본 연구는 충주세계무술축제 선택속성 중 방문객들의 중요도 및 만족도를 분석 한 후 IPA Matrix를 이용하여 각 속성별로 방문객들이 생각하는 중요성과 만족도를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 방문객을 모집단으로 설정한 후 편의표본 추출법을 활용하여 총 250명을 표집하였으며 실제 분석에서는 238명의 자료를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 충주세계무술축제 선택속성과 관련된 문항의 중요도와 만족도의 평균값을 통해 중요도 순위를 도출하고, 대응표본 t-test, IPA를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 충주세계무술축제 선택속성에 대한 중요도와 만족도간의 차이는 “안내 및 서비스 수준” 문항을 제외한 19개 문항이 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, Ⅰ사분면은 안내 및 서비스 수준, 사전 홍보 및 안내 정보 서비스, 교통접근의 용이성 및 편의성, 안내원 친절성, 축제 주변의 좋은 자연 자원, Ⅱ사분면은 기념품 가격, 주변의 유명관광지, 주변의 자연적 경관의 매력, 새로운 문화습득 및 교류, 축제를 통한 새로운 경험, 축제에 대한 역사적 사실, Ⅲ사분면은 프로그램 흥미성, 음식의 가격, 특산품 가격, Ⅳ사분면은 휴식 및 편의시설, 주차장 시설, 숙박시설, 먹거리 시설, 체험프로그램 특이성, 프로그램 다양성 등으로 포함되었다. This study aims for analyzing the importance and satisfaction of visitors among selection factors of Chungju World Martial Art Festival and identify the importance and satisfaction visitors consider according to each factor using IPA Matrix. In total, 250 subjects were recruited by setting visitors as a population and using a convenience sampling method. 238 data was used in actual analysis. SPSS 23.0 program was adopted for data analysis. Thus, the following results were obtained by conducting matching sample t-test and IPA. First, the degree of information and service were significantly different. Second, quadrant I included the degree of information and service, preliminary promotion and information service, the availability and convenience of traffic accessibility, the kindness of attendants, and good natural resources nearby the festival. quadrant II included price of souvenirs, neighboring famous tourist attractions, attraction of neighboring natural landscape, obtaining and exchange of new culture, new experience through the festival, and historical facts on the festival. Quadrant III included interests of program, food price, and price of local special products. Quadrant IV included rest and convenience facilities, parking lots, accomodations, restaurants, uniqueness of experience programs, and the variety of programs.

노인종합복지관 스포츠프로그램 서비스품질요소 분석: Kano모델을 적용한 고객만족계수와 PCSI지수를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the establishment of health policy for the elderly in preparation for entry into an ultra-aged society through the analysis of service quality factors for sports programs at the elderly Welfare Center. This study distributed a total of 300 questionnaires using a nomadic sampling method from August 4 to October 13, 2020, and a total of 284 (94.7%) was viewed excluding 16 questionnaires that were judged not to be used for analysis. Used for the analysis of the study. Effective specimens were performed using Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and SPSS 22.0 programs for frequency analysis, factor analysis, and Kano analysis. The result is as follows. First, all 22 items of sports program service quality factors at the Senior Welfare Center were found to be unified quality factors. Second, Timkos customer satisfaction coefficients, satisfaction coefficient and dissatisfaction coefficient, were calculated. As for the customer satisfaction coefficient, the factor of attitude of instructor (0.91) was the highest, followed by convenience of program usage time (0.84), followed by systematic training program (0.83), and excellent service compared to the fee. Provide (0.8),Pleasant and Clean Facilities (0.77),Provide Continuous Information Services (0.77),Contribute to Elderly Friendship and Community (0.77),Kindness of Leaders (0.76).

본 연구는 배드민턴 경기 중 심판판정에 따른 인식과 대처 반응을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 의도적 표집방법을 활용하여, 2017년 코리아 배드민턴 오픈에 출전한 한국선수들과 2018년 국가대표 후보 선수 동계합숙훈련에 참여한 110명을 대상으로 개방형 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 전문가 회의를 통해 예비문항을 개발하여, 예비조사결과를 토대로 질문 문항을 일부 수정하여 본 조사에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 귀납적 자료 분석을 실시하여 소분류, 중분류 및 대분류로 구분하였다. 귀납적 자료 분석을 통하여 도출된 결과 첫째, 선수들은 심판 판정에 따라서 심리적인 영향을 받으며, 중요한 순간에서 이러한 영향력이 크게 작용하는 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 선수들은 심판판정이 자신에게 유리하게 판정될 때, 심리적으로 안정 및 긍정적인 수행력을 발휘하는 단서가 되는 반면에 자신에게 불리하게 판정될 때, 심리적 위축 및 부정적인 수행력으로 이어진다고 응답하였다. 끝으로, 같은 상황에서도 선수들마다 심판판정을 인식하는 데에 있어 다르게 반응하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 선수들에게 중요한 순간에서의 심판판정은 선수들의 심리적 상태와 경기 수행력에 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구를 토대로 후속연구로는 다양한 심판판정상황에서의 대처방안을 강구하는 연구가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to explore the coping responses and recognition of badminton player on the referee judging during game. In order to attain the purpose, based on the intentionally sampling, open-ended questionnaire was conducted on 110 Korean badminton players who participated in Korea badminton open in 2017 and 2018 national championship training camp. The collected data were classified into small, middle, and large categories by conducting inductive data analysis. As results, first, the badminton players were psychologically influenced by judging judgment, ant it appears that these influences play a significant role at important events. Second, when the judgment is judged to be favorable, players feel psychological safety, while it leads to psychological atrophy and negative performance when it is judged to be disadvantageous. Finally, each player was found to react differently in recognizing judgments. In the future study, research will be necessary to investigate coping strategies in various judgment cases.
