정신건강 심리적 특성이 청소년의 공격성과 학교생활적응 간의 관계에 미치는 영향; 매개효과

사회문제로 이어지는 학교폭력과 학교생활부적응 및 학업중단을 줄일 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 요구됨에 따라 본 연구는 청소년의 공격성과 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 정신건강 심리적 특성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. G시 학교생활적응력 향상프로그램 참가자 110명 대상, 자가기입식 설문조사로 수집한 자료를, 기술통계, 상관관계, 위계적 회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공격성은 청소년의 학교생활적응에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나 공격성이 높을수록 학교생활적응이 낮음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 공격성과 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 정신건강 심리적 특성은 완전 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 공격성과 학교생활적응 간의 관계에서 신체화, 대인예민, 우울, 불안, 적대감, 공포, 편집증 및 정신증은 부분 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 공격성이 높고 학교폭력을 경험하고 있는 청소년들에게 정신건강을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 적용과 후속 연구가 필요함을 시사한다. The development of programs to reduce school violence, maladjustment and school interruption leading to social problems is required. Therefore, this study analyzed the mediating effect of mental health psychological characteristics on the relationship between adolescents’ aggression and school life adjustment. Self-reported survey data collected from 110 participants in the G City School Life adjustment Improvement Program and were analyzed by descriptive statistics, correlations, and stepwise regression analysis. The result is as follows. First, aggression has a negative effect on school life adjustment, indicating that adolescents with high aggression have low school life adjustment. Second, mental health psychological characteristics were found to have a full mediating effect in the relationship between aggression and school life adjustment. Third, somatization, interpersonal-sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation and psychotism had partial mediating effects in the relationship between aggression and school life adjustment. These findings suggest that development and application for mental health promotion program for adolescents with high aggression and school violence and follow-up studies are needed.

We studied to understand the differences of serum nutritional status by skin-type. This study was performed with 131 female students in juniors and seniors in S collagen from May 23th to June 3rd in 2003. Their age averaged 19.9±3.1 years. We measured the sebum contents of 4 facial spots and the averaged their levels to classify skin type than in the other two types even with no significance. And the levels of several serum protein, fat and mineral components were also similar among 3 skin types except phosphorus, which was significantly lower in oily skin type than in dired and normal skin types. Therefore we could assumed that phosphorus-rich foods like soft drinks and grains could lead to one's skin type to dry rather than oily.
