        콘크리트 생산에 의한 CO<sub>2</sub> 배출량 평가 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        전 세계적으로 지구 온난화의 주요원인인 $CO_2$ 발생에 대한 규제가 강화되고 있다. 반 환경산업으로 인식되는 건설 산업의 주요자재로서 다량의 $CO_2$를 배출하는 콘크리트는 생산과정에서 발생된 $CO_2$ 배출량 감소에 대한 필요성이 인식되었다. 이 논문에서는 콘크리트를 기초로 하여 자재생산, 운송, 제조단계에서 발생하는 $CO_2$ 배출량을 평가하기 위한 시스템을 구축하고, $CO_2$ 배출량을 효율적으로 저감하고 평가하기 위한 프로그램을 개발 하였다. 평가결과, 대부분의 $CO_2$ 배출량은 자재생산단계에서 발생했으며, 자재, 운송, 제조단계에서 배출된 $CO_2$ 배출량에 대하여 정량적으로 평가하였다. 더욱이, $CO_2$ 배출량을 저감하기 위하여 각 단계별로 친환경 기술을 적용하여 평가가 가능한 이 평가시스템은 콘크리트 생산에 따른 $CO_2$ 배출량을 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 시스템으로 제안할 수 있으며, 국내 레미콘생산업체는 $CO_2$ 배출량 평가를 하기 위해 이 시스템을 사용할 수 있다. Based on a concrete, this study was constructed the system to evaluate $CO_2$ emission generated in the stage of material production, transportation, manufacture and developed the program to reduce and evaluate it efficiently. As a result, most of $CO_2$ emission is generated in the stage of material and it is quantitatively evaluated $CO_2$ emission generated in the stage of materials, transportation and manufacture. Moreover, the evaluation system of the volume of $CO_2$ emission which has the friendly environment technology about reduction of $CO_2$ emission at each stage is suggested for quantitatively evaluation $CO_2$ emission generated in the process at the production of concrete and remicon production company could use it to evaluation $CO_2$ emission.

        The main reason of the earth global warming is $CO_2$ and the regulation about it in the whole world has been reinforced to reduce $CO_2$ emission. It is needed that we should reduce it in the process at the production of concrete generated much of $CO_2$ emission as the primary material of construction industry recognized unfriendly environment industry. Based on a concrete, this study was constructed the Assessment system of $CO_2$ emission and economical efficiency in the life cycle of concrete to evaluate $CO_2$ emission generated in the stage of material production, transportation, manufacture using optimal design techniques. This study evaluates $CO_2$ emission and economical efficiency of ready-mixed concrete according to producing companies or standards, using the proposed program in this study, which is the assessment program of $CO_2$ emission and economical efficiency in the life cycle of concrete(SUSB-CLAS). $CO_2$ emission basic unit and economical efficiency DB in various concrete types are constructed throughout this study and will be used for prediction of $CO_2$ emission and economical efficiency in concrete industry and for fundamental resource for reducing $CO_2$ emissions.

        Glass Fiber Post와 Composite Resin Core의 전단결합강도

        Statement of problem : Fracture of composite resin core will be occulted by progress of crack. Bonding interface of different materials has large possibility of starting point of crack line. Therefore, the bond strength of glass fiber post to composite resin core is important for prevention of fracture. Purpose: This in vitro study tried to find out how to get the higher strength of glass fiber post to composite resin core through surveying the maximum load that fractures the post and cote complex. Materials and methods: 40 specimens made with glass fiber Posts(Style $post^{(R)}$, Metalor, Swiss) and composite resin core ($Z-100^{(R)}$, 3M, USA) were prepared and loaded to failure with push-out type shear-bond strength test in a universal test machine. The maximum fracture load and fracture mode were investigated in the specimens that were restored with four different surface treatments. With the data. ANOVA test was used to validate the significance between the test groups, and Bonferroni method was used to check if there is any significant statistical difference between each test group. Evely analysis was approved with 95% reliance. Results: On measuring the maximum fracture load of specimens, both the treatments of sandblasted and acid-etched one statistically showed the strength increase rather than the control group (p<0.005). The scanning electric microscope revealed that sand blasting made more micro-retention form not only on the resin matrix but on the glass fiber, and acid-etching contributed to increase in surface retention form, eliminated the inorganic particles in resin matrix. Specimen fracture modes investigation represented that sand blasted groups showed lower bonding failure than no-sand blasted groups. Conclusion: Referring to the values of maximum fracture load of specimens, the bonding strength was increased by sand blasting and acid-etching.

      • 대단면 급속시공을 위한 최적의 곡면막장형상개발에 관한 현장실험

        기존의 NATM과 같은 터널공법에서는 불착 직후 벽연은 숏크리트나 록볼트에 의하여 지지되기 때문에 재래공법과 비교하여 암반의 느슨함을 감소시킬 수 있으나, 막장은 통상 무지보 상태로 놓여있기 때문에 붕괴의 위험성을 항상 내포하고 있는 것이 현실이다 현재 국내 터널시공시에는 막장이 굴진방향에 직립합A로써 응력의 집중이 발생하며 또한 막장의 안정성을 우려하여 단연분할공법을 채택하는 것이 일반적 공법으로 되어왔다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 경제적우로 큰 부당이 되며 공사기간 연장의 한 원인이 된다. 따라서 곡연막장 굴착공법을 개발하여 적용한다면 보다 나은 응력상태를 유지할 수 있어 1회 불진장의 증대 및 분할공법을 피함으로써 공사비절감 및 공사기간 단측에 매우 유리할 것이라 판단된다. In this study, NATM can reduce the loosened ground near the tunnel face more than the other pre-existing tunnelling methods, because of rapid supporting by means of shotcrete and rock bolts. However, this method sometimes can not help for a unstable tunnel face with a unsupported caondition. In order to keep from that dangerous case, some excavation methods such as bench cut and drift advancing method are introduced, despite of high construction cost and period. So, this thesis is intended to introduce the new tunnel face shape, that is concave shaped face, and discusses its effects on the tunnel stabilization.

        민속마을 문화재구역 내 건축물 보존현황에 관한 조사연구 - 제주 성읍마을의 성외지역을 대상으로 -

        This study aimed to analyze the current status of preservation of buildings in the Cultural Heritage Zone of folk village. Since actual residents inhabit and live in cultural properties, for instance a folk village, so their original forms have been changed over time responding to changes of the social environment. So this present study selected one folk village, located in the largest cultural heritage zone and lived most resident in our country, after which investigated its deformation process. This study also conducted in-depth analysis relying on the data collected from aerial photographs, field surveys, building ledgers. In particular, such analysis focused on changes in unauthorized alteration to the existing state that have been attempted so far. As a result, various variations were found in a number of buildings, caused from damages to landscape of cultural assets. Finally, the reasons for such deformation were interpreted to utilize as future references for restoration of the folk village landscape.

        서울 ${\cdot}$ 경기지역 냉면전문점의 서비스 품질에 대한 중요도 평가

        The purpose of this study was to analyze evaluation variables of service quality of Korean restaurant especially focused on cold noodle restaurants(CNR). The data were analyzed about customer’s expectation of food service quality, service quality was improved by employee’s service in restaurant and employee education in the focus on CNR. The survey was carried out 423 customers and 50 employees in Seoul and Kyunggi province. All statistical data analyses were conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Science(SPSS version 10.0). The consumer’s evaluation score of service quality were significantly different by consumer’s characteristics. The well planned service at CNR must be developed according to consumer variables such as sex and age group. The evaluation score of service quality were not significantly different by seasonal variation and consumer’s menu selection. The evaluation score of service qualities in CNR were significantly different between customer variables with employees variables. All of the evaluation points of service quality in employees were significantly higher than customers. This result was show that well-trained employees were important factors in consumer satisfaction. Through the employee education program, consumer oriented service mind mort be to developed in employees and employees’ recognition about the importance of service increased the satisfaction of customer using CNR.

        용매증발법을 이용한 Poly-L-Lactic Acid (PLLA) 마이크로스피어 제조

        Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA)를 출발물질로 하여 용매증발법에 의해 마이크로스피어를 제조하고, 제조 변수가 형성된 마이크로스피어의 형상 및 평균 입경에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. PVA 수용액의 농도가 1~5 wt%로 증가함에 따라 평균입경이 $370{\sim}160{\mu}m$으로 감소하다가 7 wt%에서다시 $240{\mu}m$으로 증가하였다. 그리고 PVA의첨가부피가 10~50 mL로 증가함에 따라 평균 입경은 $370{\sim}220{\mu}m$으로 감소하였다. 또한 교반속도가 500~1,500 rpm으로 증가함에 따라 평균 입경은 $370{\sim}110{\mu}m$으로 감소하였다. 유기용매로써 dichloromethane과 chloroform을 각각 사용한 경우 평균 입경은 큰 차이를 보이지 않았으며, dichloromethane을 사용한 경우 표면에서 공극이 확인되었으나 chloroform을 사용한 경우 매끈한 형상의 구형입자가 얻어졌다. Microspheres were prepared by solvent-evaporation method with Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) as a starting material, and the effects of preparation variables on microsphere shape and average particle size were investigated. As the concentration of PVA solution increased from 1 to 5 wt%, the average particle size decreased from $370{\mu}m$ to $160{\mu}m$ and then increased to $240{\mu}m$ at 7 wt%. On the other hand, As the addition volume of PVA solution increased from 10 mL to 50 mL, the average particle size decreased from $370{\mu}m$ to $220{\mu}m$. Also, as the stirring speed increased from 500 rpm to 1,500 rpm, the average particle size decreased from $370{\mu}m$ to $110{\mu}m$. When dichloromethane and chloroform were used as organic solvents, respectively, the average particle size did not show any significant difference. However, when dichloromethane was used, voids were observed on the particle surface, but when chloroform was used, smooth spherical particles were obtained.
