The purpose of this study is to find decision-making related personal characteristics impacting on job performance of IT infrastructure administrator. And this study will focus on the moderation effect of overconfidence between personal characteristics and job performance based on upper echelons theory. In order to achieve the purpose, I made a survey for IT infrastructure 209 administrators working in “A” Company. I made a use of the software program such as SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.2.3, 2.0.M3 for path analysis. There are four personal characteristics(empowerment, absorptive capacity, readiness of change and job satisfaction). These characteristics were used as explanatory factors in this study. They were all significant factors to impact the job performance positively. To analyze the moderation effect of overconfidence, two groups were divided according to the overconfidence level. The overconfidence level of IT infrastructure administrator made a negative moderation effect on the process that ‘readiness of change’ impacts on ‘job performance’.
가속도 센서 데이터 기반의 행동 인식 모델 성능 향상 기법

스마트 모바일 장치의 확산은 인간의 일상 행동 분석을 보다 일반적이고 간단하게 만들었다. 행동 분석은 이미 본인 인증, 감시, 건강 관리 등 많은 분야에서 사용 중이고 그 유용성이 증명되었다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 가속도 센서 신호를 사용하여 효율적이고 정확하게 행동 인식을 수행하는 합성곱 신경망(모델 A)과 순환 신경망까지 적용한(모델 B) 심층 신경망 모델을 제시한다. 모델 A는 batch normalization과 같은 단순한 기법만 적용해도 이전의 결과보다 더 작은 모델로 더 높은 성능을 달성할 수 있다는 것을 보인다. 모델 B는 시계열 데이터 모델링에 주로 사용되는 LSTM 레이어를 추가하여 예측 정확도를 더욱 높일 수 있음을 보인다. 이 모델은 29명의 피실험자를 대상으로 수집한 벤치마크 데이트 세트에서 종합 예측 정확도 97.16%(모델 A), 99.50%(모델 B)를 달성했다. With a widespread of sensor-rich mobile devices, the analysis of human activities becomes more general and simpler than ever before. In this paper, we propose two deep neural networks that efficiently and accurately perform human activity recognition (HAR) using tri-axial accelerometers. In combination with powerful modern deep learning techniques like batch normalization and LSTM networks, our model outperforms baseline approaches and establishes state-of-the-art results on WISDM dataset.

An ultrasonic motor of high torque with a new configuration for application in automobiles is proposed. The newly designed stator is two sided vibrator consisting of a toothed metal disk with a piezoelectric ceramic ring bonded on both faces of the disk which generates a flexurel traveling wave along the circumference of disk. In this configuration, the displacement on the surface of stator may not be confined. It also produces a large vibrating force and amplitude because the vibrator is sandwiched by two piezoelectric plates. It is possible to increase the torque by improving the vibration characteristics. To compute the vibration mode of the motor of diameter 48 ㎜, the finite element method was used. A 6th mode was chosen as the operation mode with a resonance frequency of about 64.4 ㎑. According to this design and measured its performance, a prototype was fabricated. The performance measurement of the prototype motor showed that its stall torque was about 1.8 Nm and efficiency was 37 % at 60 % of the maximum torque.

Using the extensional vibration mode of PZT bar, a piezopump is successfully made. The traveling extensional wave along the circumference of the bar is obtained by dividing standing waves which are temporally and spatially phase shifted by 90 degrees from each other. The proposed piezopump is consisted of coaxial cylindrical shells that are bonded piezoelectric ceramic bar.

Piezoelectric micro-pump should contain the physical running parts like check valves for acquiring the unilateral motion of fluid from the alternating motion of actuators. But the check valves raise many problems such as abrasion or exhaustive destruction by the recursive mechanical displacement. And the performances of micro pump are deteriorated by them. To solve these problems, we propose a novel type piezoelectric valveless micro-pump using peristaltic motion due to the traveling wave excitation. Proposed pump model consists of two piezoelectric ceramic plates, elastic metal body, caps for covering flow path, rubber rings for tight sealing and disk springs for the pressurization of pump body. The FEM simulation analysis of the proposed pump model was carried out to verify its operation mechanism. And a prototype pump was fabricated and evaluated to validate the proposed concepts. Maximum back pressure was 0.97㎪ and flow rate was 640μl/min under 130V<SUB>rms</SUB>, 67.5㎑ of driving voltage.

Recently, there has been increased incessantly an interest in research area on micro-fluidic pump for electronic and biological applications. The proposed pump takes an unobtrusive operation into the simple displacing mechanism using peristaltic traveling waves without the physical moving valves. And, this piezopump makes up a panel type design. The ATILA simulation was performed to estimate the operating frequency of the vibrating wave mode, to optimize the design conditions of piezopump such as structure, elastic body material, piezoelectric ceramics, and to analyze the distribution of vibration displacement. The best measured value of the pumping rate is about 118 μl/min under the following parameters : 4-wave mode, 50㎑ operating frequency, 200V<SUB>p</SUB>.

According to the design, the prototype stator was fabricated and its performance was measured.

Micropump is very useful component in micro/nano fluidics and bioMEMS applications. Using the flexural vibration mode of PZT bar, a piezopump is successfully made. The PZT bar is polarized with thickness direction. The proposed structure for the piezo-pump consists of an input and an output port, piezoelectric ceramic actuator, actuator support, diaphragm. The traveling flexural wave along the bar is obtained by dividing two standing waves which are temporally and spatially phase shifted by 90 degrees from each other. Fluid is drawn into a forming chamber, eventually the forming chamber closes trapping the fluid therein.
