        전기로 제강 더스트가 포함된 규산염계 유리의 결정화에 미치는 TiO₂영향

        Microstructure of glass-ceramics obtained by heat treating silicate glass containing 50 wt% electric arc furnace dust (EAF dust) and nucleation agents were observed. The crystallization temperature, Tc of glassy specimen measured around 850℃ from different thermal analysis, so the heat treatment condition to obtain glass-ceramic specimen was selected as 950℃/15 hr. The nucleation agent, TiO₂showed the superior effect on enhancing franklinite crystal growth which has stronger mechanical properties and more durable chemical resistance than willemite phase. Some specimens containing TiO₂had the augite crystal phase and increasing TiO₂ amount decreased a fraction of willemite and increased a franklinite. Especially, the specimen with 5 wt% TiO2 showed no willemite crystal phase and 1~2 μm franklinite crystals dispersed uniformly in glassy matrix. Also, the specimens containing 5 wt% TiO2 mixed with Fe₂O₃ showed a dendrite-shaped franklinite crystals caused by coalescence of small crystallites.

        전기로 제강분진이 첨가된 규산염계 유리의 중금속 용출 특성

        The stabilizing behavior of heavy metals in the silicate glass containing Electric Arc Furnace dust (EAF dust) were studied by the Toxic Characterization Leaching Procedure (TCLP) test, and the change of crystalline phase and glass network structure were investigated as a function of EAF dust content added. The glass containing EAF dust of $30\;wt\%$ an oxygen/network former ratio(R) of $2\~3$ allowing a fairly stable network structure thus showed much lower heavy metal leaching concentration than that for containing EAF dust above $50\;wt\%$ at TCLP test. For the glass containing EAF dust $50\~60\;wt\%$, however, the R was over 3, which weakened the glass network structure and increased the heavy metals leachate. Adding the EAF dust to a glass decreased the degree of Si-O-Si symmetry and increased the number of non-bridging oxygen, which decreased the chemical durability of glasses. When the dust content in a glass was over $70\;wt\%$, the Zn and Fe ions reacted to form the spinel crystal rather than to bind to network structure of glass and leaching concentration of those ions from the specimen decreased, so the spinel phase could be attributed to lowering a heavy metal leaching.

        컨테이너 하우스 외벽 구성 시스템 기술개발연구

        본 연구는 기존 조적조 주택의 주요 구조부에 컨터이너를 활용한 개발 방식 즉, 컨터이너 하우스의 계획, 설계, 시공 가능한 시스템 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해, 스틸하우스의 구저 및 시공 방법 등을 분석하였으며 컨터이너 하우스의 외벽 구성 시스템에 대한 견본품 제작을 완성하였다. 이컨터이너 하우스 견본품을 토대로 두 개의 컨더이너 하우스 케이스 스터디에 적용하였고, 기존 조적조 주택 공법에 비하여 공사비 절감과 공기단축에 있어 현격한 효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 컨터이너하우스의 제작기술 개발 성공을 통해 스틸하우스 시장의 틈새 공략으로 기업체의 기술개발 및 투자방향을 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다. This paper aims at searching the attentiveness and method in planning. design and construction procedure of the container house system where container is used as core framework. For this. we try to produce researching fundamental materials for the construction performance and design standards of steel house. and finish the sample exterior wall system of the container house. By applying this sample system to the two case study of container housing construction. we find out that there are considerable efficiency of the cost saving and catch up schedule compared with existing brick housing construction system. This study is significant in that it shows future direction of technical development and investment on the prefabricate housing market through development of the prefabricated container housing system.

      • 하이테크 건축의 계획특성 고찰

        본 연구는 최근 현대 건축의 조류를 통해 나타난 하이테크 건축의 발생 배경과 이들 건축가들이 추구하고자 했던 건축적 개념을 살펴보고, 하이테크 건축가들의 작품의 분석을 통해, 건축 계획적 특성에 대하여 고찰하는 것이다. 이를 위해 이들 건축가의 등장 배경과 이들에 영향을 주었던 전거 들을 살펴보고, 최근의 구미의 사례를 통하여 나타난 작품특성을 고찰하여 향후, 우리나라의 최근 건축디자인의 새로운 방향을 모색 한다. This paper aims to search the significant issue of the high-tech architecture in planning, design and architectural concept throughout current history of architecture, through the analysis of high-tech architects' works. For this, I try to produce researching fundamental backgrounds and characteristics for the high-tech architects and their works. This study is significant in that it shows future direction of our contemporary architectural design process through the general analysis in planning, design and the practical case of current European and American architecture.

        디지털 경제시대에서의 중소기업 인적자원 개발

        In general, the 21C is called the knowledge-based society, which is strengthened by digital economy, characterized as ICT industry, Internet, e-commerce and so on. According to the advent of the digital economy age, SMBs has come to compete with the large enterprises equally. That's because the size, distance and space are not the factor of competitiveness power furthermore. If SMBs have gotten the new and state-of-the-art technology and made strong efforts to innovate, they are capable of competing and sometimes held a prominent position. However, the technology and innovation will be able to realize by human resources. After all, the competitiveness of SMBs will be determined by the recruiting and managing of the competent human resources. The supporting system of the HRD of workers in SMBs is represented as vocational competency development program based on the vocational training promotion act. Usually, the HRD of workers in SMBs is a field of market failure, because of externalities of HRD. To relieve market failure and build up skill development of SMBs workers, the HRD for SMBs workers is treated preferentially as compared with the HRD for SMBs workers under the provision fo the act. However, the actual results were not produced differently to the intention. This is possible not only because of market failure, but also because of government failure. So the program and system have to be renovated and reformed. The direction of HRD for SMBs workers, especially at from the side of governmental supporting system and program, is as follows. The approaches and methods suggested in the paper are not coherent. First, the HRD supporting system for SMBs worker is reviewed and the distinguished regulation between SMBs and large companies is also reviewed whether it is rationalized the digital economy age or not. Second, government (government funded institution) has to help SMBs to make a plan on HRD based on business strategy financially. The employment insurance act has to be revised. Vocational competency development program has to be renovated into fitting social insurances purpose, if the program is linked with the employment insurance continuously. In addition, the program, related to HRD for SMBs workers, working in ministry of education and human resources development and small and medium business administration are also connected with vocational competency development. The national HRD strategies for SMBs workers have to be discussed and established at the ministerial counciil for HRD.
