헬스 리터러시는 자가 건강관리, 의료이용에 대한 접근성, 의료서비스 제공자와 환자 간 상호작용 등에 영향을 미치며 건강 행동, 의료이용 행태, 건강 결과의 주요 영향요인으로 작용한다. 이 글에서는 2023년도 상반기에 공개될 2021년도 2기 한국의료패널 2차 조사의 헬스 리터러시 부가조사를 소개하고 주요 결과 및 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 분석 결과 19세 이상 성인의 절반 정도가 건강정보에 접근하여 필요한 정보를 획득하고, 이를 이해하고, 적합한 정보인지 판단해 활용하는 데 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 사회경제적으로 취약한 경우 이러한 헬스 리터러시 수준이 더욱 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 헬스 리터러시 증진을 위한 다각적인 노력과 정책 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단되며, 의료이용 및 의료비 지출과 함께 의료이용에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 포함하는 한국의료패널의 헬스 리터러시 부가조사 자료가 관련 연구와 정책 수립의 근거 자료로 널리 활용될 것을 기대한다. Health literacy influences self-management of health, access to health care use, and interaction between health care providers and patients. It is also a major influencing factor in health behavior, health care use patterns, and health outcomes. This paper aims to introduce and analyze the health literacy survey conducted in 2021 as a supplement to the Korea Health Panel Survey. The results of the supplemental survey indicate that almost half of persons aged 19 and over find it difficult to access, acquire, interpret, and use the information and services they require to make informed health decisions and take appropriate actions. Furthermore, health literacy levels are even worse among vulnerable socioeconomic groups. To establish policies to promote health literacy, it is necessary to monitor health literacy levels among Koreans. We hope that the supplemental survey of the Korea Health Panel Survey, a nationally representative survey of health care utilization, expenditures, and comprehensive influencing factors such as socioeconomic characteristics, comorbidities, and health behaviors, will be widely used to provide empirical evidence for researchers and policy-makers.

기후변화의 영향은 전 세계적으로 광범위하게 이뤄지고 있으며, 그 피해와 심각성은 계속 커지고 있다. 특히 기후변화는 사람들의 건강에 영향을 미치는데, 최근 들어 정신건강과의 연관성에 대한 논의가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 국내에서도 기후위기 적응 대책 등에 기후변화의 정신건강 영향에 대한 내용을 반영하기 시작했지만 여전히 보건 영역의 기후변화 관련 법률과 정책에서는 미흡한 상황이다. 이 글에서는 기후변화가 사람들의 정신건강에 미치는 직접적·간접적인 영향과 취약 인구집단에 대한 영향을 선행연구를 중심으로 살펴보고, 그에 대응하기 위한 정부의 정책과제들을 제시하고자 한다. The impact of climate change is pervasive worldwide, with losses from it continually growing in magnitude and gravity. Climate change, known to affect health, has recently gained attention for its impact on mental health. Korea has started addressing the mental health impacts of climate change through adaptation strategies. However, laws and policies concerning public health remain limited in addressing mental health concerns related to climate change. Drawing on previous research, this study examines both direct and indirect impacts of climate change on general and vulnerable populations, and discusses potential policy measures for government response.

Eurobalise는 열차의 순간적인 위치정보를 획득하기 위해 사용되어지며, 표준화 작업을 통해서 표준이 정해져 있다. 표준에 의해서 유럽뿐만 아니라 우리나라에서도 현재 Eurobalise가 사용되고 있다. Eurobalise의 프로토콜은 태그와 리더사이의 통신규격을 정의하고 있으며, 이를 통해서 위치정보를 태그에서 리더로 보내게 된다. 본 논문에서는 Eurobalise 프로토콜을 구현하고 실제적인 채널을 통해 데이터를 보낼 때의 비트오류율을 분석한다. Eurobalise has been used to obtain instant position informations of a train and has been standardized. Eurobalise now is utilized in Korea as well as Europe by the standard. Protocol of Eurobalise defines communication standard between tags and a reader and sends position informations from a tag to a reader. In this paper, we implement protocol of Eurobalise and analyze bit error rate (BER) by real channel model.
