본 논문은 전직을 원하는 내담자들에게 전직지원 서비스를 수행하는 상담자들이 갖추어야 할 역량을 분석한 연구로, 최근 다양한 영역에서 전직에 대한 관심이 대두되고 있는 경향성을 반영하였다. 아직까지 전직의 영역 및 조직화는 명확한 대한 체계가 잡히지 않아 그 영역을 단정하기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전직지원서비스 및 상담을 실시하는 전문가들에게 특별히 요구되는 전문역량을 파악하고, 실제 상담 장면에서 그것을 적용하여 내담자의 필요를 조력하는데 그 의의가 있다. 연구문제의 해결을 위해 본 연구에서는 델파이 기법을 사용하여 총 3회의 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 전직지원상담의 현황 및 전문가들에게 요구되는 구직자들의 다양한 수요를 총 3개의 역량군, 13개의 역량요소, 55가지의 역량지표로 도출하였으며, 이를 토대로 현재의 전직지원 여건 및 향후 전망을 논의하였다. The present study analyzes the capability that counselors providing outplacement consulting need to equip themselves with and reflects the tendency of the increasing interests in a change of job in various fields of work. Since few studies on the aspects and organization of a change of job have been conducted, the present study aims at investigating professional capability that counselors specialized in outplacement need to have and hope to support clients in the real counseling situations. A total of three surveys were conducted based on a Delphi-analytic approach. As a result, the present study draws 3 types, 13 aspects, and 55 indexes of the capability in terms of the real conditions of outplacement consulting and various demands for job seekers. Based on the criteria mentioned above, the study discusses the present conditions of outplacement and the future prospects.

고등학생이 지각하는 부모의 체면민감성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의의 매개효과와 심리적 독립의 조절효과

본 연구는 고등학생이 지각한 부모의 체면민감성이 자녀의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향에서 사회부과적 완벽주의의 매개효과와 심리적 독립의 조절효과를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울·경기권 및 충청권 고등학교에 재학 중인 1, 2학년 남· 여학생 276명을 대상으로 체면민감성, 사회부과적 완벽주의, 심리적 독립, 진로성숙도 척도를 사용한 온·오프라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 이용하여 변인들 간의 상관분석을 실시하였으며, AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 부모의 체면민감성과 진로성숙도 간의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의의 매개효과, 심리적 독립의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 체면민감성과 진로성숙도의 관계는 유의하지 않았다. 그러나 체면민감성과 진로성숙도의 관계에서 사회부과적 완벽주의의 매개효과 파악을 위해 경로를 분석한 결과 사회부과적 완벽주의에서 진로성숙도로 가는 효과는 완전매개로 유의하였다. 또한 체면민감성에서 진로성숙도의 관계에서 심리적 독립 수준의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과들을 바탕으로 고등학생들의 진로성숙도에 영향을 미치는 사회부과적 완벽주의적 양상에 대한 시사점을 논의하였으며, 진로성숙도 증진을 위해 보다 포괄적인 교육방향에 대해 제언하였다. This study aimed to explore the mediating effect of socially prescribed perfectionism and the moderating effect of psychological independence on the relationship between parents' face sensitivity and career maturity as perceived by high school students. For this purpose, online and offline surveys were administered to 276 male and female students from grades 1 and 2 of high schools nationwide, utilizing scales for face sensitivity, socially prescribed perfectionism, psychological independence, and career maturity. This study used SPSS 25.0 to analyze correlations between variables and AMOS 25.0 to verify the mediating effect of socially prescribed perfectionism and the moderating effect of psychological independence on the relationship between parents' face sensitivity and career maturity. The key findings are as follows. Socially prescribed perfectionism significantly mediated the relationship between face sensitivity and career maturity. However, the moderating effect of psychological independence on the relationship between face sensitivity and career maturity was not significant. Based on the research findings, this study discuss the implications of aspects of socially prescribed perfectionism that influence the enhancement of career maturity among high school students, expecting to provide foundational material for future career education and parent education.
