This study attempted to verify the relationship between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior among South Korean soldiers in the Navy force by applying the Job Demands-Resource Model and Conservation of Resource Theory, and the moderated mediating effect of social capital through the work engagement and smartphone use. The mediating effect of work engagement and the moderating effect of social capital via smartphone use were examined in the relation between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior. We combine the mediation effect model and the moderation effect model and tested the moderated mediation effect. To perform this study, the survey was conducted on the navy soldier on duty, and total of 324 data were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: the complete mediation effect of work engagement in the relation of job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior was verified, social capital via smartphone use moderated the relation between job burnout and work engagement, and the moderated mediation effect of social capital via smartphone use in the relation between job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior through work engagement was identified. Based on the results, implications, limitations, and future research directions of the current study were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the usage of eco-friendly elements of Korean traditional architecture to compare with G-SEED Criteria. The results of this study were as follows; Insulation of Korean roof, and Heat storage of traditional mud wall are not satisfied with Evaluation items in energy category. And eco-friendly materials in korean traditional architecture are satisfied with Evaluation items in Material category. Garden and pond and rainfall infiltration through yard in korean traditional architecture are satisfied with Evaluation items in ecological environment category. But the eco-friendly elements of Korean traditional architecture such as windows and doors made by Hanji, traditional Korean paper, and Ondol, Korean floor heating system, indirect lighting by korean yard can not be estimated by G-SEED Criteria.

본 연구는 전자 문서의 관리와 검색을 위해 개발한 ONTALK 시스템을 소개하는데 목적이 있다.<br/> ONTALK 은 최근에 활발히 연구되고 있는 시맨틱웹 (Semantic Web) 과 온톨로지 (Ontology) 기술을 문서 관리 영역에 적용하고 있다. ONTALK 은 컴퓨터 환경에서 사용되는 모든 전자 문서를 온톨로지로 생성하고, 추론 엔진 (inference engine) 을 이용하여 의미적 (semantics) 정보 검색을 지원한다.

공공데이터의 의미적 연계를 위한 행정구역 지식 그래프 구축

Open data has received a lot of attention from around the world. The Korean government is also making efforts to open government data. However, despite the quantitative increase in public data, the lack of data is still pointed out. This paper proposes a method to improve data sharing and utilization by semantically linking public data. First, we propose a knowledge model for expressing administrative districts and their semantic relationships in Korea. An administrative district is an administrative unit that divides the territory of a nation, which is a unit of politics, according to the purpose of the state administration. The knowledge model of the administrative district defines the structure of the administrative district system and the relationship between administrative units based on the Local Autonomy Act. Second, a knowledge graph of the administrative districts is introduced. As a reference information to link public open data at a semantic level, some characteristics of a knowledge graph of administrative districts and methods for linking heterogeneous public open data and improving data quality are addressed. Finally, some use cases are addressed for interlinking between the knowledge graph of the administrative districts and public open data. In particular, national administrative organisations are interlinked with the knowledge graph, and it demonstrates how the knowledge graph can be utilised for improving data identification and data quality. 오픈 데이터는 전세계적으로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 우리나라 정부는 데이터 개방에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나, 공공 데이터의 양적 증가에도 불구하고 데이터에 대한 부족함이 여전히 지적되고 있다. 본 논문은 공공 데이터를 의미적으로 연결해 데이터 공유 및 활용을 향상시키기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 첫째, 대한민국 행정구역의 정의와 행정구역 사이의 관계를 의미적으로 표현하기 위한 지식 모델을 제안한다. 행정구역은 국가의 영역을 국가 행정상의 목적에 따라 구분한 단위이다. 행정구역 지식모델은 지방자치법을 기준으로 행정구역체계의 구조, 행정단위별 관계를 정의한다. 둘째, 대한민국 행정구역 데이터에 대한 지식그래프를 소개한다. 공공 데이터를 의미적 수준에서 연결시키는 기준정보로써 행정구역 지식그래프의 특징과 이기종 공공데이터 연계 및 데이터 품질 개선을 위한 방법을 소개한다. 마지막으로 행정기관 데이터의 연계 결과를 통해 행정구역 지식그래프의 응용 방법을 살펴본다. 행정기관 명칭은 기관별로 상이하게 활용하고 있기 때문에 행정구역 그래프를 통한 데이터 식별 및 정제와 더불어 데이터 품질 개선에 효과적인 접근 방안으로 고려할 수 있다.

전통한옥의 친환경성 평가에 관한 연구 - G-SEED 2016의 평가기준에 근거하여 -

The purpose of this study is to certify the eco-friendly elements of traditional Hanok based on the G-SEED 2016 Criteria. For this study, estimating the eco-friendly elements of the two traditional Hanok - Myeong Jae’s old house and General Lee Sam’s old house - based on the G-SEED 2016 Criteria. The results were as follows: Each of the two traditional Hanok can get the sufficient points for grading at G-SEED 2016, but the two required criteria are not be able to get the points; energy performance such as heat storage of traditional mud wall and water saving equipments. On the other hand using eco-friendly materials in traditional Hanok are satisfied with the Material category. Also using rainwater and underwater through garden and pond in traditional Hanok are satisfied with the Ecological environment category. But lots of the other eco-friendly elements of traditional Hanok can not be estimated by G-SEED 2016 Criteria. Modern Hanok will be able to obtain G-SEED 2016 certification when using the valid eco-friendly elements of traditional Hanok and applies new technologies such as water saving equipments.

폐교를 활용한 노인복지시설의 평면유형개발에 관한 연구 - 충북지역을 중심으로 -

Since 1980’s, Countless schools across the nation, particularly in rural areas, have been closed down by the large fall in number of students. Otherwise, an elderly population has been increasing rapidly, so the demand for welfare services for the elderly population is also increasing. However, the supply of elderly welfare facilities remains inadequate. The purpose of this study is to propose remodelling plan of elderly welfare facility using Closed schools. The result of this study were as follows; in unit-based facility plans, Single room type can be used for elder who lives alone or an elderly couple. Senior Congregate Housing type can be used for four to five people. These two types have equal sunlight and ventilation conditions for each room, and are for an old man in relatively good health. Membership resort type is for the healthy senior who lives in the rural area or lives in the city who wants short-term residence. In case of a Nursing home type, the existing one-sided corridor was converted into a central corridor and each classroom is divided into four rooms. This type has advantage for nursing and management, on the other hand, the corridor is narrow and each room has differences for sunlight and ventilation.
