출하였다. 또한 PCM/PMMA 복합필름의 방열 성능을 최대화하기 위해 열전도율이 높은 흑연과 그래핀을 추가로 적층하여 제조한 Hybrid 복합필름의 열적 특성을 분석하였고, 이들을 통해 향상된 방열 성능을 실험적으로 검증하였다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 방열 성능이 우수한 복합필름은 다양한 전자기기에 활용되어 발열 문제를 효과적으로 해결할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The focus of this study is to experimentally investigate the heat dissipation characteristics of poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) composite films with phase change materials (PCM) to resolve heat build-up problems encountered in various electronic devices. In this study, two different types of phase change materials were used to fabricate the composite films by compression molding method and PCM paste sealing method then compared. It was observed in this study that the heat dissipation capability of PCM/PMMA composite films was remarkably enhanced by applying graphite sheet or graphene film into the composite due to their high thermal conductivity. These PCM/ PMMA composite films were attached on the hot spot inside smart phone and tested its surface temperature change according to time. The heat dissipation capability of PCM/PMMA composite film incorporated smart phone was increased 154% and hybrid PCM/PMMA composite film incorporated smart phone was increased 286% over the reference, respectively.

The purpose of this study was provide basic data that can be used to establish future rural planning. In addition, I would like to suggest ways to characterize rural tourism by space. Review advanced research and case studies of excellent villages, and survey and classify local resources of the site. Express the status of local resources held using GIS. Finally, we propose a plan to revitalize rural tourism by space. The results of this study were as follows; we have propsed a space-specific strategy by distributing tourism functions in ecotourism recreation type, traditional history type, and multicultural type. It is excted that it will be used as a reference material for establishment of rural tourism plan.
자궁경부상피내종양 1 이상 병변의 진단에서 실시간 광전기적 기구의 유효성

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of a real-time optoelectronic device (TruScreen) as a diagnostic tool of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) or cervical cancer. Methods: Two hundred ninety two patients who had been presented with previously abnormal Papanicolaou (Pap) smear or abnormal colposcopic findings between February 2009 and September 2009 were analyzed. The sensitivities, specificities and accuracies of TruScreen and liquid-based cytology were evaluated. Results: As a diagnostic tool of CIN, carcinoma in situ (CIS), and cervical cancer, TruScreen appeared sensitive enough compared with liquid-based cytology (82.8% vs 75.9%), but the difference is statistically not significant (P=0.687). Specificity and accuracy of TruScreen were similar to those of liquid-based cytology (specificity 81.4% vs 83.3%, accuracy 81.5% vs 82.5%). Conclusion: The present study suggests that the TruScreen could be an option as a tool of screening test in CIN, CIS, and cervical cancer and also be used combined with Pap smear.
