韓國企業의 第3者 物流서비스 活用上 問題點 및 發展方向에 관한 硏究

In the last decade the issue of third party logistics(TPL) has emerged as a significant topic in the logistics literature in the developed countries. Third party logistics services refers to situations where a third party performs logistics activities that could be performed by the buyer or seller. Third party provider normally takes possession of the goods but does not take title, and provides its services for a price. On the other hand, recently the concept of third party logistics has generated considerable interest in korean firms, However, there has been little systematic analysis of the experience of those companies that have used such services. This study forcuses on how Korean firms can use the third-party logistics services by reinforcing their logistics system and by reforming logistics derelations. The objectives of this paper are : 1. To develop an understanding of the forces that have created an interest in the third-party logistics services. 2. To examine the obstacles encountered in implementing TPL services. 3. To suggest the impact of the use of TPL services and the directions for institutional Development. 4. To reform the logistics law and deregulations for improved institution.

국제전자결제시스템에서 수신은행당사자의 역할에 관한 연구

Under Uniform Commercial Code Article 4A which is ruling wholesale funds transfer in the United States. Electronic funds transfer begins with the issue of a payment order by the originator to the receiving bank. Accordingly receiving bank plays a important role to complete the funds transfer. This paper studies a few issues on role of receiving bank. Firstly, the receiving bank should have a duty on executing of payment orders, fund paying, money-back guarantee, and a notice of rejection of a payment order. Secondly, the receiving bank should be liable for the breach of performance, misdescription of beneficiary, cancellation of payment order, execution delay, and information outflow relating to acception. Thirdly, receiving bank has exemption from unauthorized payment order, force majeure, and money-back guarantee. Accordingly, This paper suggest that the receiving bank should verify executing of payment orders in compliance with the originator"s payment order and has to establish a security procedure.

상품 및 서비스 혁신 : 한국 택배기업의 서비스 실패와 복구에 관한 연구 -심각성과 통제성의 조절효과를 중심으로-

본 연구는 고객 설문조사를 통해 복구 공정성(절차적 공정성, 결과적 공정성, 상호작용적 공정성)과 복구만족 간의 관계, 복구만족과 재이용의도 간의 인과 관계를 검증하고, 복구 공정성과 복구만족 간의 관계에서 택배서비스 실패의 심각성, 통제성의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 택배서비스의 결과적 공정성과 복구만족간의 관계에서는 택배서비스의 결과적 공정성은 높을수록 복구만족이 낮아지는 것이 검증되었다. 둘째, 택배서비스의 절차적 공정성과 복구만족간의 관계에서는 택배서비스의 절차적 공정성은 높을수록 복구만족이 낮아지는 것이 검증되었다. 셋째, 택배서비스의 상호작용적 공정성과 복구만족간의 관계에서는 택배서비스의 상호작용적 공정성은 높을수록 복구만족이 높아지는 것이 검증되었다. 넷째, 복구 공정성과 복구만족의 영향관계에서 있어서 심각성, 통제성의 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 서비스 실패에 대한 복구만족과 재이용의도간의 관계에서는 서비스 실패에 대한 복구만족은 높을수록 고객의 재이용의도가 높아지는 것이 검증되었다. This paper is to study for causality validation of relation of the repair justice and repair satisfaction, relation between repair satisfaction and re-purchasing with South Korea`s most important express service users. Through this research, we would like to confirm to seriousness of the failure express service and effects of controlling effectively adjust in relation between repair impartiality and satisfaction of repairs. The results of the study show as below. First, the result shows the justice outcome in express service, interaction justice, outcome justice in the relation of satisfaction with repair have regardful effects to the satisfaction of repair. This result explains that interaction justice has a positive influence. Second, in the relations between the procedural justice in express service and the satisfaction of repair, it is presented that the procedural justice has not regardful effects and results show differences from other leading researches. This result explains that procedural justice has not a positive influence. Third, as analyzing seriousness of the failure express service, controlling regulation effect in the relation of repair justice and repair satisfaction, seriousness of interaction and controlling regulation effect are not regardful effect in this relationship. These results are explained that the seriousness or controlling of the failure express service have not a positive influence to the relation of repair justice and repair satisfaction. Finally, in the relation between repair satisfaction and the intention to use again, repair satisfaction has a regardful effect to intention to use again. This result explained that it has positive influence to repair satisfaction and the intention to use again.
