빛과 시간에 대한 사진적 연구 - 사진작품 < Foresta > 연작을 중심으로 -

The series of the < Foresta > is a photograph work by the writer combining photographs and installation including the < Foresta - quasi a due > and < Foresta - reverse >. This research aims to study the notions of light and time prompted in the process of working on the < Foresta > series which takes a dark forest of an environment of specific light conditions as a subject matter. The unique photographing method of emitting the large amount of low light running behind the tripod as leaving the shutter open was required in order to realize minutely scattering lights in the dark forest. This act of moving and shooting light is a basic element of the works, leading to the questions as to the light and time. A series of < Foresta > an outcome of the concern and experiment regarding the medium of photography. The < Foresta - reverse > and < Foresta - quasi a due > attempted to work with different media are also drawn from the processes of researching the light and time. Through this research, it is expected to see the new examination that the photography with a great diversity of potentiality will acquire not only as a contemporary art but also as a theory of photography.

32-bit RISC-V상에서의 경량 블록암호 PIPO 최적 병렬 구현

PIPO 경량 블록암호는 ICISC‘20에서 발표된 암호이다. 본 논문에서는 PIPO의 단일 평문 최적화 구현과 4평문 병렬 구현을 제안한다. 단일 평문 최적화 구현은 Rlayer의 최적화와 키스케쥴을 포함하지 않은 구현을 진행하였다. 결과적으로 키스케쥴을 포함하는 기존 연구 대비 70%의 성능 향상을 확인하였다. 4평문의 경우 32-bit 레지스터를 최대한 활용하여, 레지스터 내부 정렬과 Rlayer의 최적화 구현을 진행하였다. 또한 Addroundkey 구현에서 메모리 최적화 구현과 속도 최적화 구현을 나누어 구현하였다. 메모리 사용을 줄인 메모리 최적화 구현은 단일 평문 구현 대비 80%의 성능 향상을 확인하였고, 암호화 속도를 빠르게 구현한 속도 최적화 구현은 단일 평문 구현 대비 157%의 성능 향상을 확인하였다.

In wireless access networks, it is extremely important to provide high quality of real time and interactive services, including voice and video traffic. Furthermore, low latency communication is shifting toward new paradigm which enhances user's high quality of experience, meeting the requirements for specific applications such as tactile internet, remote-control robot and machines, and mission critical application. In this paper, we introduce the approaches to achieve the extremely low latency service. The approaches include the core requirements and the key technologies providing low latency communication maintaining high reliability in wireless access networks.

COVID-19 환경에서 기업가 지향성, 디지털 역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 기업의 회복탄력성의 매개효과

COVID-19 팬데믹은 기업의 생존과 직결되는 극단적 충격으로 전 세계에 지역 간 이동 제한, 생산과 공급망 차단, 소비 급감과 사업 투자의 급락 등의 역경을 불러왔다. 이런 극단의 환경에서 생존할 수 있는 필수 역량으로 기업의 회복탄력성이 학계와 경영 현장에서 최대의 관심사가 되고 있다. 그러나, 중소기업의 회복탄력성에 대한 명확한 정의와 이를 강화하는 주요 변인은 여전히 탐색단계에 있으며, 회복탄력성과 실제 기업 경영성과 간 관계를 실증한 연구도 충분하지 않다. 기업은 극한의 외부 충격을 견디고 생존할 뿐만 아니라, 역경에서도 새로운 기회를 탐색하고 지속 성장해야 한다. 이에, 본 연구는 우리나라 197개 중소기업을 대상으로 실증하여 기업가 지향성과 디지털 역량이 기업의 경쟁우위로서 기업의 지속 성장의 주요 요인임을 확인하였다. 또한 기업의 회복탄력성은 기업가 지향성과 디지털 역량과 기업성과 간 관계를 매개함으로써 궁극적으로 기업이 환경 충격 이전 수준보다 더 크게 성장할 수 있게 하는 기업의 주요 역량이라는 것을 밝혔다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 회복탄력성을 강화하는 주요 요인으로 기업가 지향성과 디지털 역량을 실증 확인한 것과, 회복탄력성의 하위 구성개념을 준비역량과 대응 역량을 도출한 점, 회복탄력성의 주요특성은 충격 이전 수준으로의 회복하는 것 이상으로 역경 속에서 새로운 기회를 탐색하고 충격 이전 수준보다 더 크게 성장하게 하는 것을 밝혀낸 것이다. 그리고, 기업가 지향성과 디지털 역량, 기업성과 및 회복탄력성 간 통합적 관계를 실증하여 밝혀냄으로써 여전히 탐색단계에 있는 중소기업의 회복탄력성에 대한 학문적 시사점을 도출하였고, 특히 실무적으로 태생적으로 자원이 부족한 중소기업도 경쟁우위 확보를 위해 기업가 지향성, 디지털 역량, 기업의 회복탄력성 확보를 위한 투자가 필요함을 제언하였다. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought extreme shocks linked to business survival. These challenges include mobility restrictions, disruptions in production and supply chains, decreased consumption, and declining business investment globally. Firmresilience has become crucial for companies to survive, gaining attention in academia and the business field. However, a clear definition of firmresilience and its key factors for SMEs are still in the exploratory stage, with insufficient empirical research on its relationship with business performance. Companies must withstand external shocks, explore opportunities, and sustain growth. This study on 197 South Korean SMEs confirms entrepreneurial orientation and digital capabilities as key factors for competitive advantage and sustained growth. It reveals that firm resilience acts as a crucial capability, mediating the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, digital capabilities, and firm performance, enabling significant growth beyond pre-shock levels. Implications of this study include confirming the importance of entrepreneurial orientation and digital capabilities in enhancing firm resilience, identifying subconstructs of firm resilience as proactive reasilience capability and reactive resilience capabilities, and recognizing the need to explore new opportunities and achieve greater growth. Empirically demonstrating the key drivers of firm resilience and their integrated relationship with firm performance provides academic insights for SMEs in the exploratory stage. It suggests that resource-constrained SMEs should invest in entrepreneurial orientation, digital capabilities, and enhancing firmresilience to secure a competitive advantage.
