인터넷은 이제 포털이나 검색엔진이 전성기를 누리던 시대를 지나 소셜미디어가 두각을 나타내는 새로운 시대로 변모하고 있다. 특히 중국은 4억5천만의 인터넷 사용자수를 갖고 있으며 소셜미디어 업체간의 경쟁이 매우 심하다. 본 연구는 중국의 SNS 대표주자인 Renren과 마이크로 블로그의 대표주자인 Weibo 사용자들을 대상으로 소셜미디어의 이용동기가 이용유형과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다.

최근 들어 스마트폰의 급격한 확산과 NFC(Near Field Communication) 기능을 탑재한 이통통신 기기의 증가로 인해 모바일 상거래의 활성화에 대한 기대가 높아지고 있으며, 이통통신기기를 이용한 모바일 지불서비스에 대한 수요가 크게 증가하고 있다. NFC 인프라를 구축하기 위해 모바일 지불뿐만 아니라 스마트 터치 주문,모바일 쿠폰 연계, 단말과 단말 간의 정보교환 및 결제 등 다양한 응용서비스가 필요하다. 본 연구는 한국의 사용자들을 대상으로 모바일 지불서비스 특성과 사용자 특성이 지각된 위험, 지각된 유용성,지각된 사용성 비용을 매개로 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다.
사회적 실재감이 쇼핑 사이트 이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

페이스북,트워터 등의 소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS: Social network service)의 지속적인 성장과 더불어,소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하여 공동구매자를 모아 저렴한 가격으로 쇼핑을 하는 소셜 쇼핑(Social Shopping) 또한 활발하게 이용되고 있다. 이 과정에서 소셜쇼핑 사이트 이용자가 일반 쇼핑 사이트보다 더 큰 사회적 실재감을 느끼게 된다. 본 연구에서는 사회적 실재감을 '감정', '자기표현감', 자기효능감', '소통 정도', '인간관계유지성'의 다섯 가지 요소로 세분화하고 이러한 사회적 실재감이 쾌락적 쇼핑가치를 통해 사이트 사용의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 알아본다.

영화의 흥행요인에는 여러 가지 요인들이 영향을 미치는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 연구는 최근 5년(2012-2016)간 1억 위안(CNY) 이상의 흥행수입을 기록하였던 중국 흥행영화를 대상으로 출연 배우의 사회관계망 구조 특성 중 세가지 유형의 중심성(degree centrality, between centrality, eigenvector centrality)을 분석하여 기존 한국영화를 연구한 결과와 비교하여 차이점을 밝히고 그 원인을 파악하는 동시에 중국 영화산업에 대한 새로운 이해를 제공하고자 한다. 분석 데이터로 삼은 중국 흥행영화는 총 161편이며, 등장 배우 중에서 분석대상으로 선택된 배우는 695명이었다. 한국 영화에서는 배우의 eigenvector 중심성이 높을수록 영화 흥행에 미치는 영향이 높은 결과를 보여준 것에 비해, 중국 영화에서는 세가지 유형의 중심성이 모두 영화흥행에 영향을 미쳤음을 발견하였다.

This paper presents how users and operators of smart work centers think about benefits from and obstacles to smart work centers. First, this paper reviewed the previous literature to summarize benefits and obstacles. Then, in-depth interviews with user and operators were conducted to identify the current issues in smart work centers. Finally a survey method was used to collect opinions of more users and managers and the co-orientation model was employed to analyze divers patterns. This study found that users and operators mostly agree with the benefits from the smart work centers. However, they expressed various forms of disagreement over obstacles and ways to overcome the obstacles.
“클라우드컴퓨팅 발전 및 이용자 보호에 관한 법률”의 쟁점 및 개선방안

In Korea, 「Act on the Development of Cloud Computing and Protection of its Users」 has been enforced since September 28, 2015. Many countries implemented ‘Cloud First’ policies and global companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, IBM started cloud services in Korea. Under these circumstance, the Act was established for developing the cloud computing industry. The Act includes clauses for encouraging the use of private cloud computing by public organizations, supporting small- and medium-size cloud service providers, and utilizing secure cloud computing services by users. However, some terms appear to be similar but have different meanings from 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.」 and 「Personal Information Protection Act」. This generated some confusion and conflicts in relation to providing user information to a 3rd party and notifying the intrusion in the Cloud Computing Act. This paper discusses these issues and suggestions for revision of the Cloud Computing Act.
정보화 투자의사결정 유형과 조직성과의 관계에 관한 연구

Korea has been ranked at the top consecutively in UN e-Government Survey. This fact reflects consistent efforts by public institutes in Korea. However, there were some duplicate efforts and inefficiency in the investment into IS(information systems). In other words, management and decision making on e-government have yet to improved. Accordingly, governmental institutes have long been promoting policies for EA in order to carry out and manage effectively IT projects including the e-Government projects. EA is being regarded as a means to facilitate IT Governance for systematic management of IT projects, A major objective is to firmly establish the decision making process for IS investment through EA, since the each institute is a large organization with so complicated and specialized demand for IS. As a result, systematic decision making is becoming quite difficult. Thus, this study attempts to identify different types of IT investment decision making and to figure out the relationship between the decision types and the organizational performance of public institutes where EA was implemented.
중국 온라인 타임 세일이 실제 구매에 미치는 효과 : 징동닷컴에 대한 실증 연구

This study explores the effect of time-deals, i.e., online promotions with time limit. Recently many online/mobile shopping sites in China utilize so called hot deal marketing technique for a short duration at a specific time. The purpose of “time-deals” is to attract online shoppers with deep discounted price and induce consumers to purchase items. This paper examines the effect of time-deals on sales volume, firstly by comparing the sales volume of time-deal days with that of no time-deal days and secondly by comparing the sales volume of days before and after two types of time deals, usual time-deals and special time-deals, Although some prior research studied the role of time-deals in promoting consumers’ purchase behavior, most used the experimental approach by building mock-up shopping sites and asking participants purchase intention. However, purchase intention does not always result in purchase behavior. This study extracted actual purchase data for four items on time-deals from an online shopping site in China. A comparison of sales volumes on time-deal days with no time-deal days has shown the significant difference in the sales volumes. This finding confirms the positive effect of time-deals on purchase behavior. This study has also found that special time-deals soak up near-future demands in advance and lower the sales after the special time-deal event, although there is no significant difference in sales before and after usual time-deals.
운영 중인 ERP 시스템의 활용도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

Although many organizations have implemented and used ERP systems for years. industry reports point out that the usage level does not reach their expectation. As a result, they do not enjoy the benefits from the investment into ERP systems. This study attempts to develop a research model and test the model empirically for identifying factors that affect the usage of an ERP system at a public organization. This study has classified potential factors into three groups of technical system characteristics (usability, usefulness). organizational support characteristics (operational support, education and training, evaluation and measurement), and user characteristics (organizational citizenship, self-efficacy) Then. a structural equation model has been established on the basis of previous literature and tested with empirical data. In summary, this study has found that self-efficacy, usefulness, and operational support have an effect on the ERP usage. Self-efficacy is the strongest factor; Usefulness is the second ; and the third is operational support. On the contrary to the previous literature, this study has not found a significant effect of organizational citizenship on the usage. The result confirms that an organization can increase the ERP usage by improving the usefulness of an ERP system to some extent. However, to boost the usage further, the result implies that organizations need to strengthen the self-efficacy of their members by reinforcing operational support, providing education and training steadily, and establishing an evaluation mechanism in relation with the ERP usage
비대면 근무에 대한 인식 비교 후속 연구 : 근로자와 관리자의 상호지향성

There have been a series of mixed reviews on the ‘untact work’ which was implemented for the safety of the organizational members from Covid-19. This study reports a follow-up study with a quantitative approach to issues identified by in-depth interviews with workers and managers who have experiences in work from home. To compare the views of workers and managers on untact work, 264 workers and 141 managers were surveyed. An analysis of agreement, congruency, and accuracy on the basis of the co-orientation model shows that workers are more positive about the untact work than managers and that managers are found to have a negative perception on untact work. This seems to be a burden on workers. More specifically, managers and workers show significant perception gaps on the issues of unfair evaluation and work-life balance. The results imply that organizations need to make efforts to minimize the perception gaps between workers and managers. This would bring about benefits from untact work.
