그림책중심 아동문학 수업과정에서 도출된 예비유아교사의 문학교육에 대한 인식변화

본 연구는 그림책을 중심으로 한 아동문학 수업과정에서 도출된 예비유아교사의 유아문학교육에 관한 인식의 변화를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 D, S 지역에 위치한 대학교의 예비유아교사 110명이 아동문학 수업에 참여하면서 작성한 반성적 저널을 지속적인 비교분석법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 예비유아교사들은 본 연구의 아동문학 수업에 참여하면서 상상하고 즐길 수 있는 대상이 되는 문학작품 자체로서의 의미를 가지는 존재로 문학을 인식하게 되었고 특히 그림책에 대하여 보다 깊이 있는 이해를 하게 되었다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들은 유아들의 문학적인 성향과 태도, 그리고 능력을 계발시키는 것을 목표로 하여 이루어지는 유아문학교육이 바람직 하다고 인식하게 되었다. 셋째, 유아의 문학적 능력과 태도를 형성시키는데 도움이 되는 수준 높은 문학교육을 실시하기 위해서는 교사의 역할이 매우 중요하다는 사실을 인식하게 되었다. The objective of this study was to investigate the change in early childhood pre-service teachers` understanding of literature education by analyzing the reflection journals collected from their Children`s Literature class. The subjects in this study were 110 pre-service teachers in the field of early child education in D, S region, South Korea. To analyze the change in their understanding of literature education, their reflection journals were collected and analyzed in terms of their views on literature, literature education, and the teachers` role. The results were as follows: First, pre-service teachers were able to simply appreciate the children`s literature rather than having to analyze the literature. They were able to do so by learning about the authors` personal histories and the process of writing the children`s literature, and being able to relate to the children`s literature by reflecting on their own past. Second, the pre-service teachers came to believe that Literature Education for Young Children that focuses on helping children to form positive attitudes toward literature and developing their ability to appreciate and criticize the literature, and the ability to create their own stories is needed. Third, the pre-service teachers came to understand the importance of teachers` role in a quality Literature Education for Young Children.

4차 산업혁명 시대 유아교사의 역량에 대한 유아교육기관 원장, 원감 및 교사의 요구도 분석

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사를 양성하는 교육과정에 4차 산업혁명 시대를 대비하는 유아 교사 역량을 포함시키기 위해 유아교육기관의 원장, 원감 및 교사의 요구도를 조사하는데 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기도 및 인천, 대전지역의 유아교육기관에서 근무하고 있는 원장, 원감 및 유아교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 2018년 11월 2일부터 12월 3일에 걸쳐 배부 및 회수 되었으며 총 177부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대 유아교사의 역량에 대한 설문지의 문항은 문헌연구를 통해 구성되었으며 요인분석을 통한 타당도 검사와 신뢰도 검증을 한 후 사용하였다. 연구결과, 현장의 요구도는 4차 산업혁명 시대 유아교사의 역량의 중요도와 필요수준그리고 현재 수준에서 감성역량, 사회적 역량의 순으로 나타났다. 지역에서는 초학문적 역량의 필요수준에서 차이가 있었다. 직급에서는 정보통신역량과 초학문적 역량의 중요도에서 차이가 있었다. 경력에서는 정보통신역량, 초학문적역량, 사회적 역량의 중요도와 필요수준에서 차이가 있었다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the needs of the directors, assistant directors and teachers of the early childhood education to include the competence of early childhood teachers to prepare for the 4th Industrial Revolution in curriculum for training early childhood teachers. For this purpose, a survey was conducted for the directors, assistant directors and teachers who work in kindergartens and day care centers in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Incheon, and Daejeon. The questionnaire was distributed and collected from November 2 to December 3, 2018, and a total of 177 questionnaires were analyzed. The questionnaire on the competence of early childhood teachers in the 4th Industrial Revolution was constructed through literature studies and used after validity test through factor analysis and reliability verification. As a result, the directors, assistant directors and teachers in the field thought that the importance, required level and current level of early childhood teacher s competence in the 4th Industrial Revolution was in order of emotional competence, social competence. In the region, there was a difference in the required level of transdisciplinary competence. In the job postion, there were differences in the importance of information and communication competence and transdisciplinary competence. 그림책 단원 중심 문학교육 프로그램의 실시 과정에서 나타난 유아의 문학적 반응에 대한 질적 탐구

본 연구의 목적은 그림책 단원 중심의 문학교육 프로그램을 실시하는 과정에서 나타난 유아의 반응을 알아보는 것이다. 만 5세 유아 30명을 대상으로 그림책 단원 5개로 구성된 프로그램을 주 2회씩 14주에 걸쳐 총 28회 실시하였다. 유아의 반응 양상을 알기 위해 전사 자료, 참여관찰 일지, 담임교사와의 면담 자료, 담임교사의 일지, 유아의 작품과 구성물을 수집하였고, 이를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 유아는 그림책에 대해 다양하고 세세한 관심이 생겼고, 그림책을 좋아하게 되었다. 둘째, 유아는 그림책을 깊이 이해하고 감상하고, 그림책에 대해 다각도로 비평할 줄 알며, 이야기 짓기를 비롯한 창의적 표현을 하게 되었다. 셋째, 유아는 그림책 읽기를 정해진 시간이나 정해진 공간에서만 하지 않고 놀이와 연계시키며 일상적으로 즐기게 되었다. The purpose of this study is to examine how young children respond to the unit-focused literature education program using picturebooks. The program was run with 30 children of age of five for 14 weeks, 2 times every week totaling 28 times. The collected data consist of transcriptions from participatory observations, the journals of researchers and classroom teachers, interviews with the teachers, and children`s works. All data were analyzed and interpreted. From this study, the followings were revealed. First, the children showed vivid and diverse interest in the picturebooks, and became to like the picturebooks. Second, the children grew deeper understanding and appreciation of the picturebooks, became capable of criticizing the picturebooks from various viewpoints, and developed creative expressions including story making. Third, the children did not read the picturebooks at set times or places, but became to be able to connect the picturebooks with playing and to enjoy the books at all times.
