화재안전 속성의 중요도 분석을 통한 상업 건축물 화재안전 특성 변화에 관한 연구

In today, the interests have been significantly increased to utilize the old buildings. But most of building projects have got done without considering fire prevention. From the trends, the study focuses on measuring fire prevention with subject to old commercial buildings, and develops the figures over applying into remodeling projects. For this purpose, the study conducts firstly to measure the weighted/aggravated figures by using the statistics of Likert’s Scale and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). From given data, the analysis conducts to identify the features of fire prevention over old commercial buildings, in terms of measuring weighted/aggravated figures and the historic years of standing buildings. As of the research, the outcome highlights the importance of fire prevention/safety issues for the event of fire; meanwhile it appears relatively less important aspect of building circumstances. Further, there are gaps about 30 percentages identified between 10 years-old buildings and 20 years-old buildings, in terms of fire prevention. Also, the significant differences of functions are noted in fire divisions and evacuating facilities.
경년변화에 따른 상업건축물의 소방시설 변화와 불량특성에 관한 연구

It is essential to check the function of fire protection system to minimize the fire damage. However, it is hard to ensure that the fire protection system works properly because it is rarely used and it takes long time to be discarded and renewed. Therefore, this paper investigates the kinds of fire protection system in details targeting the buildings in central commercial district which has a variety of potential fire hazards. The annual variations and malfunctioning characteristics are compared and analyzed by conducting visual inspection and function checks about fire protection system. As a result, it is found that the buildings in existence for more than 20 years have 18.7% more defective fire extinguish, 23.5% more defective indoor hydrant, 15.9% more defective automatic fire alarm system, and 6.4% more defective emergency exit sign comparing to the buildings in existence for less than 10 years.
피난유도장치의 종류에 따른 피난유도성능 비교에 관한 연구

As getting complex of urban structure nowadays, the availability of underground space becomes increasingly developed and urban space is so complicated. This indicated that there are required different approaches to use the both spaces. Moreover, driven more attentions on safety issues relevant to emergency guidance inducing facility and rules. The response for this disaster in terms of domestic regulation is still limited in dealing with the fire facility and egress induction equipment. Therefore, this study is focusing on evaluation efficiency of egress induction equipment and comparison with evacuation performance according to the type of egress induction equipment, through the full scale tests.
모의피난실험을 통한 건축물 LED 피난설비의 피난유도성능에 관한 연구

As urban structures getting complex nowadays, the buildings become much higher. And use of underground increased. It led complex and various spatial structure. But there are lately incurred fire and explosion in building. As this disaster happens, the complex space cause serious casuality, because the occupants can not egress efficiently. Therefore, if the building is in fire, it has to be equipped with facilities and system for the efficient evacuation. Now although people have highly interested in facility evacuation which enhance evacuation efficiency in emergency situation, leading luminary evacuation light sources is only installed and developed through the nation. So, currently many kind of evacuation sign is developed. But it didn't practice the performance evaluation through real test. In this research, we analysed effects of the newly developed LED-evacuation-sign through in full scale test and were able to compare and evaluate egress behaviors by adjusting fire condition and normal times. Proceeding from this fact, in the open space which has several openings, The application of egress equipment such as LED-evacuation-sign which has high efficiency is also needed as well as the existing emergency Exit Light. The additional installation of LED-evacuation-sign reduced the evacuation time by approximately 60% and was analyzed to appear to be effective in case of fork of a path. With this result, we hope to provide basis data for LED-evacuation-sign’s efficient establishment in industry spaces, in case of an emergency
