Central limit theorem for associated random measures

In this dissertation, we investigate an functional central limit theorem for a nonstatioary d-parameter array of associated random variables applying the criterion of the tightness condition in Bickel and Wichura[1971]. Our results imply an extension to the nonstatioary case of invariance principle of Burton and Kim(1988) and analogous results for the d-dimensional associated random measure. These results are also applied to show a new functional central limit theorem for Poisson cluster random measures.

미국의 암호화폐 규제는 연방 및 주 차원 모두에서 다층적이고 역동적인 프레임워크 내에서 운영된다. 이 연구는 미국 내 암호화폐의 성장과 규제 및 법적 지위에 관한 새로운 문제를 조명한다. 미국의 암호화폐 규제는 SEC, CFTC 등 다양한 규제 기관이 각자의 권한을 통해 시장을 규제하는 데 중추적인 역할을 하면서 다면적이고 역동적인 성격을 보인다. 뉴욕주 DFS 및 캘리포니아주 DFPI와 같은 주정부 기관은 지역 규제 프레임워크를 통해 활동을 규제한다. 그러나 이러한 규제 환경은 시장 참여자들에게 다양한 과제를 안겨준다. 암호화폐의 법적 분류, Howey Test 적용, 과세 등 논쟁적인 문제가 가장 먼저 논의되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 암호화폐 산업은 규제 표준화와 기술 발전을 통한 성장의 기회가 있기 때문에 긍정적으로 전망된다. 이 연구는 암호화폐의 법적 환경과 규제 문제에 대한 포괄적인 분석을 제공한다. 정책 입안자와 업계 이해관계자는 이 분석을 통해 향후 개발을 위한 효과적인 전략을 도출할 것으로 기대된다. Cryptocurrency regulation in the United States operates within a multi-layered and dynamic framework at both the federal and state levels. This study sheds light on new issues regarding the growth of cryptocurrencies and their regulatory and legal status in the U.S. Cryptocurrency regulation in the United States is multifaceted and dynamic, with various regulatory agencies such as the SEC and CFTC playing a pivotal role in regulating the market through their respective authorities. State agencies, such as New York State DFS and California State DFPI, regulate activities through local regulatory frameworks. However, this regulatory environment poses diverse challenges to market participants. Contentious issues such as the legal classification of cryptocurrencies, application of the Howey Test, and taxation are at the forefront of discussions. Nevertheless, the cryptocurrency industry holds a positive outlook, with opportunities for market growth through regulatory standardization and technological advancements. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal environment and regulatory issues of cryptocurrencies. Policy makers and industry stakeholders are expected to use this analysis to derive effective strategies for future development.

서울특별시 도시재생전략계획 변경이 호텔 부동산에 미치는 영향: 법적 검토와 지원 방안을 중심으로

본 논문은 서울특별시의 도시재생전략계획 변경이 호텔 부동산 시장에 미치는 영향을 법적 측면과 지원 방안을 중심으로 조사하고 분석한다. 서론에서는 서울시의 도시재생 정책의 중요성과 최근 변경된 전략계획이 부동산 시장에 미치는 영향을 소개한다. 특히, 호텔 부동산이 지역 경제와 관광 산업에 미치는영향을 강조하며, 법적 규제와 지원 방안의 필요성을 강조한다. 본 논문은 다음과 같은 세 가지 주요 부분으로 구성되어 있다. 먼저, 서울의 호텔 부동산 시장 현황과 특징에 대한 개요가 제시된다. 이에는 서울시의 호텔 부동산 시장의 전반적인 현황과 투자 동향, 가격 변동 요인 등이 포함된다. 둘째로, 서울시의 도시재생전략계획과 변경 사항에 대해 논의한다. 여기에는 변경된 전략계획이 부동산 시장에 미치는 영향과관련된 주요 사항이 포함된다. 마지막으로, 호텔 부동산 시장에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 대응 전략이 다루어진다. 이는 현재의 부동산 규제와 도시재생 전략의 변경이 시장에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 새로운 정책이 호텔 부동산 시장에 어떤 영향을 미칠지 예측하는 것을 포함한다. 또한, 적절한 법적 규제와 지원 방안을 제안하여 서울의 호텔 부동산 시장이 지속 가능한 성장과 발전을 이룰 수 있도록 제언한다. 최종적으로, 이 연구는 서울 호텔 부동산 시장의 활성화와 지속 가능한 성장을 위해 부동산 규제의 완화, 투자 유치를 위한 정책 개선, 공공 민간 협력 강화, 투자자 보호를 위한 법적 지원 등의 다양한 정책 제언을 제시한다. 이러한 제언을 통해 서울의 호텔 부동산 시장이 지속 가능한 성장과 발전을 이루며, 지역 경제와 관광산업의 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. This paper investigates the effects of the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s urban regeneration strategy plan revision on the hotel real estate market, focusing on legal scrutiny and support measures. The introduction outlines the significance of Seoul’s urban regeneration policy and introduces the potential implications of the revised strategy plan on the real estate market. Particularly emphasized is the role of hotel real estate in local economies and the tourism industry, highlighting the necessity for legal regulations and support measures. The paper is structured into three main sections. Firstly, it provides an overview of the current status and characteristics of Seoul’s hotel real estate market, including investment trends, price fluctuations, and key influencing factors. Secondly, it discusses the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s urban regeneration strategy plan and its amendments, elucidating their implications for the hotel real estate market. Lastly, it delves into the anticipated impact of these changes on the market and proposes corresponding strategies. This includes analyzing the effects of current real estate regulations and predicting the repercussions of the revised urban regeneration plan on the hotel real estate market. Additionally, it suggests legal and supportive measures to ensure sustainable growth and development in Seoul’s hotel real estate sector. In conclusion, the paper proposes policies aimed at revitalizing and sustaining growth in Seoul’s hotel real estate market. Recommendations include easing real estate regulations, enhancing investment attractiveness, strengthening public-private cooperation, and bolstering legal protection for investors. These proposals aim to foster sustainable development and contribute to the economic and tourism vibrancy of the region.

In this paper we obtain the complete moment convergence for an array of rowwise extended negative orthant dependent random variables. By using the result we can prove the complete moment convergence for some positively orthant dependent sequence satisfying the extended negative orthant dependence.
