본 연구의 목적은 발광 소자를 이용한 이중직 발광 직물 핸드백을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 빛을 발현하는 발광소자 중에 이엘 와이어(Electroluminescence wire, E.L wire)를 사용하여 이중직 직물 패턴을 디자인하고 상기 이엘 와이어가 활성화되어 발광 패턴을 제공하는 직물을 개발하였다. 이엘 와이어는 소재의 유연성을 활용하여 직물의 일부로 제직이 가능하고 자체 발광 기능을 가지면서 심미적인 발광 패턴을 제공한다. 기존의 광섬유나 LED방식의 점 발광 형태가 아닌 이엘 와이어는 선형 발광 형태로서 이중직 직물 제직을 위한 위사에 이용되어 다양한 타입의 발광 직물 제작을 가능하게 한다. 본 연구에서는 특히 버티칼과 포켓 구조를 활용한 이중직 직물을 적용하여 발광 패턴을 제공하는 직물을 제작하고 핸드백 디자인에 적용하였다. 또한 핸드백에 이엘 와이어의 발광 특성과 함께 사운드 센서를 적용하여 외부 조도의 밝기와 사용자 환경에 따라 변화가 가능한 인터랙티브한 특성을 부여하였다. 이엘 와이어가 사용된 발광 직물 핸드백은 센서장치와 연동하여 직물의 패턴이 변화되는 특이성을 살림으로서 음악이 동반되어 즐길 수 있는 클럽(club)공간이나 공연장에서 색다른 패션 아이템이 될 수 있다. 또한 밤거리와 같은 어두운 곳을 이동할때 여성의 불안감을 줄이는데 도움이 되는 패션 아이템으로도 사용이 가능하다. 본 연구의 결과물은 이중직 직물소재(double cloth)의 고급스러움과 풍부한 텍스처가 다양한 방식의 센서 구동방식과 유비쿼터스 등의 IT기술과 융합됨으로써 현대인들의 라이프스타일에 새로운 변화를 예고하고 향후 새로운 유행을 선도하는 패션 아이템 개발에도 확대 적용될 수 있을 것이다. A light emitting fabric handbag was designed with a fabric which has a light illuminating pattern using electroluminescence (EL) element. Electroluminescence wires (EL wire) were adopted as EL element in this study because they can be woven together with yarn to form a fabric. The EL wire woven into double cloth woven fabric provides a light emitting pattern, which is aesthetic and functional, in the fabric by activating it electronically with electronic controller. The fabric with light emitting pattern was adopted for the design of a interactive handbag. Unlike LED and optical fiber, EL wire illuminates lights in the side of wire, and is flexible enough to be woven into fabric together with various yarn materials. The EL wire was woven as wefts for creating a double cloth. A double weave was woven into vertical structure and pocket structure types in order to express various light patterns. The electronic control of the light emitting pattern allows fabric which can interact with environmental conditions by using various sensors such as sound sensors and light sensors. The light emitting hand bag made with light illuminating fabric can be a fashion item for enlargement of enjoyment by changing its patterns in music clubs and performing places. Also, the light emitting hand bag can provide security for a women at dark places, or in the night by controlled with various sensors. The light illuminating fabric can be applied to combine informatics technology (IT), interactive and ubiquitous, into double cloth fabric which has fine quality and rich texture.

본 연구는 우리나라 기업을 대상으로 이사회 내 여성 임원이 존재여부나 여성임원의 비율이 회계정보의 가치관련성에 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 기존의 선행연구에 의하면 보수적이고 위험회피적 성향을 지닌 여성 임원은 회계정보의 투명성을 높이고 경영자에 대한 감시 역할을 통해 정보비대칭을 줄이는 것으로 보고되었다. 본 연구에서는 투자자들이 여성 임원이 존재하거나 여성 임원의 비율이 높은 기업에서 제공되는 회계정보의 질적 속성을 높게 평가하고 보다 더 유용하다고 판단하여 회계정보의 가치관련성이 높아지는지 여부에 대하여 연구하였다. 2014년부터 2019년까지 우리나라의 10,758 기업/연도의 표본을 대상으로 수행한 실증분석 결과, 이사회 내 여성 임원이 존재하는 기업의 회계정보 가치관련성이 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 이사회 내 여섬 임원 비율이 높을수록 회계정보의 가치관련성이 더 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 이사회 내 여성 임원이 비재무적 정보로서 회계정보의 가치관련성에 영향을 미치는 것을 의미하며, 순자산과 회계이익에 대한 재무정보 이용자들의 이해를 증가시키는 역할을 하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 본 연구는 여성 임원이 기업 가치를 높이는데 영향을 미친다는 기존 선행연구 결과에 추가적으로 여성 임원 변수가 투자자들이 회계 정보를 해석함에 있어 유용하게 사용되는 비재무정보라는 것을 제시한다는 점에서 학문적인 공헌점이 있다. 나아가 본 연구의 실증분석 결과는 재무보고에 대한 의사결정시 투자자들의 반응을 중요시 하는 경영자에게 여성 인력의 중요성을 인지시키고 기업 내 여성 인력에 대한 집중적인 투자 제도를 마련하는 동기 부여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. This study empirically analyzed whether the existence of female executives or the ratio of female executives affects the value relevance of accounting information for Korean companies. According to previous studies, it has been reported that female executives whose known to be conservative and risk-averse increase the transparency of accounting information and reduce information asymmetry through the monitoring role of managers. In this study, it was investigated whether the value relevance of accounting information was increased because investors highly valued the qualitative attributes of accounting information provided by companies with female executives or a high ratio of female executives and judged it to be more useful. As a result of empirical analysis with a sample of 10,758 firm-years in Korea from 2014 to 2019, it was found that the value relevance of accounting information for firms with female executives in the board of directors is higher. Furthermore, it was found that the higher the ratio of female executives in the board of directors, the higher the value relevance of accounting information. This was the same in the empirical analysis of only companies with female executives. In addition, considering the possibility of overlapping samples in performing cross-sectional analysis, additional analysis was performed through two-way cluster analysis according to firms and years based on Peterson (2009). As with the results of major empirical analysis, as the proportion of female executives increases, net assets and profits. Based on the results of this empirical analysis, the presence of female executives in the board of directors is non-financial information that affects the value relevance of accounting information and increases investors understanding of book value and net income. This study has a contribution in that it suggests that female executives are non-financial information that is usefully used by investors in interpreting accounting information. The results of the empirical analysis are expected to motivate managers to recognize the importance of female human resources and to prepare an intensive investment system for female human resources within the company.
