        복합추정량을 이용한 절사표본 총합 추정에 관한 연구

        절사표본 설계는 관심변수의 분포가 오른쪽으로 치우쳐진 경우에 모집단 일부를 표본조사에서 제외시켜 조사의 효율을 높이는 방법이다. 그러나 전체 모집단의 총합 추정을 위해서는 버려진 절사 층에 관한 추론이 필요하게 된다. 기존에 사용하고 있는 많은 방법들은 절사층에서 표본조사를 하지 않고 알려진 보조정보와 조사자료를 이용하여 절사층 총합을 추정하며 이를 이용하여 전체 모집단의 총합을 추정한다. 본 논문에서는 절사층을 완전히 표본 층에서 제거하지 않고 조사의 편리성 및 효율성을 고려하여 최소의 표본을 추출한 후 모집단 전체 총합을 추정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 추정법과 기존 방법의 우수성을 비교하였다. Cut-off sampling that discards a part of the population from the sampling frame, is a widely used method for a highly skewed population like a business survey. Usually to the estimate of population total, we need to estimate the total of the take-nothing stratum. Many estimators have been developed to estimate the total of the take-nothing stratum. In this paper, we suggest a new composite estimator which combines the estimator suggested by Sarndal et al. (1992) and a ratio estimator obtained by small samples from the take-nothing stratum. Small simulation studies are performed for the comparison of the estimators and we confirm that the new suggested estimator is superior to the others.

      • 의료인 보수교육과 보건교사의 전문가주의

        본 연구는 의료인 보수교육 제도의 도입이 불러온 정책 갈등과 문제점을 분석하고자 하였다. 전문가주의의 견지에서 보건교사에 대한 의료인 보수교육 제도의 정책 갈등을 Kimgdon의 다중 흐름 모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 우리나라 보건교사는 외국곽 달리 학교 간호사가 아니라 양호교사 제도로 출발하였고, 의료 전문성보다는 교직 전문성을 표방하며 발잔하고 있다. 그러나 의료인 보수교육 제도 초기 보건교사를 학교 간호사로 인식하면서, 의료인 보수교육 제도가 기존의 교원의 연수제도와 충돌할 수 있다는 문제가 간과되어 제 문제가 발생하였다. 특히 일부 지역에서는 의료인 보수교육 제도가 특징교원 단체의 희비를 모금하거나 간호협회비 납부 독려의 수단으로 악용되는 사례가 나타났다. 장기적으로는 보건교사의 전문성 등을 고려할 때 보건교사는 의료인 보수교육 대상에서 제외할 필요성이 있다. This study aims to analyze conflicts and problems loaded by the introduction of the continuing nursing education. From a professional standpoint, the continuing nursing education policy conflict to health teachers is analysed by applying the model of the multi-stream-Kingdon``s model. In Korea, school health teacher begins as nursing teacher not school nurse unlike other countries. and they are progressing for advocating teaching professionalism rather than nursing professionalism. However, more problems arouse because school health teacher is recognized as school nurse at the first stage of introducing continuing nursing education system. and it overlooked to occur problems which continuing teacher education system comes into conflict with continuing nursing education system. In some areas, especially, the system turned into methods to collect dues or means to encourage payment of a certain organization. In the long term, it is necessary to exclude school health teacher from recipients of continuing nursing education.

      • 管網設計의 適正流量公式의 補正에 對한 硏究

        For the selection of the number of optimum water distribute pipe Line nets and the diameter of pipe line net which are utilizing infost If we study on the water distribution area, it is like as follow. 1. The formula (5) and (6) is the best suitable way of calculation for the solution of the optimum water pipe line net and the minimum diameter of pipe line, and it must be described more detailed of the topographical inclination, population density and the condition of street about water distribution area. 2. The design of distribution main pipe line net infact must be done with sufficiont consideration of all conditions as street state, pipe line organization, and distribution state of water amount and topographical velation ship 3. Ideal distribution area which was assumed ideal distribution area has to be calculated the number of optimum distribution main pipe and the minimum diametas of pipe line by Fig-2, and has to be designed with consideration of the area distribution particularity in fact.

      • Dupuit-Horchheimer 流動式의 實驗的 檢討

        An experimental investigation of Dupuit-Horchheimer's flowing plan. After making a model of ground water the ground water surface from, the infiltration flowing amount of ground water and add an investigation about their change as time passes, it is the following in consequence of comparation a pursuit in nonflowing of infiltration flowing and theoretical form. we can gain an infiltration appearance of ground water class in using a plan of Dupuit-Horchheimer. If on the spot you want to solve problems of this kind, it is very important for you to assume an available porosity and a valve of coefficient of permeability each point correctly rather than you spread out a difficult basic equation, especially Id like to emphasize an analysis of infiltration flowing.

      • 確率水文量과 計劃水文量에 關하여

        The aim of this study is to examine that the probability hydrological amount and the plan hydrological amount to be acceptable well by any occasion for many projects of construction requesting the hydrological data with showing the relationship between the probability hydrological amount and the plan hydrological amount. The maximum value of hydrological amount for the time of T period from past period has value of theoretical to resarch for the excessive probability about 1/T(probability hydrological amount), and in this occation, the result of caloulation of skewness degree is showing as the tables on this paper. Also, it was known that the plan hydrological amount and the probability hydrological amount is different each other as the reason of above mention. But, it is unknowable clearly that the probability hydrological amount has degree of trust somewhat. The thing to increase the degree of stability when it is going to apply into the project hydrological amount with estimated plan hydrological amount is same as following. 1. the shape of distribution must be estabilished by the actual observated value. 2.the project hydrological amount must be taken the probability hydrological amount which is suitable for that shape of distribution. The way of applying the probability hydrological amount to the plan of river facilities and constructions which had been estabilished with using the value of hydrological. statistics for long perod is the best and good method, the study of method to find the high degree of trust of calculation exactly for calculating the probability.hydrological amount applying to above plan is necessary with more deeply exactly and continuously.

      • 河川의 計劃高水流量 推定에 對하여

        The Plan High Water Level Charge is the standard of every design for the control of water under river-con-struction. The value of the Plan High Water Level Charge was calculated the value of the excessive probability factor by statistical records from the past fifty years to a hundred years. But in fact, the rivers of Korea did not have the sufficient data for the observation. Therefore, it is necessary to presume the value of symmetry during the reappearancing as the value observated in a short-time. In order to presume this value, in stead of the maximum amount of High Water Level Charge, I made a time net order to take a day maximum amount of rainfall in a tear. The safety coefficient αwas calculated by the designing value presumed by a day maximum amount of rainfall in a year. It had been presumed by the analytical way in the past, but it is presumed by the for experimental data and formula at present. It is the effective way that we compare the theoretical formula with the experimental formula to the design of river improvement and control.
