국가 데이터 표준모델 기반 지하시설물 정보 품질확보 방안 연구

From 2023, the method of collecting information on underground facilities was replaced by the method of submission by underground facility management agencies. Accordingly, in this study, in response to changes in the work environment, an underground facility management agency establishes a work process to convert and submit a national standard model, and based on this, presents a plan to secure quality by developing technology that enables rapid submission. We conducted research and analysis on the national data standard model, and analyzed the data model of the underground facility management agency. Afterwards, a program was developed to convert the underground facilities management agencys own database format into a national data standard model. The program developed in this study was created based on the data model of the underground facility management agency at the time of the study. Therefore, in order to actually utilize it in the field, a plan must be prepared to continuously reflect the latest data model.
지하공간통합지도의 체계적인 관리를 위한 제도 개선 방향 연구

The integrated underground space map is a three-dimensional map that integrates 16 types, including 7 types of underground facilities, 6 types of underground structures, and 3 types of ground. In order to systematically construct, manage, and utilize the integrated underground space map, it was institutionalized as the “Special Act on Underground Safety Management,” and the “Underground Space Integrated Map Production Work Regulations” was prepared as detailed work regulations. However, there is a lack of institutional mechanisms to develop new technologies such as the completed book submission system for submitting change information and automation technology for updating the integrated underground spatial map and to expand the usability of the integrated underground spatial map. Accordingly, this study examined the current status of the integrated underground space map and attempted to suggest a direction for improving the current system through a revision plan and detailed operation management regulations (draft) of the Special Act on Underground Safety Management.

Safety accidents are increasing, such as changes in groundwater levels due to construction work or natural influences, or ground cave-ins caused by soil runoff from old water supply and sewage pipes. In addition, underground facility management agencies must make efforts to improve the accuracy of underground information through continuous investigation and exploration in accordance with the Special Act on Enhanced Underground Safety Management. Accordingly, in this study, we defined the configuration of equipment and data processing method to collect 3D precise exploration underground facility information and developed 3D underground facility information collection technology to ensure accuracy of underground facilities. As a result of verifying the developed technology, the horizontal accuracy improved by an average of 6cm compared to the existing method, making it possible to acquire 3D underground facility information within the error range of the public survey work regulations.
지하정보 정밀탐사를 위한 GPR 데이터 위치정확도 개선 방안

Underground information is difficult to visually check, which can lead to a huge accident in the event of a safety accident. Recently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport intends to reduce safety accidents caused by the aging or damage of underground facilities through the Special Act on Underground Safety Management. GPR is increasingly being used as a technology to acquire information in underground spaces that are difficult to see with the naked eye. However, GPR's location information is corrected by checking images of CCTV and GPS information acquired during exploration. This method has an average error of about 2 meters. In this works, We used LiDAR to calibrate the GPR information and found that the error was reduced from at least 7㎝ to up to 40㎝. If accurate GPR information collected in the future is analyzed quickly using AI, etc., it will be able to collect and utilize underground information faster than it is now to secure safety.
3차원 공간정보 관리를 위한 십사면체 기반 가상지구 모형

현실정보를 가상공간에 구축 할 때 연속성을 가지면서 정확하고 정밀하게 저장 및 관리하기 위한 목적으로 최근, 정육면체, 십이면체 등 입체도형을 활용하는 연구들이 수행되어 왔다. 그러나 타원형인 지구와 정보를 정확하고 정밀하게 저장, 관리하기 위해서는 정육면체와 십이면체의 특성으로 부족하다. 따라서 정육면체와 십사면체의 한계를 극복하고 가상지구의 공간을 균등하게 분할하여 위치를 참조할 수 있는 모형을 제시하고자 했다. 가상지구를 균등하게 분할하기 위한 다면체로 십사면체가 사용되어야 하는 이유를 정육면체, 십이면체와 비교를 통해 제시했다. 비교결과 십사면체는 통로구조의 직선적인 표현과 곡선의 표현이 모두 가능하고, 동일한 부피의 공간을 더 세밀하게 분할할 수 있었다. 이러한 십사면체의 특성을 바탕으로 십사면체 기반 가상지구 모형을 제시했다. 이 가상지구 모형은 공간을 균등하게 분할하고 3차원 공간정보를 저장, 관리하기 위한 위치참조체계로써 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Recently, research in the field of spatial information was conducted on ways to utilize stereoscopic shapes such as cubes and dodecahedrons to have continuity and use them precisely when real-world information was built in virtual space. However, to store and manage the ellipsoid earth and its information accurately and precisely, the properties of cubes and dodecahedrons are not enough. In this study, show how discrete to 3D the space of a virtual earth representing real-world information and refer to its location. First of all, presented a model for dividing the virtual earth using tetradecahedrons and a reason why it should be used to divide equally. Through comparison of cubes, dodecahedrons, tetradecahedrons suggests a reason for the use of tetradecahedrons. Results of comparisons show that tetradecahedron can represent linear continuity and curves, and can segment the same space more precisely and detail than a cube. Based on the characteristics of tetradecahedrons, suggested the Tetradecahedrons Virtual Earth(TVE). This model will feasible utilized as georeference system for managing, storing 3D spatial data.
