아마복싱선수들의 각속도별 각근력 특성에 따른 복싱지도방안 및 운동 상해예방 연구

본 연구의 목적은 아마복싱선수들의 등속 성 각 근력측정에 따른 각속도 별 최대 회전력, 동측균형비율을 비교 분석하여 적절한 수업 지도 방법 제시와 경 기력 향상 및 운동 상해를 예방하는데 있다. 본 연구는 국제대회 및 전국대회 입상경력이 있거나 국가대표 선발 경력이 있는 우수 아마복싱선수 25명을 대상으로 하였으며 복싱 선수들의 슬 관절 등속 성 근력 측정은 Isomed2000(D&R Ferstl GMBH, Germany)을 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구 결과 최대우력(peak torque)은 슬 관절의 굴 근과 신 근 모두에서 각속도가 증가할수록 낮아지는 것으로 나타났으며 유의한 차이를 보였다(p<. 001). 동측근력비율은 단 축성 수축 시신전근 및 굴곡 근에서 각속도 별 유의한 비율의 차이를 나타 냈다(p<.001). 아마복싱선수의 슬 관절 굴신비율은 각속도의 증 가에 따라 안정적 균형 감을 보이며, 구심 성 수축 근력에서 비우세 측 신전근력이 크게 작용하는 특성을 발견하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine a factor of is okinetic leg muscular strength in amature boxing athletes. Subjects of this study were university boxing athletes (n=25). Is okinetic lower limb was measured by Isomed2000 (D&R Ferstl GMBH, Germany). As a results, in the is okinetic test, peak torque in flexors and extensors was liklely to decrease when angular velocity increased and there were significant differences based on angular velocity. upon the trials, ipsilateral balance ratio of concentric contraction was liklely to increase when angular velocity went faster. Hamstring/quadriceps strength ratios of knee joint in the university boxing athletes showed stable balance when angular velocity went faster. In the concentric contraction, The findings were that non-dominant quadriceps femoris muscle strength was higher than the dominant one.
만성 요통을 호소하는 복싱선수들의 각속도별 슬관절 근력 특성 분석

The purpose of this study was to examine a factor of isokinetic leg muscular strength in amateur athletes in boxing with chronic low back pain. Subjects of this study were current amateur athletes in boxing with chronic low back pain(n=9) and the athletes without pain(n=12). Isokinetic lower limb muscular strength was measured by Isomed2000(D&R Ferstl GMBH, Germany), and the femoral muscle strengths(i.e., extensor and flexor) were measured at 60°/sec, 180°/sec and 240°/sec with three different angular velocities(i.e., low, medium and high). As a results, in the isokinetic test, hamstring to quadriceps strength ratios(ipsilateral balance index) of knee joint for the athletes in boxing increased with increased angular velocity. In the concentric contraction, subjects with chronic low back pain showed a significant difference in the left ipsilateral balance ratio at different angular velocities (p<.05), and a significant difference in peak torque ratio on left ipsilateral extensor (240°/sec, p<.05). The left ipsilateral extensor was observed as a significant factor in peak torque ratio for amateur athletes in boxing with chronic low back pain in concentric contraction, and its ratio was observed lower value by 10 percent or more on average.
