피트니스 센터 종사자의 조직지원인식과 잡크래프팅, 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 구조적인 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationship between perceived organization support, job crafting, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The subjects of the study were 224 questionnaires who fitness center worker. Data analysis used for SEM analysis. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows: First, perceived organization support had a positive influence on the three subvariables of job crafting. Second, task job crafting and relational job crafting had a positive influence on job satisfaction. But cognitive job crafting had a non-positive influence on job satisfaction. Third, relational job crafting and cognitive job crafting had a positive influence on job satisfaction. But task job crafting had a negative influence on job satisfaction. Fourth, job satisfaction had a positive influence on organizational commitment. 이 연구는 피트니스 센터의 조직지원인식과 잡크래프팅, 직무만족 및 조직몰입의 구조적인 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 조사대상은 피트니스 센터 종사자 224명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 구조방정석모형 분석을 실시하여 모형 적합도와 가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 피트니스 센터의 조직지원인식은 3가지 잡크래프팅의 하위차원에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 잡크래프팅의 하위차원인 업무 크래프팅과 관계 크래프팅은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 인지크래프팅은 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 잡크래프팅의 관계크래프팅과 인지크래프팅은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 업무크래프팅은 조직몰입에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 직무만족은 조직몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors of job stressors and organizational efficiency of the sports instructor in elementary education system. For the purpose the hypotheoretical structure model was established by attaching importance to two factors of job stressors and the organizational efficiency in sports instructor. The statistical methods used for testing hypotheses were exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model. Results obtained through this procedure were as following. The job stressors of the sports instructors affects the job satisfaction and organizational commitment through the cohesiveness. It shows that the job stressors of optimum level like the confidence with colleagues and superiors. the exchange views can enhance the cohesiveness. With the strong cohesiveness, it can also enhance the organizational efficiency such as the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment. 협력교사의 자율성 지지와 체육수업에 대한 예비교사의 기본적 심리욕구, 자기효능감, 도움요청과의 관계

이 연구는 협력교사의 자율성 지지와 체육수업에 대한 예비교사의 기본적 심리욕구, 자기효능감, 도움요청과의 이론적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 희망교육대학교에 재학하고 있는 4학년을 모집단으로 설정하여 편의표본추출법으로 186명을 선정하였다. 자료처리는 PASW Ver. 17.0과 Amos 5.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 모형의 적합도를 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 협력교사의 자율성 지지는 체육수업에 대한 예비교사의 기본적 심리욕구와 자기효능감을 매개로 도움요청에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 협력교사의 자율성 지지가 충족되거나 만족되면 체육실습에 대한 예비교사의 적극적이고 능동적인 도움요청을 강화하고 활성화시킬 수 있을 것이다.

초등학교 스포츠강사의 전문가주의와 직무착근도, 직무만족도의 구조적 관계

이 연구의 목적은 초등학교 스포츠강사의 전문가주의와 직무만족도의 구조적 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위하 여 전문가주의를 독립변수로, 직무착근도를 매개변수로 선정하고, 직무만족도를 종속변수로 각각 구성 하였다. 자 료수집은 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 초등학교 스포츠강사를 대상으로 수집하였으며, 총 253부의 자료가 연구에 활용되었다. 자료처리는 PASW Ver. 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 확인적 요인 분석, 그리고 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 모형의 적합도를 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 전문가주의는 직무착근도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 직무착근도는 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 전문가주의는 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among educational activity affecting factors, teaching concerns, and strategic activity of sport instructors. The data were collected among sport instructors by convenience sampling method, and a total of 190 copies of data were used in this study. The normality test on the collected data were verified by using descriptive statistics. The validity and reliability of extracted servant leadership, empowerment, and sport emotion were proven by exploratory factor analysis. The relationship among each factor was analyzed by correlation analysis, hierarchial regression analysis, and mediated regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, according to the result of the hierarchial regression analysis of educational activity affecting factors and teaching concerns, the educational activity affecting factors had influence on the teaching concerns of Model 2 better than Model 1. Second, according to the result of the hierarchial regression analysis of teaching concerns and strategic activity, teaching concerns had influence on the strategic activity of Model 3 better than Model 1 and Model 2. Third, according to the result of the hierarchial regression analysis of educational activity affecting factors and strategic activity, educational activity affecting factors had influence on the strategic activity of Model 2 better than Model 1. Fourth, according to the result of the mediated regression analysis of educational activity affecting factors and strategic activity, it was presented that teaching concerns of strategic activity had no mediate effect.

스포츠강사의 교직생활 영향요인과 교수관심사 및 전략적 행위의 관계

이 연구는 스포츠강사의 교직생활 영향요인과 교수관심사 및 전략적 행위의 관계를 규명하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 자료수집은 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 스포츠강사를 대상으로 수집하였으며, 총 190부의 자료가 연구에 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계분석을 통하여 정규분포성을 검증하였고, 교직생활 영향요인과 교수관심사 및 전략적 행위의 타당도와 신뢰도는 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 각 변인들의 관계는 위계적 회귀분석과 매개 회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 교직생활 영향요인과 교수관심사의 위계적 회귀분석 결과 모델1에서 모델2로 갈수록 교직생활 영향요인이 교수관심사에 대한 영향력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교수관심사와 전략적 행위의 위계적 회귀분석 결과 모델1에서 모델3으로 갈수록 교수관심사가 전략적 행위에 대한 영향력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교직생활 영향요인과 전략적 행위의 위계적 회귀분석 결과 모델1에서 모델2로 갈수록 교직생활 영향요인이 전략적 행위에 대한 영향력이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교직생활 영향요인과 전략적 행위에 대한 교수관심사의 매개효과 분석 결과 매개효과 기준을 충족하지 못하였다. 즉, 교직생활 영향요인과 전략적 행위에 대한 교수관심사의 매개효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다.
