Cam mechanisms are one of the most popular devices for generating irregular motion and are widely used in many automatic equipments, such as textile machinery, internal combustion engines and other automatic devices. In order to obtain the positive motion of follower by rotating cam, its shape should be correctly designed and manufactured. However, complex engineering tasks are required in a design and manufacturing of cams. And also, the manufacturing of general cam is demanded high costs. For the designing of cam, it must be decided that what kind of motion has to be transmitted to follower before selecting the curve of cam and designing profile of cam. However, even though the exact profile of cam is designed at the progress of design, if it doesn't have precision at the manufacturing progress, it's impossible to get expected result. We will develop cam simulation apparatus for measuring cam curve and get profile data before analyzing an error through comparison with design data of cam.
Fire Detection Method Using IoT and Wireless Sensor Network

A wireless sensor network (WSN) consists of several sensor nodes and usually one base station. In this paper, we propose a method to monitor topics using a wireless sensor network. Fire threatens people, animals, and plants, and it takes a lot of recovery time when a fire occurs. For this reason, it is necessary to use a fire monitoring system that is easy to configure and fast to avoid fire. In this paper, we propose a fast and easily reliable fire detection system using WSN. The wireless node of the WSN measures the temperature and brightness around the node. The measured information is transferred to the workstation and to the base station. The workstation analyzes current and historical data records to monitor the fire and notify the manager.

Recently, many studies have been undergoing to reduce working time in field of machine center. Tower type ATC have been developed to reduce the stand-by time by shortening tool exchanging time. The developed system can store more number of tools in small space. In order to evaluate the performance of tower type ATC, feeding speed and noise are measured by a laser interferometer and a noise level meter.

The recent crisis of environmental pollution and resource depletion has become a major global issue, resulting in an increasing interest in remanufacturing in many countries. However, manufacturing for environmental protection is considered an additional cost factor by most companies. Therefore, governments worldwide have actively implemented remanufacturing policies to encourage the participation of numerous companies in the remanufacturing industry. As an eco-friendly technology, remanufacturing has impacted the environmental improvement and resource savings by reducing raw materials and production processes. In particular, the effect of machine tool and automobile part remanufacturing is very remarkable, since most parts are reusable. In this study, the standardization technology for remanufacturing process of machine tools is developed by remanufacturing of used vertical machining center. Based on the work operation sheet for establishing the process, the remanufacturing process chart and program were developed. The performance evaluation of machining centers before and after remanufacturing was also executed, to check the performance improvement of the remanufactured product. The performance evaluation criteria were established to improve reliability.

Purpose: Clinical nurses play an important role in guiding the practice of new nurses and nursing students. Therefore, it is necessary to study the difficulties and the environmental aspects faced by nurses during the clinical education for the quality improvement of clinical education. Methods: Focus group interview was conducted with 15 clinical nurses and analyzed according to the qualitative content analysis method of Elo and Kyngäs. Results: Five themes were identified; "Lack of education competency and teaching efficacy as a clinical nurse educator", "environment that cannot educate enough", "lack of proper guidelines for education", "no manpower dedicated to clinical nursing education", " Lack of mutual exchange between university and clinical practice’ Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to make efforts to improve the education environment for nursing education.
