Recently, the rapid development of the semiconductor industry induces the prompt technical progress in the area of device integration and the application of large diameter wafers for the price competitiveness. As a result of the usage of large wafers in the semiconductor industry, the silicon carbide components which have layers of silicon carbide on graphite or RBSC substrates is getting widely used due to the advantages of SiC such as high hardness and strength, chemical and ionic resistant to all the environments superior than other ceramic materials. For the uniform and homogeneous deposition of silicon carbide on these huge components, it needs to know about the gas flow in the CVD reactor, not only for the delicate adjustment of the process variables but more essentially for the cost reduction for the shape change of specimens and their holders on the stage of reactor. In this research, the CFD simulation is challenged for the prediction of the inner distribution of the gas velocity. Chemical reaction simulation is used to predict the distribution of concentration of the reacting gas with the rotating velocity of the stage. With the increase of the rotating speed, more uniform distribution of the reacting gas on the surface of the stage was obtained.

This study was conducted to evaluate water quality in coastal sea of Kunsan using multivariate analysis. The analysis data in Coastal Sea of Kunsan use of surveyed data by the NFRDI from April 2000 to November 2002. Twelve water quality parameter were determined on each sample. The results was summarized as follow, water quality in coastal sea of Kunsan could be explained up to 62.782% by four factors which were included in loading of nitrate-nutrients by pattern 24.688%, suspended solids pattern (12.180%) seasonal climate variation pattern 18.367%, phytoplankton limite factor DIP pattern (10.546%). Principal component analysis of spatial was division five factor. And principel component analysis of year was division four factor. The result of time series analysis by factor score, st. 2 was the most affected by nitrate-nutrient and suspended solids in coastal sea of kunsan. Because st. 2 is closed to the keum river esturary. It could be suggested from these results that it is important to reduce the pollution loads from Kuem river for the control of the water quality in coastal sea of Kunsan.
평면 힌지메커니즘을 이용한 광대역 진동 에너지 하베스터 설계

본 연구는 평면 광대역 에너지 하베스터 장치를 설계하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 진동 모우드의 기하적 관계를 고려하여 세 개의 공진 주파수를 가깝게 배치하고 각각의 공진 피크의 크기를 유사하게 설계함으로써 넓은 주파수 대역을 확보하였다. 힌지 메커니즘의 설계를 통해 시스템의 강성을 합성하고, 피에조 필름을 하베스터로 사용하는 형태를 제안하였다. 상용 수치해석 프로그램인 ANSYS를 이용하여 모우드 해석을 수행함으로써, 제안한 설계방법의 타당성을 검증하였다. In this research, a novel planar vibration-based energy harvester which has wide bandwidth is proposed. Wide bandwidth is achieved by designing harvester such that three resonant frequencies of device are close to each other and the peak amplitudes at those frequencies are same. The stiffness of the system is synthesized by designing hinge mechanism, and PZT film is considered as harvester. In order to verify the proposed design method, modal analysis is conducted by using ANSYS.

폐결핵환자에서 기관지폐포세척액 및 말초혈액의 임파구 아형에 관한 연구

N/A It is known that the helper T-cell subset of T-lymphocyte is decreased in the peripheral blood of tuberculosis patients. To explain this phenomenon, the compartmentalization theroy, suppressor monocyte and clonal expansion theory and others were proposed. To elucidate these phenomenon, we examined the changes of lymphocyte subsets in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and peripheral blood of pulmonary tuberculosis patients by double bridge technique of alkaline phosphatase-anti-alkaline phosphatase (APAAP) using monoclonal antibodies, and obtained the following results. 1) Total cell count of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 28±14.5×106 and showed significantly increased value compared with control group of 16.96±10.75×106(P<0.01). The T-lymphocyte percentage ratio to total cell count was 30.11±17.21% in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and it showed significantly increased ratio compared with 6.85±2.11% of control group (p<0.05). 2) Helper T-cell/suppressor T-cell ratio in the peripheral blood of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was 1.32±0.2 and showed significantly lower value compared with 1.58±0.19 of control group (p<0.05). Total T-lymphocyte and helper T-cells were also decreased but not in the magnitude of statistical significance. Suppressor T-cell showed no difference between pulmonary tuberculosis patients and control group. 3) Total T-lymphocyte (mean 64.84%) and helper T-cells (mean 41.9%) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were significantly increased than the control group of 53.42% and 32.28%. Helper T-cell/suppressor T-cell ratio was 1.9±0.58 in pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 1.5±0.16 in control group with no significant difference (p>0.05). There was no difference of suppressor T-cells of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid between the two comparing groups. 4) In pulmonary tuberculosis patients, total T- lymphocytes (mean 64.84%) and helper T-cells (mean 41.92%) in the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were significantly increased than in the peripheral blood (44.92% and 27.00%). And helper T-cell/suppressor T-cell ratio (mean 1.92) was also increased in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid than in the peripheral blood (mean 1.32), but suppressor T-cells showed no difference between the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and peripheral blood.
