광소자용 실리콘 옥사이드(Silicon oxide) 박막의 유전율 특성에 관한 연구

Silicon mono-oxide films deposited by vacumm evaporater. These film's refractive index, wave length, photon energy and absorption rate are examined by spectroscopic ellipsometer. The basic absorption and absorption of the impurities are found in the low wave length (below 450nm in this study). And refractive index and conductive absorption linearly increased at increasing wave length. The refractive index is increased by the form of exponetial function. The absorption rate is linearly increasing as the thickness of SiO film increasing. ε1 and ε2 decreased by the form of exponential function as the thickness of SiO film decreasing. And it is found that the results show good agreement with experimental and calculated datas.

This paper describes a novel charge and discharge control circuits for the lead storage batteries. The main element of the system consist of a voltage comparator and power MOSFET instead of the relay in conventional charge and discharge control circuit. This system dosen't use a dc-dc converter, so the system is simple, economical and efficient. It is revealed that this system is superior to the charge and discharge system using conventional relay switching device in the power effiency, life of the devive and cost of the system.

This paper describes the proper selection method of the power system stabilizer(PSS) parameter for stabilizing operation of a synchronous machine which connected to infinite bus by using pole assignment method. The purpose of PSS is to enhance the damping capability at small frequency oscillation (0.5∼2㎐). It can be achieved by moving the real part of critical eigenvalue (pole) on left side of s-plane. The PSS parameter was selected by using the proposed method to match with a pre-assigned pole associated with poorly damped swing mode. This method has been studied to synthesize the PSS on Yong-Gwang N/P. And the simulation results show that the selected parameter by using proposed method is effective for dynamic and transient stability of power system.
