The purpose of this study is to find the differences and the influential factors on the individual acceptability of the BSC(balanced scorecard)-based PMS(performance management system) in university. To examine group differences, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA are used. To determine the influential factors, multiple regression analysis is carried out. A questionnaire survey was conducted with the members of ‘D’ university that has been implementing the BSC-based PMS since 2007. According to the results of independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA, in almost all groups of status, affiliation, position, and class showed a significant difference. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, the suitability of measures and the adequacy of incentives influenced the acceptability of the BSC-based PMS. This suggests that measures is the key component in the BSC-based PMS, and incentive is the most determinant factor to raise the acceptability.

노면에 궤도를 부설하여 운행하는 트램 차량은 일반 전동차에 적용되는 윤축 대차와 전혀 다른 형태의 대차가 적용된다. 이러한 대차에 제동장치가 설치될 수 있는 공간은 한정되어 있으며, 일반 전동차에 적용되는 공기 제동장치의 적용이 불가능하다. 이러한 기술적 요구를 만족하기 위하여 고려된 유압 제동장치는 상대적으로 크기가 작아 작은 공간에서도 설치가 용이하다. 따라서 소형화된 유압 제동장치로 시스템을 구성하여 터키 상용 트램에 적용된 사례를 살펴보고, EN13452-1규격에 정의된 제동기능의 개념에 대한 이해를 돕고자 한다. The tram which running on the road surface is applied with different type of bogie. And in the view running mechanism, bogie for tram is quite different from conventional bogie with rigid wheel sets. The space for brake system installation is limited on this bogie and the application of the air brake system to be applied to general electric vehicles is impossible. The hydraulic brake system which is considered in order to satisfy such technical requirements are smaller size and relatively easy to install in small space. Therefore, this paper describes a study of hydraulic brake system which is applied in Turkey tram, to help the understanding of the concept of braking functions defined in the standard EN13452-1.
