현 시대는 인공지능(AI), 사물 인터넷(Iot), 빅 데이터(Big Data), 모바일(Mobile) 등과 같은 기술을 토대로 한 Digital화 문명사회로써, 이와 더불어 레이더 분야 또한 탐지 범위가 날이 갈수록 장거리화 되어가고 있다. 사람은 가시거리가 최대 20Km 정도이고, 가청 주파수는 20~20000Hz이다. 이렇게 제한적인 인간의 한계를 초월한 거리를 보기 위한 것이 레이더이며, 이러한 레이더들은 모두 장비 특성상 허위 항적을 발생하고 이로 인한 탐지 오류의 과실을 범하게 된다. 레이더의 왜곡 현상은 "비임의 굴절, 회절, 반사성, 허위 항적"이라는 부정확한 정보를 제공하며 이와 함께 초래되는 인간(방공 관제사)의 판단력 저하와 인적 과실은 전투기 출격을 야기하는 등 엄청난 손실을 초래할 수 있다. 또한, 긴박한 상황이나 중요 표적을 추적 감시할 때 가짜 항적을 추적 한다면 실질적 목표 표적을 놓칠뿐 만 아니라 재 추적을 위한 시간 지연이 불가피하다. 보완 대책으로써, 서로 다른 위치와 각도에서의 레이더 포착 자료를 서로의 레이더 자료로 전송하여 합성하면 왜곡된 자료의 분석, 교정이 가능하고 허위 항적 발생 감소와 더불어 목표물 추적의 정확도 향상이 기대되기에 본 방안을 제시한다. $21^{st}$ century is digitally civilized era. Technologies such as AI, Iot, Big Data, Mobile and etc makes this era digitally advanced. These advancement of the technology greatly impacted detection range of the radar. Human's eye sight can see about 20Km and hear 20 ~ 20000 Hz. These limitations can be overcome using radar. This radar technology is used in military, aircraft, ship, vehicle and etc. to replace human eye. However, radar technology is capable of making False Alarm Rate. This document will propose the fix of these problems. Radar's distortion includes beam refraction, diffraction and reflection. These inaccurate data result in deterioration of human judgements and my cause various casualties and damages. Radar goes through annual testing to test how many false alarm is being produced. Normal radar usually makes 10 to 20 False alarms. In emergency situation, if operator were to follow this false alarm, this might result in following false object or take 12 more seconds to follow the right object. This problem can be overcome by using different radar data from different places and angles. This helps reduces False Alarm rate and track the object twice as fast.

About 50% of disasters occurring at domestic construction sites are caused by the accidents not wearing personal protective equipment. Under the current statutes, employers are required to provide personal protective equipment and workers are required to wear personal protective equipment. However, there is insufficient compliance with wearing personal protective equipment on site. This study is about the measure of improving the system to the way of purchasing, wearing and managing personal protective equipment by individual workers, and refunding the cost of personal protective equipment to workers. It is expected that this thesis will improve the system of personal protective equipment effectively, and contribute to the prevention of disasters by settling the culture of wearing personal protective equipment. 국내 건설 현장에서 발생한 재해 중 약 50%가 개인보호구 미착용 상태에서의 사고가 재해로 이어진 것이다. 현행법령상 사업주는 개인 보호구를 지급하고 근로자는 개인보호구를 착용해야 하지만 일선 현장에서는 개인 보호구 착용 준수가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 개인 보호구를 근로자 개인이 구매하여 착용, 관리하는 형태로 제도를 개선하고 개인보호구 구매비용을 근로자에게 환급해 주는 방안에 대한 것이다. 본 논문을 통해 개인 보호구 제도가 효용성있게 개선되고, 개인보호구 착용문화를 정착시켜 재해 예방에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
코스닥 시장의 대주주와 일반주주 간 기울어진 운동장에 관한 실증 사례연구: 최대주주 변경 후 상장폐지 사례 중심으로

Purpose A stock transfer contract, including a change in the largest shareholder, proceeded with a block deal and was delisted less than three months later, causing major damage to ordinary shareholders on the KOSDAQ market. However, both major shareholders of the contract realized great economic benefits. We would like to confirm that uneven of KOSDAQ regulations is creating unfair results between major shareholders and general shareholders. Methods Robert K. Yin's empirical case study methodology is applied to analyze the unbalanced aspects of the system through objective and various data and fact-checking. Results As a result of the case analysis, major shareholders, who are the subjects of the stock transfer contract, realized profits by using the imbalance between the system and regulations-mandatory - lock up, disclosure system, and block deal, while general shareholders suffered great economic and mental damage. Conclusion It could be said that there is an unbalanced system centered on major shareholders in the cause of the occurrence of the case. If the regulations don’t improve, this case can be repeated, and general shareholders suffer the same damage.
조달입찰(Procurement Auction)의 성과개선을 위한 프로세스 및 경쟁 최적화 모델 설계

Purpose This study is about to establish standards for process design and operation of procurement auction, which is one of the ways to effectively determine the price with the vendor in the procurement. Methods The method of research was selected as a case company in which various forms of procurement are carried out. In the process design of procurement auction, We derived from RCA method how to improve the constraints for evaluating multiple attributes. In order to establish the operating standards for procurement auction, 720 cases of approximately 3.5 years were tested through statistical analysis and based on this, the operating standards for procurement auctions were proposed. Results This study shows, The design of the procurement auction using Fishbone Diagram was able to expand the bid by mitigating the avoidance factor of multi-attribute evaluation, and the results of completion inspection can be analyzed to confirm its. Procurement auction is an advantageous method of price determination compared to negotiated pricing in cases where the order amount is large and it is difficult for the person in charge to calculate the expected price. An analysis of the winning price of new companies showed that new companies are challengingly offering prices and that such competitiveness continues for two to three years. In addition, it was analyzed that the bid reaches a stable and reliable bid price when there are more than four bidders participants. Conclusion The results illustrate, this study proposed a multi-attribute assessment process design method for procurement auction and defined criteria that could be effective in bidding operation, such as number of participants, sourcing new companies, and improving expected price estimation capability.

We applied a program to return the work that the elderly had performed before retirement through farming re-education. It surveys farmers' perceptions of whether the employment of older people in rural areas will increase. This study survey the current education of the returning to farm and government policy. Also it was surveyed segmentation and government policy for the 6th industry and the result was composed of the verification of this study. As a result, it was found that the effect of traditional home-based education on the contribution of rural job creation was not significant. In addition, it was concluded that the development and implementation of granular policies aimed at creating rural jobs lacking agricultural support policies were important in government policy.
