In this paper, we study the instrument panel design of excavator considering the improvement of cognition. The instrument panel provide important information to driver concerning about safe operation and play an important role to grasp the driving situation information quickly and accurately taking into account the driver`s visibility. Therefore, the cognition process based on instrument panel is important for not only the safety of operation also working efficiency. On the other hand, it shows that the effectively designed device reduce the worker`s errors and help to overcome the complexity of a dynamic system. It is very important issue for designer what kind of information should be provided and how to visualize and layout it within a limited area of panel via interface in designing the effective visual information display device. In this paper, we propose the design guide lines of instrument panel for the purpose of cognition improvement based on the result of several experiment concerned about variety information through the instrument panel.
Evaluation Grid Method 를 이용한 Website 감성사용성 구조 추출에 관한 연구

N/A By the increase of the internet users and the improvement of network technologies, websites become not only for the company advertisement or sales tool, but also does one of the prominent research domain of the human factors, human-computer interaction, and Kansei engineering. Recently many kinds of website evaluation results were published that based on user-interface expert`s experiences and heuristic evaluations that has the limitations to deliver the much information about the usability to the designers and programmers. This paper applied the newly developed technique of EGM (Evaluation Grid Method) to test the appropriateness and efficiency for the website usability test in terms of Kansei engineering. Then, experiment was performed using 30 websites of small-to-medium-sized enterprise to verity the applicability of EGM for the website usability evaluation.

In this paper, we design a return mail forecasting system that can reduce the bounce rate of postal customers for moving. Customers will request a change of address from their service provider if their residence address changes due to a move. At this time, the customer and other customers who have the same address as the previous address or the customer who has the same address after the change of residence are set as the estimated moving customers. A mail return prediction system is designed to reduce the mail return rate of the estimated moving customers by performing residential address renewal for these customers. This system can prevent waste of manpower and material resources in management and loss of returned mail, and it is possible to update the residence address by using short text message and can prevent exposure of personal information due to membership.

In this paper, we analysis the development possibility of detail technology in LED general lighting base on patent share and increase rate during latest 10 years. And patent activity index of subject countries are calculated and annual patent application trend is analyzed in order to grasp the patent activity and interest technical field in each country. And, the technical levels and technological edges of invested countries(Korea, US, Japan, Europe) have been quantitatively estimated base on share, citation index and impact factor of patent. Finally, we discuss the technical development strategies in LED general lighting through patents analysis in the area of worldwide LED general lighting industry.

In software, the function and usability of the product are the top priority but the quality of the software including all of these factors is the most important factor in the life cycle of the software. Especially, the software market has grown explosively since 2002 when system intelligence has been launched in earnest, and will become a bigger market after 2020 when the fourth industrial revolution is expected to start. The use of such software will be even higher in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and it will surely be the determining factor for the completion of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, increasing the quality capability of software has become a pending issue in industry not just software. Unlike the emphasis on the importance of software, building a systematic software quality management system and a quantitative software development management system is delayed due to cost problems. Also, the perception of system users` quality of software is not analyzed accurately. In this paper, we analyze the quality characteristics of software and propose improvement of quality capability of software by comparing and analyzing cases of improving quality competitiveness of domestic and foreign companies.

In this paper, we analyze the patents trends in LED general lighting through patents analysis in the area of worldwide LED general lighting industry. The correlation between the number of patent application and applicant has been analyzed by quantitative analysis according to its application year, country and core technology, and then the technology maturity has been presented. Futhermore, the technical levels and technological edges of invested countries(Korea, US, Japan, Europe) have been quantitatively estimated base on share, citation index and impact factor of patent. Finally, we show the patent network related to the technical components through the in-depth analysis, and summarized the bibliography and right scope of representative patent.
회수용 물류포장상자의 회수거점 입지선정문제에 관한 연구

Location problem of reverse-logistics is the foundation and key in reverse-logistics system. Therefore, it is a great task with practical meaning to study how to determine the scheme of location problem of reverse-logistics. Based on the background hereinbefore, we did a study on reusing system of reusable logistics circulation cases. We modeled a turnover process of circulation cases by means of leasing, which considered clustering of the shortest distance between demand stations, recovering stations and delivery destinations. Genetic algorithm is adopted to find the optimization solution. Except to design circulation cases reverse-logistics system, the researching progeny could use to design other packing containers reverse-logistics system, such as freight containers and pallets.

개요 : 본 연구는 Six Sigma 활동의 Tool인 Big Y 전개방법을 활용하여 기업의 핵심전략으로부터 과제를 도출하고 린 메뉴팩처링의 초기 활동인 Value Stream Mapping에 적용하여 기업의 핵심전략과 Value Stream Mapping에 포함되는 핵심 지표(Value Stream Mapping의 관심지표)와의 일치성을 확보해야 한다는 타당성을 제시하고, 이 방법론을 린 메뉴팩처링 활동 기업의 사례를 통해 그 효과성을 분석하고 시사점을 찾아 Six Sigma의 Big Y 전개와 린 메뉴팩처링 활동이 통합된 모델을 연구하고자 한다.
