Off-axis'레이저 기법에 의한 고온 초전도 $Y_1Ba_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$박막의 특성

High quality $Y_{1}$Ba$_{2}$Cu$_{3}$$O_{7-x}$ thin films have been fabricated by pulsed Nd:YAG laser deposition using an unusual 'off-axis' target-substrate geometry. Various properties of superconducting $Y_{1}$Ba$_{2}$Cu$_{3}$$O_{7-x}$ thin films have been studied systematically as a function of oxygen pressure during the deposition, in both 'on-axis' and the unusual 'off-axis' target substrate geometries. In the 'off-axis' geometry, one can completely eliminate the so-called 'laser droplets' from the film surface and thus obtain smooth high quality films. It is found that films with optimum structural and electrical properties are obtained at a lower oxygen pressure range during the 'off-axis' deposition when compared with that required in the 'on-axis' deposition geometry.

Purpose: Generally, patients with stroke present with decreased balance and increased spasticity following weakness of the paralyzed muscles. Muscle weakness caused by stroke has two causes. This is caused by a decrease in motor output and an adaptive muscle change, resulting in muscle weakness and muscle paralysis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of strengthening exercise on balance and spasticity in chronic stroke patients and to suggest the basis of clinical treatment. Methods: Twenty subjects were divided into two groups: a lower-extremity strengthening group (experimental group) and a general physical therapy group (control group). The sliding stander equipment was used for the experimental group and a regimen of warm-up exercise, the main exercise routine, and cool-down exercise were used for the muscle strengthening exercise program. Balance and spasticity were measured before and after the training period. Balance ability was measured by the Berg balance scale, the Timed up and Go test and the weight distribution of the paralyzed muscles by the Spacebalance 3D. Spasticity was measured by the Biodex system. Results: After the training periods, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in BBS, weight distribution of the paralyzed muscles, and decreased spasticity when compared to the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: This study supported the hypothesis that lower-extremity strengthening exercise improves the balance and decreases the spasticity of stroke patients. If it is combined with conventional neurologic physiotherapy, it would be effective rehabilitation for stroke patients.
뇌졸중 환자의 건강신념과 운동기능 재활 이행 및 일상생활동작 수행능력과의 상관성

본 연구에서는 뇌졸중 환자의 건강신념과 환자의 운동기능 재활 이행 및 일상생활동작 수행능력의 관계를 파악하고 뇌졸중 환자의 성공적인 재활 프로그램에 대한 기초 자료를 제공함으로써 임상에서 뇌졸중 환자의 재활시 근거자료로 활용하고자 시도되었다. 전라북도 J시에 소재하고 있는 D병원에 뇌졸중으로 진단 받고 입원 치료중인 뇌 졸중 환자들을 대상으로 본 연구목적을 이해하고 연구 참여에 동의한 환자에게 총 150부의 설문지를 배부한 후 132 부를 회수하였고 그 중 자료가 불충분한 11부를 제외한 총 121부를 자료 분석하고, 평가를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료 는 SPSS for Window(ver.12.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 대상자 일반적 특성을 파악하기 위해 빈도분석을 하였으며, 건강 신념과 운동기능 재활 이행 및 일상생활동작 수행능력 사이의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 이변량 상관분석과 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과 지각된 민감성, 지각된 유익성, 지각된 심각성이 높아질수록 운동기능 재활 이행이 높았으며, 지각된 장애성 낮을수록 운동기능 재활 이행이 높아지는 것을 확인하였다. In this study, we have tried to identify the relationship between the patient's health belief and the implementation of functional movement rehabilitation and ability to perform ADL in stroke patient, and have done this study to use this as evidence in treating stroke patients in clinical trials by providing a basis data of stroke patients’ successful rehabilitation program. We targeted stroke patients who were diagnosed with stroke and are hospitalized in D hospital in J City, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. More over, we distributed a total of 150 questionnaires to patients who understand the purpose of the research and agreed to participate. We were able to collect 132questionnaires at the end. However, 11 had insufficient data so we only analyzed and evaluated 121 of the said questionnaires. We did frequency analysis to understand the general characteristics by using SPSS for Windows(ver.12.0) program and we used Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and regression analysis to know the relationship between the patient's health beliefs and the implementation of rehabilitation and ability to perform ADL in stroke patients. The results of this study shows that patients with higher perceived sensitivity, perceived benefit and perceived severity equates to an implementation of the rehabilitation better, however patients with a lower perceived disability equates an implementation of functional movement rehabilitation better than those with a higher perceived disability.
협대역 위성망에서 응답시간 개선을 위한 정보시스템 아키텍처 설계

The government is operating the NCIA(National Computing & Information Agency) for integration of systems and improvement business efficiency. The ministry of national defense is also operating mega center for integration of distributed systems from 2014. Most information systems such as electronic approval system are web-based client-server architecture. Information systems were designed and developed for LAN(Local Area Network) environment. Most departments using LAN are no problem with network bandwidth on using information systems. But special area(warship or island etc.) has insufficient network bandwidth for using information systems. In these cases, users have difficulties to use information systems because of delayed response time with narrow bandwidth (hundreds Kbps) network. In the research we designed information system architecture and implemented the prototype(focusing on electronic approval system), showing improved information system response time in narrow bandwidth of satellite network.
